Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to a temporary work unit for assembling an intermediate landing for lifting and lowering, a foothold or a scaffold, and an inspection passage when temporary work is performed at a work site where civil engineering work is performed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing underground passages or underground passages in the ground, building basements, or constructing tunnels for subways, a large number of sheet piles are buried in the ground to form wall surfaces, and sheet piles are formed. In order to support the made wall surface, an abdomen made of H-shaped steel is attached to the inside of the wall surface in the horizontal direction. The abdomen will be located in the space formed in the ground, and the abdomen will be attached in multiple steps at a predetermined interval in the depth direction according to the depth of the space formed in the ground Become.
[0003]
For example, when constructing an underpass, a ladder for use by the operator should be installed between the upper and lower abdomen in order to perform construction work in the space, that is, temporary work. It has become. In order to build a deep space, if the height of the space is long, a large number of erections will be attached in the vertical direction, and workability will be improved between the upper ladder and the lower ladder. In consideration, an intermediate landing with a scaffolding plate is attached to the abdomen. This situation is shown in FIG.
[0004]
Such an intermediate landing is also called a stepping foot or a scaffold. Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), pipe materials such as a column pipe 1 and a handrail pipe 2 are used, and each pipe is freely clamped. The clamp body 3 is fastened to assemble the frame A, and the scaffolding plate 4 is installed on the bottom of the frame A.
[0005]
The assembly of the frame A is performed as follows. First, a pair of pedestal frames B formed by connecting two support pipes 5 with a horizontal connecting member 6 to form a frame shape, and a flange 8a of an H-shaped steel 8 with a sandwich clamp 7 provided on the side of the support pipe 5 Installed with a predetermined distance between them. The scaffold plate 4 is spanned between the horizontal connecting members 6 of the pair of step frame B, and the frame A having the above-described structure is assembled on the scaffold plate 4 spanned. The lower end side of the support pipe 1 is inserted into the support pipe 5 of the step frame B, and the support pipe 1 is erected. Using the erected support pipe 1, the handrail pipe is clamped by the clamp material 3 in the manner described above. 2 is assembled and a frame A is provided. In addition, a baseboard 9 may be attached to the support pipe 1 or the like around the scaffolding board 4 of the intermediate landing by using a wire or a rubber band for the purpose of preventing the foot from being stepped off.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, in civil engineering work such as underpass construction, when attaching an intermediate landing to the abdomen, it is necessary to combine a number of pipes and fasten them using clamps, wires, etc. There is a problem that it takes time.
[0007]
Also, in the civil engineering work such as construction of the above-mentioned underground passage, a temporary inspection passage is attached along the abdomen, and the operator moves to the predetermined work place through the inspection passage, or the inspection passage. In some cases, underpass construction work is performed.
[0008]
Even when such an inspection passage is attached to the abdomen, conventionally, a frame for an inspection passage is assembled using pipe materials such as a support pipe and a handrail pipe, and a scaffold plate is attached to the bottom of the frame. Is to be installed. Therefore, when such an inspection passage is attached to the abdomen, there is a problem that it takes time to assemble, as in the case of attaching an intermediate landing.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to enable an intermediate landing for civil works to be assembled quickly in a short time.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to make it possible to quickly and quickly assemble an inspection path for civil engineering work.
[0011]
Still another object of the present invention is to enable assembly of both the intermediate landing and the inspection passage by a common member.
[0012]
The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will be apparent from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Of the inventions disclosed in this application, the outline of typical ones will be briefly described as follows.
[0014]
That is, the work unit for temporary construction according to the present invention attaches a step frame to an abdomen provided on a wall surface of a construction site such as an underpass, and spans a scaffolding plate between connecting members that are horizontally passed to the step frame. If an end face frame and a pair of side frames assembled in advance are attached to the platform frame, a landing for temporary work can be formed.
[0015]
The end face frame is configured such that a front-end-side support column and a proximal-end-side support column are connected by a handrail member, and each of the support columns can be fitted to a support pipe of the platform frame. Therefore, the end face frame can be easily erected on site by inserting the support column into the support pipe of the platform frame attached to the abdomen, and fitting it. In particular, when fitting, if the support pipe and the support column can be fitted in a double cylinder shape by inserting and removing means, the fitting can be performed more easily.
[0016]
In addition, the pair of side frames includes a first frame body provided with a side-surface coupling fitting at one end portion of the frame body and a fitting protrusion at the other end portion, a side-surface coupling metal fitting at one end portion of the frame body, Since the second frame body is provided with a fitting recess that is fitted to the fitting protrusion at the other end, the first frame and the second frame are connected to the fitting protrusion. And can be formed by connecting with the fitting recess.
[0017]
Furthermore, since both the first frame and the second frame that form the side frame are provided with side-side connection fittings at one end thereof, the side frame composed of the first frame and the second frame has its side frame. Side-side connection fittings will come to the left and right ends. Therefore, a pair of steps provided at the abdomen part is separated by a predetermined distance by connecting the side surface side metal fittings on both ends and the end surface side metal fittings provided on the support column on the front end side of the end face frame having the above-described configuration. A side frame can be attached between the end surface frames standing on the frame. In this manner, a landing for temporary work in which the periphery of the scaffolding plate is surrounded by the end face frame and the side face frame can be easily formed by simply connecting the end face side and the side face side fittings. Therefore, when forming the landing, unlike the conventional case, it is not necessary to assemble the pipe in the field using a clamp material or the like. Therefore, troublesome assembly work at a high place can be avoided, and not only the work is easy, but also work safety is particularly preferable.
[0018]
Further, when the pair of side frames are formed, the first frame and the second frame are fitted using an insertion / extraction means such as inserting one fitting projection into the other fitting recess. If so, the length of the side frame in the direction of girder can be adjusted by adjusting the penetration degree. As for the attachment of the step frame to the abdomen, it is necessary to attach a pair of step frames at a predetermined interval. However, since the length can be adjusted by adjusting the penetration degree, the present invention can flexibly cope with a certain amount of attachment error in the attachment interval between the pair of step frames.
[0019]
In assembly work of members that are unitized with specified dimensions, it is normal that the dimensions of such units cannot be changed on-site, so in the past, installation errors often led to inability to assemble, and the present invention It is also effective in eliminating such problems.
[0020]
In addition, the auxiliary column attached to the support pipe of the platform frame and provided with the end face side coupling metal fitting is added to the work unit structure including the end face frame and the side frame having the above-described structure, thereby temporarily extending the carry direction. Work landing or inspection passage can be formed. Attach at least 3 step frames to the abdomen at a predetermined interval according to the span of the scaffolding plate, except for the step frame at both ends. If the lower end side of the auxiliary column is inserted and fitted into the support pipe on the tip side of the intermediate step frame, the auxiliary column can be erected. If a pair of side frames are attached in the above manner between the upright support columns and the end frame support columns, or between the auxiliary support columns, it is possible to form a landing or inspection passage with a longer girder direction. Furthermore, unlike the prior art, it is also possible to easily change the length of the temporary temporary landing for the work once formed.
[0021]
Furthermore, when the inspection passage is temporarily installed, a configuration in which the end face frame having the above configuration is not used may be used. In such a case, an auxiliary column for attaching the side frame can be erected by attaching it to the support pipe on the tip side of each step frame provided on the abdomen, and the side frame can be provided between the auxiliary columns as described above. That's fine.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0023]
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a situation in which an intermediate landing is formed on an abdominal portion of a wall surface such as an underpass using the temporary construction work unit of the present invention.
[0024]
The temporary construction work unit of the present embodiment includes a step frame 10, an end surface frame 20, a side frame 30, and a scaffold plate 40 (partially omitted).
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, the step frame 10 is formed by connecting a pair of parallel support pipes 11 in a frame shape with two connecting members 12 that are parallel in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, a reinforcing member 13 is provided between the upper and lower connecting members 12 and is reinforced to withstand a load even when the scaffolding plate 40 is stretched over the upper connecting member 12. In the present embodiment, steel pipes are used for the support pipe 11, the connecting member 12, and the reinforcing material 13 and are formed in a frame shape by welding. Moreover, it is preferable that the length of the connecting member 12 is set to be approximately an integral multiple of the width of the scaffold plate 40 described later. By setting in this way, unnecessary gaps are not generated when the scaffolding plate 40 is passed over, and it is possible to prevent work hazards such as stepping off and dropping of small items.
[0026]
One support pipe 11a out of the two support pipes 11 is previously provided with a sandwich clamp 14 at its upper end side by welding or the like. If the fixing bolt 14a of the pinch clamp 14 is screwed in a state where the flange 51 of the H-shaped steel 50 of the abdomen is sandwiched between the side surface of the support pipe 11a and the pinch clamp 14, the tip of the fixing bolt 14a and the support pipe 11a It is possible to securely fix the footrest frame 10 to the abdomen part by firmly holding the flange 51 between the side surfaces of the stepped portion and the side surface.
[0027]
The two support pipes 11 of the platform frame 10 are constituted by the support pipes 11a and 11b as described above. For the sake of explanation, the support pipe 11a provided with the clamp 14 is supported on the base end side. The pipe 11a and the other support pipe 11b may be referred to as a front-end support pipe 11b.
[0028]
On the other hand, the end face frame 20 is composed of two parallel columns 21 and a handrail member 22 passed in parallel therebetween. In this embodiment, the two parallel struts 21 are composed of a proximal-end strut 21a fitted with the support pipe 11a and a distal-end strut 21b fitted with the support pipe 11b. . Both struts 21a and 21b are steel pipes of the same length, and the pipe diameters are set so that they can be inserted and fitted into the support pipes 11a and 11b of the platform frame 10 without rattling. Further, the length of penetration of the support column 21 into the support pipes 11a and 11b may be as long as the support column 21 does not come off or fall down. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. It is set to about the length of the support pipes 11a and 11b.
[0029]
Further, in the present embodiment, three handrail members 22 (22a, 22b, 22c) are provided in parallel between the two columns 21a, 21b. One handrail member 22 a is provided between the upper ends of the columns 21, and the other handrail member 22 b is provided at a height almost halfway of the columns 21. Furthermore, the remaining one handrail member 22c is provided at a position away from the lower end side of the support column 21 by the penetration length into the support pipe 11 of the step frame 10. In the present embodiment, a fall-preventing wire mesh 60 is stretched between the handrail members 22b and 22c provided in parallel. Accordingly, the attachment height of the handrail member 22b may be set at a position slightly above the waist height of the average height so that the handrail member 22b does not fall when the worker stands on the scaffolding board 40. In the present embodiment, the configuration in which the wire mesh 60 is provided between the handrail members 22b and 22c is shown. However, there is no need to be bound to any wire mesh. For example, a plurality of handrail members are shown in FIG. 2 at small intervals. It may be passed between the columns 21. Alternatively, reinforcing bars or the like may be crossed between the columns 21 in a bracing manner. The point is that any fence can be used to prevent falling.
[0030]
In addition, two end surface side coupling fittings 23 are provided on the front end side support column 21b so as to be separated by a predetermined distance in the vertical direction of the side surface of the support column 21b. The shape of the end face side connection fitting 23 is formed so that it can be easily fitted to a side face connection fitting 33 of the side frame 30 described later. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the end face connecting bracket 23 has the through direction of the hole directed up and down between the attachment positions with the handrail members 22a and 22b on the side surface of the column 21b. It is formed by providing two short tubes separated by a predetermined distance. In the present embodiment, the short pipe is attached toward the support column 21a. By attaching the short pipe in this way toward the inside of the frame of the end face frame 20, it is not necessary to project the short pipe portion on the side surface of the column 21b, and it is caught by the short pipe protruding during the assembly work. It is considered not to be injured. However, when such consideration is unnecessary, it is not necessary to limit the mounting direction of the short pipe to any of the above directions.
[0031]
In addition, in the present embodiment, a short pipe having a round hole is used as the short pipe having the above-described configuration, so that the attachment work can be easily performed when attaching the side face frame 30 to the end face frame 20 described later. The mounting angle between the side frame 30 and the end frame 20 can be varied. If formed in a square hole, the mounting angle is restricted by the hole shape. Therefore, when the side frame 30 is attached to the end face frame 20 in a narrow work place, for example, the side frame 30 is temporarily attached to the extent that it overlaps the end face frame 20. It is not possible to dodge the work easily by changing the angle. However, when such consideration is unnecessary, it may be formed in a square hole.
[0032]
In addition, you may provide the end surface side connection metal fitting 23 also in the support | pillar 21a side. If the end face side connecting fittings 23 are provided on both the columns 21a and 21b, they can be attached without considering the front and back of the end face frame 20 when the end face frame 20 is used.
[0033]
The side frame 30 includes a first frame body 30a and a second frame body 30b that can be fitted and connected to each other. The 1st frame 30a is comprised from the two parallel support | pillars 31 and the handrail member 32 passed in parallel between them. The two columns 31 of the present embodiment are set according to the length from the upper end of the column 21 of the end face frame 20 to the attachment position of the handrail member 22c. Three handrail members 32 (32a, 32b, 32c) are provided in parallel on the two columns 31. One handrail member 32a is provided between the upper ends of the columns 31, and the other handrail member 32b is provided at the same height as the handrail member 22b provided on the column 21 of the end face frame. Furthermore, the remaining one handrail member 32 c is provided between the lower ends of the columns 31.
[0034]
Further, a wire mesh 60 is stretched between the handrail member 32b and the handrail member 32c for preventing the fall in the same manner as the end face frame 20. As shown in FIG. 1, the handrail members 32a, 32b, and 32c are provided on the column 31 according to the mounting height of the handrail members 22a, 22b, and 22c of the end face frame 20 as described above. This is because the position of the wire mesh 60 between the side face frame 30 and the end face frame 20 is aligned when combined with 20, so that the appearance is not unsightly. When such appearance considerations are not required, it is not necessary to match the attachment positions of the handrail members 32a, 32b, and 32c with the handrail members 22a, 22b, and 22c of the end face frame 20.
[0035]
Further, a side surface side connection fitting 33 is provided on the side surface of one of the two columns 31. As shown in FIG. 3B, the side-side connecting fitting 33 can be inserted into the hole of the short pipe without backlash so that the end-side connecting fitting 23 formed in a short tube can be easily fitted. The protrusion 33a is formed in a shape provided vertically downward. The attachment direction of the side-side connection fitting 33 is provided in a direction along the carry direction of the handrail member 32.
[0036]
In the above description, the end face side connection fitting 23 is formed in a short pipe and the side face connection fitting 33 is formed in the insertion protrusion 33a that can be inserted into the hole of the short pipe. However, the respective shapes may be reversed. . That is, the side surface side connecting fitting 33 may be formed on the short pipe described above, and the end face side connecting fitting 23 may be formed on the insertion protrusion 33a described above.
[0037]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the handrail member is provided on one end side of the handrail members 32 a and 32 c provided horizontally (one end on the side of the column 31 on which the side surface side coupling fitting 33 is not provided). A fitting projection 34 is provided so as to project in the direction of 32a and 32c. Further, a long hole 34a is vertically passed through the fitting protrusion 34 on the protruding side. In the present embodiment, the fitting protrusion 34 inserts a pipe that can be inserted into the handrail members 32a and 32c from one end side of the handrail members 32a and 32c formed in a pipe shape. The pipe is formed by bolting. In the present embodiment, the fitting protrusion 34 is formed by inserting the pipe into the handrail members 32a and 32c in a double cylinder shape and connecting the bolts, but it may be fixed by welding in advance. If the bolts are connected as in the present embodiment, it is possible to easily remove only the fitting protrusion 34 as necessary, and it is easy to store it neatly because there is no unnecessary protrusion when stored in a warehouse or the like.
[0038]
On the other hand, the 2nd frame 30b is also comprised from the two parallel support | pillars 31 and the handrail member 32 (32a, 32b, 32c) passed in parallel between them. In the present embodiment, the second frame 30b is formed in substantially the same manner as the first frame 30a, as shown in FIG. 1, except for the portion related to the fitting protrusion 34 of the first frame 30a. ing.
[0039]
In the present embodiment, the handrail members 32a and 32c are formed in a pipe shape as described above, and the fitting protrusions 34 of the first frame body 30a from the end surfaces of the handrail members 32a and 32c to the back. Is formed in the fitting recess 35 having such a length that it can be penetrated without causing play. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the handrail members 32a and 32c are fitted to the long holes 34a provided in the fitting projection 34 in a state where the fitting projection 34 is inserted into the fitting recess 35. In addition, the long hole 35a is vertically penetrated.
[0040]
Further, the side-side connecting bracket 33 having the same shape as that provided on the support 31 of the first frame 30a is provided on the support 31 on the side where the fitting recess 35 is not provided in the same manner as the first frame 30a. It has been.
[0041]
Further, the scaffold plate 40 may have a conventional configuration. For example, in the present embodiment, hooks 41 are provided at substantially four corners of a steel plate formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and as shown in FIG. In this case, the step frame 10 may be placed between the connecting members 12 that are horizontally attached to the step frame 10 that is attached with a predetermined interval. More simply, a single rectangular wooden board may be passed between the horizontal connecting members 12 and tightly connected to the horizontal connecting members 12 or the columns 11 with a wire or the like.
[0042]
The case where an intermediate landing is formed in an abdominal part such as an underpass using the step frame 10, the end surface frame 20, the side frame 30, and the scaffolding plate 40 thus configured will be described below.
[0043]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the two step frames 10 are adjusted to the interval between the scaffold plates 40, and the step 51 is attached to the flange 51 of the H-shaped steel 50 using the clamp 14 of the support pipe 11 on the proximal end side. It attaches so that the connection member 12 of the frame 10 may protrude horizontally from a provoked part. Thereafter, the scaffold plate 40 is spanned between the connecting members 12 of the two step frame 10. At the time of spanning, a plurality of narrow scaffolding plates 40 or one wide scaffolding plate may be spanned according to the width of the step frame 10 (the length of the connecting member 12). On the scaffold board 40 spanned in this way, the end face frame 20 and the side frame 30 are assembled to provide a landing for hypothesis work.
[0044]
After the scaffold plate 40 is passed over in the above manner, the end face frame 20 and the side frame 30 are carried onto the scaffold plate 40 by a crane or the like. The two end face frames 20 are erected by inserting the respective columns 21 into the support pipe 11 of the platform frame 10. When inserting the support column 21, the support column 11a on the proximal end side of the end face frame 20 is inserted into the support pipe 11a on the proximal end side, and the support column 11b on the distal end side is inserted into the support pipe 11b on the distal end side. In this manner, the end face frame 20 is erected on both ends of the scaffold plate 40.
[0045]
Next, a pair of side surface frames 30 may be provided between the two end surface frames 20 erected. The first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b constituting the pair of side surface frames 30 may be connected and assembled on the ground portion, or may be connected on the scaffold plate 40. I do not care. In this description, a case where the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b are connected on the scaffold plate 40 will be described. It should be noted that the connecting work of both frame bodies can be performed on the ground portion in the same manner as in the present description, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
[0046]
The first frame 30a is connected to the end face frame 20 erected on the platform frame 10. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the short tubular end surface in which the insertion protrusion 33 a of the side-side connection fitting 33 of the column 31 of the first frame 30 a is provided on the column 21 b on the distal end side of the end surface frame 20 is connected. What is necessary is just to insert in the hole of the side connection metal fitting 23. Thus, the 1st frame 30a can be connected with the side surface of the standing end surface frame 20. FIG. Further, in the present embodiment, since the short pipe using the round hole is used as the end face side connection fitting 23, the attachment angle between the end face frame 20 and the first frame 30a can be appropriately varied to change the first frame 30a. The first frame 30a and the second frame 30b can be connected in a state where the frame is slightly directed toward the inside of the scaffold, and the assembly work can be performed at a safe position of the scaffold.
[0047]
Next, the connecting operation of the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b will be described. The fitting protrusions 34 provided on the handrail members 32a and 32c of the first frame 30a are inserted into the fitting recesses 35 of the handrail members 32a and 32c of the second frame 30b. In this state, the insertion projection portion 33a of the side-side connection fitting 33 of the second frame 30b is inserted into the hole of the short tubular end-face connection fitting 23 of the column 21b on the tip side of the end face frame 20 so as to be connected. To do. Further, the fitting protrusion 34 protruding from the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are fitted by passing bolts up and down from the elongated holes 35a of the handrail members 32a and 32c of the second frame 30b. The recess 35 is fixed. In this way, the pair of side frames 30 connecting the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are provided between the two end surface frames 20, and the scaffold plate 40 that has already been suspended in the manner described above is provided. A U-shaped enclosure is formed around the periphery.
[0048]
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5A, the cover 70 is hung on the connecting portion of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b. The cover 70 is formed to have a concave section with a lower opening, and the opening width is set so as not to cause backlash in the axial direction by covering the two handrail members 32a at the connecting portion of the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b. ing. By applying the cover 70 in this way, it is possible to prevent some backlash along the axial direction occurring at the fitting and connecting portion. Therefore, the cover 70 may not be provided when it is not necessary to pay special attention to the axial play at the connecting portion. Further, a baseboard may be provided on the scaffold plate 40 below the substantially U-shaped enclosure composed of the end face frame 20 and the side face frame 30 to prevent the foot from being removed.
[0049]
(Embodiment 2)
In the present embodiment, a case will be described in which an inspection passage is configured using the step frame 10, the end surface frame 20, the side frame 30, and the scaffolding plate 40 described in the first embodiment.
[0050]
The inspection passage described in the present embodiment is configured such that the scaffold part of the landing for hypothesis work described in Embodiment 1 is formed long and can be used as a passage.
[0051]
Therefore, in order to connect the side frames 30 in the horizontal direction, in addition to the step frame 10, the end surface frame 20, the side frames 30, and the scaffolding plate 40, auxiliary struts 80 are newly configured for connecting the side frames 30 to each other. Has been added as.
[0052]
As shown in FIG. 6, the auxiliary support column 80 is formed of a steel pipe having a thickness that can be inserted into the support column 11 b on the front end side of the step frame 10 in the same manner as the support column 21 of the end face frame 20. In this embodiment, the length is also set in accordance with the length of the column 21. End face side connection fittings 81 are provided on the left and right side surfaces of the auxiliary support column 80 so that the side face connection fittings 33 of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b can be fitted. In the present embodiment, the end face side connecting fitting 81 is formed in the same short tube shape as the end face side connecting fitting 23 provided on the support column 21 b on the tip end side of the end face frame 20.
[0053]
In addition, the attachment direction of the end face side connection fitting 81 is attached so as to be attached to both the left and right sides with the auxiliary column 80 interposed therebetween, and the side frame 30 can be connected to the left and right sides with the auxiliary column 80 interposed therebetween.
[0054]
When an auxiliary passage 80 having such a configuration is used and an inspection passage is provided in the abdominal portion of the wall surface of a construction site such as an underpass, the number according to the plurality of scaffolding plates 40 spanned along the length direction of the passage. It is necessary to attach the step frame 10 to the flange 51 of the H-shaped steel 50 in the abdomen. For example, when two side frames 30 formed as a pair of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b are connected to each other, the two end surface frames 20 are erected and the two side frame frames A total of three platform frames 10 are required for standing the 30 auxiliary columns 80 for connection. In the case where three or more pairs of the side frames 30 are connected, the number of the step frames 10 may be determined in the same manner.
[0055]
The plurality of step frame 10 are separated from each other according to the span of the scaffolding plate 40 and are provided on the support pipe 11a on the base end side of the step frame 10 in the manner described in the first embodiment. The clamp clamp 14 is attached to the flange 51 of the H-shaped steel 50 at the abdomen.
[0056]
The scaffolding plate 40 is spanned between the connecting members 12 of the plurality of step frames 10 thus provided. In the present embodiment, as the scaffold plate 40, a type in which hooks 41 are provided at the same four corners as shown in FIG. 1 is used. Further, when the scaffolding plate 40 is transferred, the scaffolding plate 10 provided at an intermediate position of the abdomen except for the stepping frame 10 on both ends on which the end face frame 20 is erected is provided on the connecting member 12 from the left and right. Since 40 is to be stretched, the hook 41 may be slightly shifted from each other as shown in FIG. 6A. In addition, what is necessary is just to make it pile up the one end side of a board | plate surface as it is conventionally performed when spanning a single board as the scaffold board 40.
[0057]
In this way, after the scaffolding plate 40 is spanned over the plurality of step frames 10, as in the above embodiment, the two end surface frames 20 carried on the scaffold by a crane or the like, the required number of auxiliary struts 80, and A required number of side frames 30 may be assembled. When assembling, the end face frame 20 may be performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. The auxiliary column 80 may be erected by inserting its lower end side into the support pipe 11b on the distal end side of the step frame 10 at an intermediate position where the end surface frame 20 is not erected. In this manner, the end face frames 20 on both end sides are erected, and the number of auxiliary struts 80 corresponding to the number of side frames 30 connected are erected between the end face frames 20 on both ends at predetermined intervals. . What is necessary is just to provide the side frame 30 which connects the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b between the support | pillar 21b of the front end side of the standing end surface frame 20, and the auxiliary support | pillar 80. FIG.
[0058]
When the side frame 30 is provided, the first frame 30 a is first attached to the end surface frame 20 as in the first embodiment. What is necessary is just to attach by fitting with the side surface side coupling metal fitting 33 of the 1st frame 30a, and the end surface side coupling metal fitting 23 of the end surface frame 20. FIG. Next, the second frame 30b is attached to the first frame 30a attached to the end face frame 20 by fitting the fitting protrusions 34 and the fitting recesses 35 to each other. Furthermore, if the side-side connecting bracket 33 of the second frame 30b connected to the first frame 30a is fitted to the end-side connecting bracket 81 provided on the side of the auxiliary column 80, the column 21b of the end frame 20 and A pair of side frames 30 can be provided between the auxiliary columns 80.
[0059]
In the same manner, a side frame 30 is provided between the auxiliary column 80 and the remaining end frame 20 and, if necessary, between the auxiliary columns 80 while connecting the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b, for inspection. A passage may be formed.
[0060]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, when connecting the side frames 30, the case where one auxiliary | assistant support | pillar 80 was used was demonstrated, but the case where two auxiliary | assistant support | pillars 80 are used for a connection part is also considered. When two auxiliary struts 80 are used, two step frames 10 may be provided side by side as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7 (only the constituent parts of the end face frame and the side frame are shown for easy viewing), the number of the step frame 10 at the connecting portion of the side frame 30 is equal to the number of auxiliary columns 80 to be erected. It is provided together. Thus, when using the two auxiliary struts 80, it is not necessary to shift the hook 41 when the scaffolding plate 40 is passed.
[0061]
(Embodiment 3)
In the third embodiment, an inspection passage in which one of the end face frames 20 at both the left and right ends of the inspection passage having the configuration described in the second embodiment is removed, or an inspection passage in which both the end face frames 20 are removed will be described. In addition, since the inspection passage of these structures can be easily estimated from Embodiment 2, illustration is abbreviate | omitted below.
[0062]
In such a case, an auxiliary column 80 is erected in place of one or both of the end frame 20 to be removed, and the side frame 30 is provided between the auxiliary column 80 and the remaining end frame 20 and auxiliary column 80. You can do it.
[0063]
For example, in the case of an inspection passage in which an end face frame is provided only on one side, the end face frame 20 and the auxiliary strut 80 are provided on the step frame 10 at both ends of the plurality of step frames 10 attached to the abdomen in the above manner. Further, when removing the end face frames 20 on both ends, only the auxiliary struts 80 may be erected on the step frame 10 on both ends. Further, auxiliary struts 80 are erected on the step frame 10 other than the step frame 10 on both ends. The side frame 30 may be provided between the end surface frame 20 and the auxiliary column 80 erected in this manner, or between the auxiliary columns 80.
[0064]
The attachment of the side frame 30 is carried out by using the end face side connecting fitting 81 provided on the end face frame 20 or the auxiliary support column 80, and the side face side connecting fitting 33 of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b constituting the side face frame 30. If it connects in the way described in the form 2, the inspection channel | path which provided the end surface frame 20 only in one side, or the inspection channel | path which does not have the end surface frame 20 in both sides is made.
[0065]
As mentioned above, the invention made by the present inventor has been specifically described based on the embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. Needless to say.
[0066]
Further, in the above description, the invention made mainly by the present inventors is applied to civil works for constructing underground passages or underground passages in the ground, which is the field of use thereof, constructing basements, or constructing tunnels for subways. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention can also be applied to a case where a landing part is formed by building assembly or a temporary passage is provided along the outer surface of the building.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
Of the inventions disclosed in the present application, effects obtained by typical ones will be briefly described as follows.
[0068]
(1). In the temporary construction work unit of the present invention, the handrail portion necessary around the scaffolding plate such as a landing can be easily hypothesized on the spot by assembling with the pre-configured end face frame and side frame. Therefore, unlike the conventional configuration in which various pipe materials are assembled with a free clamp or the like on site, the number of work steps can be greatly reduced.
[0069]
(2). Also, such a landing site formation work is often performed on a narrow scaffolding plate in a high place, but the safety of the high place work can be achieved because the assembly work of the temporary construction work unit of the present invention can be simplified.
[0070]
(3). Further, in the temporary construction work unit according to the present invention, since the assembly work can be easily performed, the disassembly work at the end of the work can be easily performed, and the work man-hour can be greatly reduced.
[0071]
(4). Furthermore, in the configuration of the side frame of the temporary construction work unit of the present invention, the first frame and the second frame can be connected by fitting the fitting protrusions and the fitting recesses to each other. The connection length can be adjusted by adjusting the joint state, and even if an installation error occurs between the step frame provided on the abdomen, it can be flexibly dealt with. In particular, if the fitting can be performed by the insertion / extraction means, the connection length can be easily adjusted by adjusting the insertion / extraction length.
[0072]
(5). Moreover, in the temporary construction work unit according to the present invention, by adding an auxiliary column to the structure for forming the landing, the side frame can be connected long and the length of the landing can be changed freely. Since it is not necessary to change the configuration of the other units, the assembly work can be performed in the manner of the landing site formation work, and the work efficiency can be improved by actively unifying and simplifying the field work.
[0073]
(6). In particular, if the unit assembly operation is limited to fitting connection and bolting, the assembly operation is simple and does not require skill, so that no erroneous operation occurs and the safety of the assembly is increased. It can be secured.
[0074]
(7). On the other hand, the auxiliary struts are formed in a bar shape unlike surface components, etc., and are not particularly bulky, so there is no need to consider a separate material storage place even in a small site, and it can be changed flexibly according to the site situation. Even if other units are preliminarily carried in so that the change from the landing to the passage can be dealt with, it does not get in the way.
