従来より、この種の仮設足場用手摺わくとしては、細長な略方形枠状とされた手摺わく本体の長手方向に沿ってその上部両端に各々一対の連結金具が取付けられたものが知られている。
そして、上述のごとく構成された手摺わくは、仮設足場を構成する隣あう支柱間に取付けフランジを介して取付けるものとされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記の従来例は、手摺わく本体の長手方向に沿ってその上部両端に連結金具が取付けられた構成よりなるものであるから、手摺わく本体と連結金具とはその長手方向に沿う同一直線上に位置するものであって、ひいては、仮設足場を構成する支柱間に架設状に取付けるさいには必然的に手摺わく本体が支柱間を結ぶ線上に位置するものである。
このため、適宜所要の支柱を躱して取付けることが出来ず、常に隣あう支柱間毎に取付けなければならないものであって、ひいては、仮設足場を構築するさいには多くの手摺わくが必要とされるのみならず、その取付け作業が非常に面倒で煩しいものである。また、隣あう支柱間に横ステ−を介して筋かいを取付けるさいにおいても、かかる手摺わくが邪魔となりやすいものである。

この発明は、従来の問題点を一挙に解決し、適宜所要の支柱を躱して複数のスパンに跨りつつ取付けることが出来るものであって、ひいては、少ない手摺わくでもって能率良く取付け作業を行なうことが出来るのみならず、筋かいの取付けにも邪魔とならない極めて至便な仮設足場用手摺わくを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
即ち、この発明は、略方形枠状とされた所要の長さを有する手摺わく本体の両端部に各々外側方へ向けて所要長の取付け金具が突設され、該各取付け金具には仮設足場を構成する支柱の係合孔付き取付けフランジに嵌合楔着自在とされた連結金具が取付けられてなり、仮設足場の構築時には柱間に適宜所要の支柱などを躱しつつ両端の連結金具を対応する取付けフランジに嵌合楔着して取付けるべく構成されてなることを特徴とする、仮設足場用手摺わくを要旨とするものである。

そして、この発明に係る仮設足場用手摺わくは、仮設足場を構成する支柱9間に適宜所要の支柱9や筋かい15などを躱して複数のスパンに跨りつつ取付けることが出来るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、この発明の実施の形態を図面に示す一実施例に基づいて説明する。
図1及び図2は、この発明に係る仮設足場用手摺わく1aの一実施例を示すもので、同図中、2aは所要の幅と長さを備えた横長な方形枠状の金属パイプ製手摺わく本体、3は該手摺わく本体2aに所定間隔をおいて架設された中桟、4は手摺わく本体2aの上部両端に各々所要長の取付け金具5を介して側方突出状に取付けられた一対の連結金具で、該各連結金具5の先部には後記する取付けフランジ10に嵌合掛止自在な嵌合口6が水平状に形成されると共に、上方より該嵌合口6を挿通してクサビ7を打込むべく所要径のクサビ孔8が垂直状に形成されている。そして、上記両端の連結金具4を結ぶ線と手摺わく本体2aとの間隔は、後記する支柱9間に所要の支柱9を躱して連結せしめるに充分な大きさに設定せしめられている。

その他、9は所要の仮設足場を構成する所要高の金属パイプ製支柱、10は該支柱9の上中下部外周面に各々固着された所要数の係合孔11付き取付けフランジ、12は支柱9を連結して所定間隔毎に自立せしめる所要長の金属パイプ製横ステ−で、該横ステ−12の両端部には各々前記連結金具4と同一構成の連結金具13が固着されている。14は自立せしめた支柱9間に架設自在とされた床付き布わく、15は筋かいピンなどを介して横ステ−12を上下に連結せしめる金属製の筋かいである。

そして、上述のごとく構成された手摺わく1aを使用して仮設足場を構築せしめるさいには、まず、所要数の支柱9を横ステ−12により連結して所定間隔毎に並列状に自立せしめ、隣あう支柱9間に床付き布わく14を架設せしめつつ順次上方に連結せしめる。しかるのち、所要の支柱9を躱して所定の支柱9間に手摺わく1aを架設状に取付ける(図1および図2参照)。
即ち、所要の支柱9を躱しつつ、両端の連結金具4の嵌合口6を各々対応する所定支柱9の取付けフランジ10に嵌合掛止せしめると共に、そのクサビ孔8を係合孔11に合致せしめ、のち、上方よりクサビ孔8を通して係合孔11にクサビ7を挿通状に打込んで固定せしめる(図3および図4参照)。このさい、手摺わく1aは上述の如く所要の支柱9を躱して複数のスパンに跨りつつ架設状に取付けることが出来るため、少ない手摺わく1aでもって能率良く取付ることが出来るものである。
以下、上下に対応する横ステ−12間に筋かい15を架設状に取付けると共に、所定の箇所に階段など所要の足場部材を取付けて仮設足場を構築せしめる。なお、上記の筋かい15は、手摺わく1aを躱して取付けることが出来るため、従来例のように邪魔になることなく常に適正位置に容易に取付けることが出来るものである。

図5は他の実施例を示す手摺わく1bで、手摺わく本体2bが伸縮自在に嵌合された所要長の手摺わく部材16a・16bにより構成されると共に、調整ボルト17を介して所要の長さに調整自在とされた点が前記実施例と相違し、他の部分は同一であり、同一符号は同一部分を示す。

なお、上記実施例において、手摺わく本体2a・2bの長さは所要の支柱9を躱すべく2スパンの長さを有するものとされているが、これに限定されるものでなく、複数スパンの長さに形成せしめてもよいものである。

【発明の効果】
この発明によれば以上の次第で、略方形枠状とされた所要の長さを有する手摺わく本体の両端部に各々外側方へ向けて所要長の取付け金具が突設され、該各取付け金具には仮設足場を構成する支柱の係合孔付き取付けフランジに嵌合楔着自在とされた連結金具が取付けられているから、適宜所要の支柱などを躱して複数のスパンに跨りつつ取付けることが出来るものであって、ひいては、少ない手摺わくでもって能率よく取付けることが出来るのみならず、全体として仮設足場のコストを低下せしめることが出来るものである。また、支柱間に横ステ−を介して筋かいを架設状に取付けるさいにおいても、手摺わくを躱して取付けることが出来るものであって、従来例のように邪魔になることなく常に適正位置に容易に取付けることが出来るものである。
