Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sticking device for sticking a water stop member around a connection port between a main pipe and an attachment pipe in a rehabilitation work for lining an existing pipe buried in the ground with a rehabilitation pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when an existing pipeline for sewage buried underground is aged, the inner surface of this pipeline is lined with a resin-made rehabilitation pipe to reinforce the pipeline. In particular, when a mounting pipe (branch pipe) is connected to the main pipe of the existing pipe, the connection between the two is often aged due to ground fluctuations, and springs and rainwater from these connections There is a risk that soil water such as the above will flow into the main pipe and the amount of water in the main pipe will exceed the allowable water volume. That is, as shown by an arrow in FIG. 4, the soil water w flows into the main pipe 1 through a slight gap generated between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2.
[0003]
In order to repair such a water leakage point, the present applicant inserts a rehabilitation pipe made of a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride or high density polyethylene into the existing pipe line, and heat-expands the pipe to make an inner surface of the existing pipe line. The technology to rehabilitate the inner surface of the existing pipe line has been put into practical use. In carrying out such rehabilitation work, in particular, in the joint portion between the main pipe and the mounting pipe, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a through hole 31 is formed from the inside in the rehabilitation pipe 3A lined inside the main pipe 1, There is a method in which a collar-like sleeve 32 is integrally formed with the rehabilitating tube 3A by expanding the peripheral edge of the through hole 31 from the inside of the rehabilitating tube 3A toward the inside of the attachment tube 2. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, after the diameter of the rehabilitation pipe 3B inserted into the attachment pipe 2 is expanded in the attachment pipe 2, the tip of the rehabilitation pipe 3B protruding into the main pipe 1 is excised, and the resection end There is also a method in which a flange-like flange 33 is formed at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3B by forming it so as to extend along the inner surface of the main pipe 1 while heating. By covering the connecting portion between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2 with the sleeve 32 and the flange 33 formed integrally with the rehabilitating pipe 3 (3A, 3B) in this way, the soil water w flows from this connecting portion. Can be blocked.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the rehabilitation work as described above, the inner surface of the main pipe 1 side (hereinafter referred to as “periphery of the connection port”) in the connection portion between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2 and the outer surface (the flange) of the rehabilitation pipe 3. It is desirable to achieve complete water stop by interposing a water-tight member with high water tightness between the outer surface and the outer surface of 33. As such a water stop member, for example, a synthetic rubber material such as butyl rubber formed into a sheet shape is suitable.
[0005]
However, it is not easy to attach such an adhesive water-stopping member to the periphery of the connection port with high accuracy in a small-diameter pipe that an operator cannot enter. In some cases, the attachment pipe is connected to the main pipe not from directly above but obliquely from above. In such a case, the positioning of the water stop member becomes more difficult.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of this situation, and it aims at providing the sticking apparatus which can stick a water stop member to the periphery of the connection port of a main pipe and an attachment pipe with sufficient precision.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sticking device for a water stop member of the present invention is a sheet-like water stop member placed on the surface of a pressure plate having an appropriate curved elasticity, and this pressure plate is held on a carriage and carried into an existing pipe, by pressing the pressing plate to the inner surface of the existing pipe at a predetermined position of the existing pipe, a sticking apparatus of the constructed water-shutoff member so as to adhere the water-shutoff member on the inner surface of the existing pipe, pressing A pressing plate supporting arm and a cover member for holding the plate in a curved state with its surface convex, an elevating support means for holding the cover member up and down with respect to the carriage, and an elevating direction of the cover member in the existing pipe An angle adjusting means for tilting along the inner circumferential direction of the carriage, and a posture fixing means for restraining forward and backward movement and inclination of the carriage when the pressing plate is pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe. The both ends are the side of the cover member and the back of the pressing plate With the hinges connected in the vicinity of the four corners, they are attached diagonally upward and to the left and right with respect to the traveling direction of the carriage. When the elevating support means is activated and the cover member is raised, the cover member is moved via the pressing plate support arm. When the pressing plate is pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe from the vicinity of the center and the cover member is further lifted, the pressing plate support arms that have received the reaction force from the inner surface of the existing pipe rotate so that their angles approach each other horizontally. The press plate is configured to press both side edges of the press plate against the inner surface of the existing pipe while gradually increasing the radius of curvature of the press plate. By using such a sticking device, the water stop member can be easily carried to the target position in the existing pipe, and the water stop member can be accurately placed not only at the position directly above the existing pipe but also at a diagonally upper position , And it can stick, without leaving a bubble between existing pipes .
[0008]
As the water-stopping member used for the rehabilitation work of existing pipes, a material mainly composed of a synthetic rubber-based adhesive is excellent in water-stopping, so that the surface of the pressing plate is separated from the synthetic rubber-based water-stopping member. A mold treatment is preferably performed. According to this configuration, after pressing the pressing plate against the existing pipe and sticking the water stopping member, when returning the pressing plate, the water stopping member is prevented from peeling off from the sticking site together with the pressing plate. it can.
[0009]
The specific structure of the lifting and lowering support means in the sticking apparatus of the present invention includes a pantograph-type registering in which the link arm expands and contracts in the vertical direction when the distance between the paired base end parts is increased or decreased. However, they can be guided by right and left screws formed on guide bolts that are rotated by motor drive, and are held so as to move in opposite directions.
[0010]
In addition, the specific configuration of the angle adjusting means in the sticking apparatus of the present invention includes a base portion provided with lifting support means, and the base portion left and right around a rotation axis parallel to the traveling direction of the carriage. It is possible to include a support member that can be tilted and a motor and other drive control means that are provided on the carriage and change the tilt angle of the base portion.
[0011]
By adopting such a configuration, reliability in terms of mechanism and economic efficiency can be improved.
[0012]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the carriage in the sticking apparatus of the present invention is provided with posture fixing means for restraining the carriage from moving forward and backward and tilting when the pressing plate is pressed against the inner surface of the existing pipe. When the pressing direction when pressing the pressing plate against the inner surface of the existing pipe is tilted rather than directly above, the cart that has received the reaction force due to pressing tilts and the appropriate pressure does not act on the pressing plate. Although there is a possibility, the problem as described above can be solved by providing the carriage with means that can completely fix the attitude of the carriage when pressed.
[0013]
A specific configuration of such posture fixing means is that an elastic member having a cylinder piston mechanism that expands and contracts by fluid pressure is formed by standing up and down in the traveling direction of the carriage, and the upper and lower ends of the elastic member extend. By hitting the inner surface of the existing pipe, the carriage can be fixed in a stretched state in the existing pipe.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
<Water stop member>
Prior to the description of the sticking device, a configuration example of a water stop member used for water stop work of the rehabilitation pipe is shown in FIG. The illustrated water-stop member 4 has a cloth-like or porous sheet-like body 41 having appropriate stretchability as a core material, and has a substantially uniform thickness with a synthetic rubber-based adhesive material 42 as a main material on one or both sides thereof. This is what was attached. As the core material, for example, a non-woven fabric made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) fibers, a sheet-like body 41 made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or other synthetic resin, or a synthetic resin film in which a large number of holes are formed may be used. it can. Further, as the synthetic rubber-based adhesive material 42, synthetic rubber such as butyl rubber, polyisobutylene, styrene / butadiene rubber, polychloroprene (neoprene) rubber, nitrile rubber or the like is used as a high viscosity solution. be able to. These synthetic rubbers are excellent in corrosion resistance, spreadability, adhesiveness, etc., but if they are made into a solution, the shape retention power of the synthetic rubber itself will decrease and it will sag or sag due to its own weight. By making it adhere, it is easy to hold | maintain a sheet-like shape.
[0017]
Although the planar shape of the water stop member 4 is not particularly limited, in this embodiment, the water stop member 4 is formed in a circular shape in order to stop the periphery of the connection port of the attachment pipe in an annular shape, and is attached at the center thereof. A round hole 43 having a size substantially equal to the inner diameter of the tube is formed.
[0018]
The inner surface of the existing pipe to which the water stop member 4 is attached is often wet due to water leakage or the like, but the adhesive strength of the synthetic rubber-based adhesive material 42 such as butyl rubber decreases when the surface gets wet with water. It is preferable to apply a water curable resin on the surface before carrying it into the existing pipe.
[0019]
<Attaching device>
2 to 3 show an embodiment of a sticking apparatus that carries the water stop member 4 as described above into an existing pipe and sticks it at a predetermined position. In this embodiment, in the case where the water stop member 4 is attached around the connection port on the main pipe 1 side in the connection portion between the main pipe 1 and the mounting pipe 2 of the existing pipe as shown in FIG. Will be described as an example.
[0020]
The sticking device 5 has a pressing plate 51 for holding the water stop member 4 attached to the carriage 52 via an elevating support means and an angle adjusting means provided on the carriage 52 that can move in the main pipe 1. On the other hand, it is held so that it can be raised and lowered and tilted up and down along the inner circumferential direction of the main pipe 1.
[0021]
The carriage 52 is formed so that the bottom part is along the inner surface of the main pipe 1. Near the four corners of the bottom portion, substantially hemispherical leg portions 53 made of a material such as resin or metal that easily slips on the inner surface of the main pipe 1 are attached. The carriage 52 moves to a predetermined location of the main pipe 1 (in this example, around the connection port of the attachment pipe 2) by pulling guidance with a wire or the like or through appropriate self-propelled means.
[0022]
A pair of support members 54 are erected in front of and behind the carriage 52. A shaft member 55 and a bearing member 56 are attached to the upper portions of the front and rear support members 54 so that the front and rear shaft centers coincide with each other, and a rotation axis parallel to the traveling direction of the carriage 52 is formed by these. . A base portion 57 is attached to the rotating shaft in a suspended state. The base portion 57 is formed by a swinging member 58 that is attached to each of the front and rear shaft members 55 and a pair of left and right connecting rods 59 that connect the front and rear swinging members 58, with the rotation shaft as the center. So that it can tilt to the left and right with respect to the direction of travel. A motor 60 for changing the tilt angle of the base portion 57 is attached to one end of the front and rear of the carriage 52, and a drive shaft of the motor 60 is coupled to one shaft member 55. The motor 60 is artificially controlled from the outside of the main pipe 1. The front and rear support members 54, the base portion 57, and the motor 60 constitute angle adjusting means.
[0023]
A pantograph-type registering 61 is attached to the front and rear of the base portion 57, respectively. The registering 61 is a mechanism conventionally used for train pantographs, telescopic magic hands, and the like, and has a plurality of link arms 62 that are hingedly connected to each other in a rhombus shape. When the interval 63 is enlarged or reduced, the crossing angle of the link arm 62 changes and the entire length expands and contracts. The registering 61 used in the sticking device 5 is provided so as to form a pair on the left and right of the front and rear of the base portion 57 with the extension direction facing upward. Each base end portion 63 is integrally connected to the left and right via a base end connecting member 64 that is elongated in the width direction of the base portion 57. Each base end connection member 64 has a pair of left and right connection rod insertion holes 65, and right and left connection rods 59 that form the base portion 57 are inserted through these connection rod insertion holes 65, respectively.
[0024]
Further, a female screw hole 67 is formed in the center portion in the width direction of the base end connecting member 64, and a guide bolt 68 provided in the center in the width direction of the base portion 57 is screwed into the female screw hole 67. ing. The guide bolt 68 is disposed between the front and rear rocking members 58 that form the base portion 57, and receives the driving force of the motor 71 that is mounted substantially at the center of the base portion 57 via the gears 69 and 70. To rotate. Also, in the vicinity of both ends of the guide bolt 68. Male threads corresponding to the female threads formed on the proximal end connecting member 64 are formed. The female screw and the male screw are a left screw 72 and a right screw 73, respectively, with respect to the base end portion 63 forming a pair. Therefore, when the guide bolt rotates, the base end connecting member 64 screwed to the guide bolt moves in the opposite directions so as to expand and contract the interval between the base end portions 63 of the respective registrations 61. The raising / lowering support means is formed by the registering 61, the base end connecting member 64, the guide bolt 68 and the motor 71.
[0025]
A cover member 74 formed to cover the left and right registering 61 is attached to the upper end of the registering 61. On the side surface of the cover member 74, a pressing plate support arm 75 protruding obliquely upward and leftward with respect to the traveling direction of the carriage 52 is attached. Both ends of the pressing plate support arm 75 are hinged to the side surface of the cover member 74 and the vicinity of the four corners of the back surface of the pressing plate 51, respectively.
[0026]
The pressing plate 51 is formed of a metal plate or a resin plate having moderate bending elasticity, and is held by the pressing plate support arm 75 in a curved state so that the surface side is convex. The pressing plate 51 is shaped so that the radius of curvature in the normal state is smaller than the inner radius of the main pipe 1. On the surface of the pressing plate 51, a mold release process is performed so that the synthetic rubber-based adhesive material 42 constituting the water stop member 4 can be detachably held.
[0027]
When the lifting / lowering support means is actuated to raise the cover member 74, the cover member 74 presses the pressing plate 51 against the inner surface of the main pipe 1 via the pressing plate support arm 75. Then, the pressing plate 51 first comes into contact with the inner surface of the main pipe 1 from the vicinity of the center thereof. When the cover member 74 is further raised, the pressing plate support arms 75 that have received the reaction force from the inner surface of the main pipe 1 are rotated so that the angles of the pressing plates 51 become horizontal, and the radius of curvature of the pressing plate 51 is increased. Thus, the pressing plate 51 is gradually pressed against the inner surface of the main pipe 1 from the vicinity of the center to both side edges. Further, when the elevating support means operates in the opposite direction and the cover member 74 descends, the pressing plate 51 gradually separates from the main pipe 1 toward the vicinity of the center while reducing the curvature pipe diameter by its own elasticity. By such a lifting and lowering operation of the pressing plate 51, the sticky sheet-like water-stopping member 4 can be adhered to the main pipe 1 with high accuracy so that no air bubbles remain between the main pipe 1 and the adhesive. .
[0028]
A round window hole 76 is formed near the center of the pressing plate 51. A positioning camera 77 is attached to the back side of the pressing plate 51 facing the window hole 76 (in this example, the upper part of the motor). By monitoring the upper inner surface of the main pipe 1 with this camera 77 through the round hole 43 formed in the water blocking member 4 and the window hole 76 formed in the pressing plate 51, the pressing plate 51 is connected to the connection port of the mounting pipe 2. It is possible to adjust the position of the carriage 52 and the raising / lowering direction of the pressing plate 51 so as to be located immediately below.
[0029]
Further, the sticking device 5 for the water stop member 4 is provided with posture fixing means for fixing the carriage 52 when the pressing plate 51 is pressed against the inner surface of the main pipe 1. This posture restraining means is used when the pressing plate 51 is pressed diagonally upward against the main pipe 1 when the attachment pipe 2 connected to the main pipe 1 is opened diagonally upward rather than immediately above the main pipe 1. It is provided to prevent the carriage 52 from tilting in the main pipe 1 due to the reaction force.
[0030]
The posture restraining means is formed by a telescopic member 78 erected before and after the carriage 52. The expansion and contraction member 78 uses a cylinder piston mechanism that expands and contracts by a fluid pressure such as air pressure, gas pressure, and hydraulic pressure, for example, and is provided so that two expansion and contraction members 78 are paired on the left and right in each front and rear part of the carriage 52. It has been. The cylinder portion 79 of the telescopic member 78 is fixed to the carriage 52 in a stationary state, and the piston rod portion 80 protrudes and retracts from the cylinder portion 79 in the vertical direction. An abutting member 81 is attached to the upper end of the piston rod portion 80 so as to integrally connect the piston rod portions 80 that form a pair on the left and right. The surface of the abutting member 81 is formed so as to exhibit an appropriate frictional force with the inner surface of the main pipe 1. After the carriage 52 is positioned at a predetermined position via the positioning camera 77 described above, the telescopic member 78 is extended by an artificial operation from the outside, and the abutting member 81 is abutted against the inner surface of the main pipe 1. Then, the carriage 52 is fixed in a stretched state in the main pipe 1, and it becomes possible to perform the work of attaching the water stop member 4 obliquely above the main pipe 1 with high accuracy.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
In the sticking device for a water stop member of the present invention, the pressing plate that presses the water stop member toward the inner surface of the existing pipe is held on the carriage via the lifting support means and the angle adjustment means. While being able to carry in a member to the target position in an existing pipe easily, not only the position right above an existing pipe but the water stop member can be stuck with high accuracy.
[0032]
Further, by providing the posture restraining means for fixing the carriage in the existing pipe in this sticking device, the sticking work particularly in an obliquely upward direction can be more reliably performed.
[0033]
Also, in this sticking device, a window hole is formed near the center of the pressing plate, and a positioning camera is attached to the back side of the pressing plate facing the window hole, thereby positioning the carriage and adjusting the lifting direction of the pressing plate. Can be performed with high accuracy.
[0034]
By using a device for attaching a water-stopping member with such a function, it is possible to ensure that the existing pipe line is rehabilitated, especially in areas where water leakage is likely to occur, such as the connection between the main pipe and the mounting pipe. Water can be planned.
