【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、取付け杆に段階的にして吊車の高さ調節を行うものであるから段階的な高さ調節しか行えず、いわゆる微調節を行えない構造となっている。

本発明は、従来例の斯様な欠点を回避し、斬新な構造の調節装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上枠に設けた案内レール上に載置したローラと該ローラを回動自在に枢着した吊車本体とからなる吊車の前記吊車本体に縦長の長孔を設け、該長孔を通じて締付け螺子の先端を障子框に設けた螺子孔に螺合して前記吊車本体を前記障子框に組付けると共に、前記吊車本体に前記長孔と縦方向に並べて窓口を形成し、該窓口の周縁に圧接して前記吊車本体を下方に押圧するカム片を、前記障子框に外部から回動操作可能に組付けた構成としたものである。

【作用】
外部からカム片を回動操作すると、カム片は吊車本体に形成した窓口の周縁に圧接して吊車本体を下方に押圧し、吊車本体(吊車)は上枠の案内レール上にローラを載置して高さ方向において定位置を維持しているため、前記の押圧作用は、締付け螺子を緩めて吊車に対して自由状態にある障子框に負荷され、締付け螺子の長孔との係合関係により、負荷の方向によって障子框は吊車本体に沿って上昇或いは降下し、障子框の高さ調節(障子框に対する吊車の相対的な突出量の調節)が行われ、該調節状態は、締付け螺子を締め付けることによって維持される。

本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、無段階に吊車の高さ位置調節(障子框に対する吊車の突出量調節乃至上枠に対する障子框の離開幅調節)を簡単に行うことができ、従って、微調節を行え、また、締付け螺子を取り外すことにより吊車と障子框を互いに分離できるから、保守点検作業上好適である。
