【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報を利用して実行可能な商品販売データ処理機能およびインターネットに接続されたＷｅｂサーバーを介して実行可能な商品販売情報公開処理機能を有する商品販売データ処理システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報を利用した商品販売データ処理機能およびインターネットに接続されたＷｅｂサーバーを介しての商品販売情報公開処理機能を有する商品販売データ処理システムが知られている。
【０００３】
図１４において、店舗５００Ａ（５００Ｂの場合も同じ。）内の店舗コンピュータ（ストアコントローラＳＣ）８０とデータ通信回線（ＬＡＮ４５）を介して接続された複数のターミナル（電子キャッシュレジスタ）１０とを含み商品販売データ処理システムが構成されている。

上記した商品販売データ処理機能は、次のように実行される。ターミナル１０で商品コードをスキャン入力することで、店舗コンピュータ８０内の商品情報ファイルに記憶された当該商品コードに対応する商品情報を取得し、この商品情報（例えば、商品名，単価）を利用して売上ファイルに商品登録する。なお、店舗コンピュータ８０から自機（１０）にダウンロードされた商品情報ファイルを用いる場合もある。

そして、１客についての商品登録が終了した後に、１取引終了宣言（締め操作）をすると、合計金額の算出，各データの表示，レシートの印字発行等を含む会計処理が実行される。以上で、１客についての商品販売データ処理が終了する。

ところで、店舗の宣伝広告は、例えば地域限定紙への掲載やチラシの配布等によりなされるのが一般的である。しかし、これらは、コスト高になる割には人数的・地域的対象範囲が狭い。また、例えば特売に関してのタイムリー性に欠ける問題がある。例えば、即刻に価格変更（値下げ）したいが、これができないという問題である。

そこで、Ｗｅｂサーバー１００およびホストコンピュータ１１０を含み、インターネット１を介しての開示（宣伝広告）形式を採用した商品販売データ処理システムが提案されかつ普及拡大傾向にある。

すなわち、各店舗５００Ａ，５００Ｂ内の店舗コンピュータ８０にデータ通信回線（例えば、ＩＳＤＮ８９）を介して接続されたＷｅｂサーバー１００を設ける。このＷｅｂサーバー１００は、インターネット１を介してチェーン店本部２００内のホストコンピュータ（ＨＯＳＴ）１１０および顧客宅３００内の顧客パソコン（ＰＣ）９０に接続されている。

かくして、顧客パソコン９０を用いてＷｅｂサーバー１００にアクセスしてきた顧客に対して、商品販売情報公開処理機能が働きＷｅｂサーバー１００に記憶された商品販売情報を開示（提供）することができる。
【００１０】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、Ｗｅｂサーバー１００で開示処理される商品販売情報は、当該Ｗｅｂサーバー１００内で作成される場合が多い。しかし、その基礎を成す商品情報（例えば、商品名，価格等）は、元々、各店舗５００（店舗コンピュータ８０乃至ターミナル１０）側またはチェーン店本部２００（ホストコンピュータ１１０）側の責任者によって設定入力（作成）されたものである。

つまり、Ｗｅｂサーバー１００側での開示対象である商品販売情報の作成に際しては、店舗５００側およびチェーン店本部２００側で印字出力された商品情報一覧リストを入手しかつこれを参照しつつ、当該各商品情報をキー入力（再入力）している。

すなわち、商品販売データ処理機能の実行用および商品販売情報公開処理機能の実行用の重複情報入力作業および入力された各情報の整合性（乃至同一性）を確認するための整合性確認作業が必要であるから、業務能率が悪くかつ入力された商品情報に誤りが生じる虞がある。

また、商品数や店舗数が増大する程に、商品販売情報の公開時期に関して商品ごとや店舗ごとの事情（例えば、店舗５００Ａにおいて、特売商品Ａは入荷済であるが、特売商品Ｂは未入荷のため特売開始期日を１日遅らせたい場合等）が発生し易い。しかし、公開内容はＷｅｂサーバー１００側で入力かつ作成されるので、これに応えた運用ができないとの指摘がある。つまり、例えば特売商品についての商品販売データ処理機能の実行可能日や商品販売情報入力作成日との関係で、効果的な時期を選んで公開したいとの要求が強い。

本発明の目的は、重複情報入力作業および整合性確認作業を一掃化しつつ商品情報をインターネット上に正確かつ迅速に公開することができる商品販売データ処理システムを提供することにある。また、本発明の他の目的は、商品販売データ処理機能の実行可能日や商品販売情報入力作成日との関係で効果的な時期を選んで公開することができる商品販売データ処理システムを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明は、商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報を利用して実行可能な商品販売データ処理機能およびインターネットに接続されたＷｅｂサーバーを介して実行可能な商品販売情報公開処理機能を有する商品販売データ処理システムにおいて、前記商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報の中から選択された商品に係る選択商品情報を前記インターネット上で公開するための公開指定日を当該選択商品情報に関連付けて前記商品情報ファイルに記憶可能かつ商品情報ファイルから抽出した選択商品情報および当該公開指定日を前記Ｗｅｂサーバーに送信可能に形成し、前記Ｗｅｂサーバーが受信しかつ公開指定日が関連付けられた選択商品情報を利用して公開選択商品情報を作成可能かつ作成された公開選択商品情報の中で当該公開指定日が過ぎている公開選択商品情報を前記商品販売情報公開処理機能の実行により前記インターネット上に公開可能に形成されている商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報の中から選択された商品についてインターネット上で公開するための公開指定日を、当該選択商品情報に関連付けて商品情報ファイルに記憶しておく。

そして、商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報の中からＷｅｂサーバーに送信してインターネット上に開示しようとする公開指定日が関連付けられた商品を選択する。手動選択方法でも例えば最新に設定記憶や変更された商品を自動的に選択する方法でもよい。

このようにして選択された商品に係る選択商品情報および当該公開指定日が商品情報ファイルに記憶された商品情報の中から抽出され、抽出選択商品情報および公開指定日はＷｅｂサーバーに送信される。

Ｗｅｂサーバーは、店舗内サーバーから受信した選択商品情報を利用して公開選択商品情報を作成する。なお、公開選択商品情報以外の公開選択情報（商品販売情報）は、Ｗｅｂサーバー内で全て入力して作成される。

この作成された公開選択商品情報の中で当該公開指定日が過ぎている公開選択商品情報が商品販売情報公開処理機能の実行により商品販売情報の場合と同様に直ちにインターネット上に公開される。公開指定日が例えば“９日”の場合、“８日”，“９日”は公開指定日を過ぎている、“１０日”は過ぎていない。公開指定日が過ぎていない当該公開選択商品情報に関しては、その公開を一時延期する。例えば公開選択商品情報に係る商品が店舗で実際に販売される日に公開させるように運用することができる。

したがって、商品販売データ処理機能の実行用および商品販売情報公開処理機能の実行用の重複情報入力作業および整合性確認作業を一掃化できかつ商品販売と直結する商品情報をインターネット上に正確かつ迅速に公開することができるとともに、さらに商品販売データ処理機能の実行可能日や商品販売情報入力作成日との関係で効果的な時期を選んで公開することができる。

また、請求項２の発明は、前記公開選択商品情報の中で当該公開指定日が過ぎていない公開選択商品情報に関しては、当該公開指定日が過ぎるまで当該公開選択商品情報に代えて予め作成された特売関連情報を前記インターネット上に公開可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、公開しようとする特売商品情報つまり公開選択商品情報（例えば、商品名“白菜”、売価“１００円”）ごとの特売関連情報（例えば、無農薬・有機栽培品を廉価で近日大特売）を作成して記憶しておく。Ｗｅｂサーバーは、当日（例えば、９日）において、作成された公開選択商品情報の中で当該公開指定日（“９日”）が過ぎている公開選択商品情報については直ちにインターネット上に公開するが、公開指定日（“１０日”）が過ぎていない公開選択商品情報に関しては当該公開指定日（“１０日”）が過ぎるまで公開選択商品情報に代えて予め作成された特売関連情報をインターネット上に公開する。

したがって、請求項１の発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができることに加え、さらに公開選択商品情報（例えば、特売商品と特売価格）に先立って店舗側および／または顧客側に有益な情報（例えば、近日大特売）を予告することができる。

また、請求項３の発明は、前記公開選択商品情報の中で当該公開指定日が過ぎていない公開選択商品情報に関しては当該公開指定日が過ぎるまで当該公開選択商品情報に代えて予め作成された特売関連情報を前記インターネット上に公開可能であるとともに当該公開指定日が過ぎた後は当該公開選択商品情報と特売関連情報とを時間的交互に前記インターネット上に公開可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、例えば公開選択商品情報ごとの特売関連情報（例えば、無農薬・有機栽培品を廉価で近日大特売）を作成して記憶しておく。Ｗｅｂサーバーは、作成された公開選択商品情報の中で最初から公開指定日が過ぎている公開選択商品情報については直ちにインターネット上に公開する。

しかし、公開指定日が過ぎていない公開選択商品情報に関しては、当該公開指定日が過ぎるまで公開選択商品情報に代えて予め作成された特売関連情報をインターネット上に公開する。その後に当該公開指定日が過ぎた後は、当該公開選択商品情報と特売関連情報とを時間的交互にインターネット上に公開する。

したがって、請求項１の発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができることに加え、さらに公開選択商品情報（例えば、特売商品および特売価格）に先立って店舗側および／または顧客側に有益な情報（例えば、近日大特売）を予告することができるとともに、公開指定日が過ぎた後は両者（“特売商品および特売価格”と“近日大特売”）とを例えば３秒ごとに切換えできるから、請求項２の発明の場合と比較して宣伝効果を視覚的かつ動的に一段と向上させられる。

さらに、請求項４の発明は、ホストコンピュータと，ホストコンピュータとデータ通信可能な前記Ｗｅｂサーバーと，各店舗に配設されかつそれぞれがホストコンピュータとデータ通信可能な店舗コンピュータと，各店舗に配設されかつそれぞれが当該店舗コンピュータとデータ通信可能なターミナルとを有し、
ホストコンピュータから前記Ｗｅｂサーバーおよび各店舗コンピュータに前記公開指定日が関連付けられた選択商品情報を含む商品情報を配信可能であるとともに、各店舗内の店舗コンピュータまたはターミナルを用いてホストコンピュータから受信した選択商品情報に係る公開指定日を変更可能かつ変更後の公開指定日を当該選択商品情報を特定して前記Ｗｅｂサーバーに送信可能に形成され、前記Ｗｅｂサーバーが店舗コンピュータまたはターミナルから変更後の公開指定日を受信した場合にはホストコンピュータから受信した当該選択商品情報に関連付けられた公開指定日を店舗コンピュータまたはターミナルから受信した変更後の公開指定日に書換え更新可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、ホストコンピュータは、公開指定日が関連付けられた選択商品情報を含む商品情報をＷｅｂサーバーおよび各店舗コンピュータにそれぞれに配信する。店舗コンピュータは、変更作業をターミナルで実行させようとする場合には、当該各ターミナルまたは指定したターミナルにそれを送信することができる。

店舗内の店舗コンピュータ（または、ターミナル）は、ホストコンピュータから受信した選択商品情報に係る公開指定日を変更することができる。また、変更後の公開指定日を、当該選択商品情報を特定してＷｅｂサーバーに送信することができる。

Ｗｅｂサーバーは、店舗コンピュータ（または、ターミナル）から公開指定日を受信した場合には、ホストコンピュータから受信した当該選択商品情報に関連付けられた公開指定日を店舗コンピュータ（または、ターミナル）から受信した当該公開指定日に書換え更新することができる。なお、複数の店舗コンピュータから受信した場合は、例えば最も遅い公開指定日とする。店舗コンピュータ（または、ターミナル）から公開指定日を受信しない場合には、ホストコンピュータから受信した当該選択商品情報に関連付けられた公開指定日はそのままである。

したがって、請求項１から請求項３までの各発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができることに加え、さらに各店舗に選択商品情報に係る公開指定日変更権が与えられるので、当該各店舗での実際商品販売日等に関する事情に対応させ易い。

さらにまた、請求項５の発明は、前記選択商品情報を顧客管理ファイルで管理されている顧客に電子メールとして送信可能に形成された商品販売データ処理システムである。

かかる発明では、選択商品情報を顧客管理ファイルで管理（記憶）されている顧客に電子メールとして送信することができるので、請求項１から請求項４までの各発明の場合と同様な作用効果を奏することができることに加え、さらにインターネット上の公開に比較して顧客が喜ぶ個別的サービスを提供できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。

（第１の実施形態）
本商品販売データ処理システムは、図１〜図１２に示す如く、基本的構成・機能が従来例の場合（図１４）と同様に商品情報ファイル（店舗商品マスターファイル８４ＭＦ）に記憶された商品情報を利用して実行可能な商品販売データ処理機能およびインターネット１に接続されたＷｅｂサーバー１００を介して実行可能な商品販売情報公開処理機能を有し、さらに商品情報ファイル［本部商品マスターファイル１１４ＭＦ（店舗商品マスターファイル８４ＭＦとしても実施可能である。）］に記憶された商品情報の中から選択された商品に係る選択商品情報を抽出してＷｅｂサーバー１００に送信可能に形成し、このＷｅｂサーバー１００が受信した選択商品情報を利用して公開選択商品情報を作成可能かつ作成された公開選択商品情報を商品販売情報公開処理機能の実行によりインターネット１上につまり各顧客（９０）に公開可能に形成されている。

この第１の実施形態においては、商品販売データ処理システムは、ホストコンピュータ１１０と，ホストコンピュータ１１０とデータ通信可能なＷｅｂサーバー１００と，各店舗５００に配設されかつそれぞれがホストコンピュータ１１０とデータ通信可能な店舗コンピュータ（ストアコントローラ）８０と，それぞれが当該店舗コンピュータ８０とデータ通信可能な複数のターミナル１０とを有し、ホストコンピュータ１１０からＷｅｂサーバー１００および各店舗コンピュータ８０（または、ターミナル１０）に公開指定日が関連付けられた選択商品情報を含む商品情報を配信可能であるとともに、店舗コンピュータ８０（または、ターミナル１０）を用いてホストコンピュータ１１０から受信した選択商品情報に係る公開指定日を変更可能かつ変更後の公開指定日を当該選択商品情報を特定してＷｅｂサーバー１００に送信可能に形成され、このＷｅｂサーバー１００を店舗コンピュータ８０（ターミナル１０）から公開指定日を受信した場合にホストコンピュータ１１０から受信した当該選択商品情報に関連付けられた公開指定日を店舗コンピュータ８０（ターミナル１０）から受信した変更後の公開指定日に書換え更新可能に形成してある。

なお、上記場合において、ホストコンピュータ１１０の役割を全てまたは一部の店舗コンピュータ８０に持たせ、かつ各店舗コンピュータ８０の役割を当該店舗内の全てまたは一部のターミナル１０に持たせるように構築しても良い。

図１において、ターミナル１０を構成する電子キャッシュレジスタは、図１に示す標準入力装置（キーボード４３）を含むパソコン２０に、外部入出力装置を接続してなる。

入出力ポート４６にはその他の入力装置を形成するスキャナ（ＳＣＮ）７１およびポイントカードなど用のカードリーダライター（Ｒ／Ｗ）７３が接続され、入出力ポート４７にはプリンタ（ＰＮＴ）７５およびその他の出力装置（ＯＴＨ…自動開放型のドロワ等）７６が接続されている。

また、制御部３０には、表示手段６０を構成するオペレータ用表示器（ＦＩＵ）６１および客用表示器（ＢＩＵ）６５が表示用コントローラ５０を介して接続されている。また、各コントローラ（ＣＯＮＴ）を介してオペレータ用表示器（ＦＩＵ）６１に対応するタッチパネル６２および客用表示器（ＢＩＵ）６５に対応するタッチパネル６６が接続されている。

電子キャッシュレジスタ（１０）の基本的な商品販売データ処理機能は、スキャナ７１を用いて顧客購入商品に付設（印刷やラベル貼付等）された商品コードを読取入力（図１０のＳＴ５０でＹＥＳ）すると、制御部３０が店舗コンピュータ８０に商品コードを付して問合せる（ＳＴ５１）。

店舗コンピュータ８０から応答（ＳＴ５２のＹＥＳ，ＳＴ５３のＮＯ）された商品コードに対応する商品情報（商品名，単価等）を取得し、売上ファイル４１Ｒに商品（売上）登録する（ＳＴ５４）する。店舗コンピュータ８０から予めダウンロードされた自機内（１０）の商品ファイル４１Ｆを参照して商品情報（商品データ）を抽出（入手）するようにしてもよい。なお、応答がない場合（ＳＴ５２でＮＯ）、エラー応答である場合（ＳＴ５３のＹＥＳ）は、エラー処理（ＳＴ５５）である。

１取引宣言としての締め操作がなされる（ＳＴ５６のＹＥＳ）と、制御部３０は、合計金額の算出等を含む会計処理（ＳＴ５７）を実行する。この会計処理には、会計データの表示器（６１，６５）への表示，プリンタ７５を駆動制御しつつ印刷したレシートの発行や，ドロワ（７６）の自動開放等も含まれる。

図２において、店舗５００Ａ（５００Ｂ）内の各ターミナル１０の上位機を構成する店舗コンピュータ（ストアコントローラ）８０は、ＣＰＵ８１，ＲＯＭ８２，ＲＡＭ８３，ＨＤＤ８４，キーボード（ＫＢ）８５，表示器（ＩＮＤ）８６，プリンタ（ＰＲＴ）８７およびデータ通信回線（ＬＡＮ４５，ＩＳＤＮ８９）用の各通信用インターフェイス（Ｉ／Ｆ）を含み、ターミナル一括管理機能等を有する。なお、店舗コンピュータは、サーバーとクライアントＰＣ（パソコン）から形成してもよい。

ＨＤＤ８４内には、店舗商品マスターファイル（商品情報ファイル）８４ＭＦ，売上マスターファイル８４ＭＲが設けられている。店舗商品マスターファイル（商品情報ファイル）８４ＭＦにホストコンピュータ１１０からダウンロードされあるいは自機（８０）内で設定入力された商品情報が記憶される。また、記憶された全部または一部の商品情報を各ターミナル１０（商品ファイル４１Ｆ）にダウンロードすることができる。

基本的な商品販売データ処理機能に関して、ターミナル１０からの問合を受信（図９のＳＴ４０でＹＥＳ）すると、店舗商品マスターファイル８４ＭＦを検索（ＳＴ４１）して商品コードに対応する商品情報を抽出（ＳＴ４２でＹＥＳ，ＳＴ４３でＮＯ）し、抽出した商品情報を当該ターミナル（ＴＭ）１０に応答する（ＳＴ４５）。なお、エラー応答（ＳＴ４６）をする場合がある（ＳＴ４２でＮＯ、ＳＴ４４でＮＯ）。

図３において、ホストコンピュータ１１０は、ＣＰＵ１１１，ＲＯＭ１１２，ＲＡＭ１１３，ＨＤＤ１１４，キーボード（ＫＢ）１１５，表示器（ＩＮＤ）１１６，プリンタ（ＰＮＴ）１１７およびデータ通信回線（インターネット１）用の通信用インターフェイス（Ｉ／Ｆ）を含み、店舗コンピュータ一括管理機能等を有する。なお、サーバーとクライアントＰＣ（パソコン）から形成してもよい。

ＨＤＤ１１４には、本部商品マスターファイル（商品情報ファイル）１１４ＭＦおよび顧客ファイル１１４ＣＳＴが設けられている。顧客ファイル１１４ＣＳＴには、会員（顧客）番号，氏名，住所，電話番号等とともに電子メールアドレスが記憶されている。

本部商品マスターファイル１１４ＭＦには、図４に示す如く、商品販売データ処理機能の実行に関しての商品情報［商品コード（例えば、１００１），品名（例えば、ＡＡＡ），単価（例えば、２００円）］を設定記憶できかつ各店舗５００内の店舗コンピュータ８０（店舗商品マスターファイル８４ＭＦ）に配信（ダウンロード）することができる。

また、商品販売情報公開処理機能に関しては、商品情報ファイル（本部商品マスターファイル１１４ＭＦ）として、上記商品情報の他に自機（１１０）内で入力した公開要否判別フラグ（特売フラグ…１：公開，０：非公開）および公開指定日（例えば、“１０日”）が設定記憶される。

ここに、Ｗｅｂサーバー１００は、図５に示す如く、ＣＰＵ１０１，ＲＯＭ１０２，ＲＡＭ１０３，ＨＤＤ１０４，キーボード（ＫＢ）１０５，表示器（ＩＮＤ）１０６，プリンタ（ＰＮＴ）１０７およびデータ通信回線（インターネット１，ＩＳＤＮ８９）用の各通信用インターフェイス（Ｉ／Ｆ）を含み、商品販売情報公開処理機能を有する。

ＨＤＤ１０４内には、図６に示す一体的に形成された選択情報ファイル１０４ＩＦ，選択商品（特売商品）情報ファイル１０４ＧＩＦおよび特売関連情報ファイル１４０ＧＩＦＴと、図５に示す公開選択情報ファイル１０４ＫＩＦとが設けられている。なお、この第１の実施形態では、特売商品を選択商品としている。

選択情報ファイル１０４ＩＦには、インターネット１上に公開するものとして選択されかつ自機（１００）内で作成された各種情報（例えば、“店舗紹介記事”，“割引券発行”等）つまり商品販売情報が記憶される。

また、選択商品情報ファイル１０４ＧＩＦには、インターネット１上に公開するものとして選択された商品の情報つまり選択商品情報（例えば、“ＡＡＡ”，“２００円”）およびその公開指定日（例えば、“１０日”）が記憶される。これら情報は、ホストコンピュータ１１０から受信したものである。

また、特売関連情報ファイル１４０ＧＩＦＴには、特に売上促進・向上のために当該特売（乃至特売商品）と関連させた情報つまり特売関連情報（例えば、“近日大特売”）が記憶される。

さらに、公開選択情報ファイル１０４ＫＩＦには、自機（１００）内において選択情報，選択商品（特売商品）情報および特売関連情報を元に作成（編集）した公開選択情報，公開選択商品情報および公開特売関連情報がホームページの一部として記憶される。
