Description

【0001】

When folded, it becomes a substantially single rod-like body that is unfolded. Then, since it becomes a substantially gate-shaped stable handrail use form, it is easy to carry and attachment work becomes very easy. In the mounting work, as described above, after attaching the lower end portion of one of the saddles 5 of the folded safety handrail 1 to one of the columns 2 and 2, the lower end of the other saddle 5 is held. Since the handrail main body 6 is expanded while moving to the other support column 2 as it is and the lower end of the other hook 5 is attached to the other support column 2, the attaching operation can be performed quickly and easily.
[0020]
Further, as in this embodiment, the handrail main body 6 is pivotally connected between one end portions of the upper pair of cross members 10 and 10 and the upper end portion of the middle vertical member 11, so that the lower pair of cross members 10, 10 Since one end portions of 10 and the lower end portion of the middle longitudinal member 11 are pivotally connected and the other end portions of the respective cross members 10 are pivotally attached to the flange 5 respectively, the number of parts is reduced. Nevertheless, it can be folded compactly, can be quickly and easily deployed in a stable handrail usage form, and is a structurally robust safety handrail that is extremely effective as a preliminary temporary handrail.
[0021]
Further, as in this embodiment, the mounting bracket 17 provided on the lower end side of each rod 5 is inserted from above into the engagement hole 8 of the flange member 7 provided in the column 2 of the single pipe scaffold 4. Since the downward wedge piece 17b is provided, the rod 5 can be quickly and easily attached to the column 2. Further, since the support bracket 18 provided below the mounting bracket 17 has a concave engagement member 18b that can be engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the support column 2, it is possible to stably attach the flange 5 to the support column 2. it can.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
The safety handrail of the invention according to claim 1 includes a pair of heels that are attached so as to follow the column, and both ends are pivotally attached to the upper end side of both heels, and are folded between the two halves. It is composed of a handrail body that can be folded freely. When it is folded, it becomes approximately one rod-shaped body. When it is unfolded, it becomes a substantially hand-shaped stable handrail usage form. Transport on the lower scaffolding plate is facilitated, and the mounting operation can be easily performed in a short time.
[0023]
In the safety handrail of the invention according to claim 2, the handrail main body pivotally connects the upper end portions of the middle vertical members 11 with the one end portions of the upper pair of cross members, and the one end portions of the lower pair of cross members. It is formed by pivotally connecting the lower end of the middle vertical member and pivotally connecting the other end of each cross member to each other, so that it can be folded compactly despite the small number of parts. At the same time, it can be quickly and easily deployed in a stable handrail usage form, and is a structurally solid safety handrail that is extremely effective as a preceding temporary handrail.
[0024]
In the safety handrail of the invention according to claim 3, the mounting bracket of each heel has a downward wedge piece inserted from above into the engagement hole of the flange member provided in the support column of the single pipe scaffold. The hook can be mounted quickly and easily, and the support fitting provided below the fitting has a concave engaging member that can be engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the column, so that the rod is stable with respect to the column. Can be installed well.
