Description
【0001】

【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below.
(1) Rainwater that falls on the sidewalks and roadways appropriately penetrates the permeable blocks, permeable pavements, and crushed stone layers under the sidewalks and roadways, and is connected to these layers. It flows into the side groove and the road side groove at the end of the road. Therefore, even if a large amount of rainwater falls on the road, it continuously penetrates and efficiently flows into the sidewalk ditch at the end of the sidewalk and the roadside ditch at the end of the roadway. Never overflow. Therefore, since rainwater does not overflow on the road and the roadway, it does not cause a pedestrian's walking obstacle nor a vehicle running obstacle.
(2) Rainwater on the sidewalks and roadways, as appropriate, penetrates the water-permeable blocks under the sidewalks and roadways, the water-permeable pavement, and the crushed stone layer and communicates with them. Therefore, rainwater on the road continuously permeates and efficiently flows into the sidewalk ditch at the end of the sidewalk and the roadside ditch at the end of the roadway, so that it can be prevented from overflowing on the sidewalk or the roadway.
In particular, if the precipitation as isochronous long rain during the rainy season is high, curb blocks, gutter car roadside and sidewalks end, wraparound of seepage water into the lower part of various structures such as road L-type gutters is eliminated. As a result, the ground below the structure is not softened, and the structure is not encouraged to sink or meander. Therefore, the subsidence and meandering of the road structure can be prevented.
(3) The water accumulated or overflowing on the road efficiently flows into the sidewalk ditch at the end of the sidewalk and the roadside ditch at the end of the roadway and hardly overflows on the sidewalk or roadway. It is possible to prevent a hydro-braking phenomenon in which the wheels are idled by entering the vehicle, and a smoking phenomenon in which the water rises in the rearward direction when the vehicle is running and deteriorates the visibility of the following vehicle. Further, it is possible to prevent the field of view from deteriorating due to water splashing or light reflection.
