Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for treating organic waste liquid with activated sludge and a treatment system thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, biological treatment methods using activated sludge have been widely used to treat industrial wastewater such as food and chemical factory wastewater and organic wastewater such as sewage. In this method, various improved techniques have been developed because a large amount of hardly dewatering excess sludge is generated.
For example, the present inventor succeeded in suppressing the generation of excess sludge by developing the following aerobic biological treatment method for organic waste liquid, and has been put into practical use (see Japanese Patent No. 2937761). That is, this method is a method in which at least a part of the sludge extracted from the biological treatment apparatus is ozone-treated and then returned to the biological treatment apparatus. By contacting ozone with the sludge, the cell walls of microorganisms contained in the sludge are destroyed. The sludge is solubilized by reducing the molecular weight of the organic polymer.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the aerobic biological treatment method, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) component of sludge that is not easily biodegraded (hereinafter referred to as “biodegradable organic matter”) is re-dissolved and redispersed, There is a problem that decomposable organic matter is generated, and there are cases where it is not applicable when the discharge water standard is strict (
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is an organic drainage treatment method and organic that can effectively remove biologically degradable organic substances produced by sludge solubilization treatment. It aims at providing an effluent treatment system.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, an organic drainage treatment method of the present invention includes a biological treatment step for treating an organic wastewater with activated sludge, and a solid treatment for separating the treatment liquid of the biological treatment step into sludge and a separation liquid. A liquid separation step, and a solubilization treatment step of injecting ozone into at least a part of the sludge separated in the solid-liquid separation step, and solubilizing the sludge solubilized. An organic waste liquid treatment method for returning to the ozone treatment step, wherein ozone is injected into the separated liquid after the solid-liquid separation step within a range of 1 mg / l to 20 mg / l, and the ozone treatment step A bioadsorption treatment step of performing a bioadsorption treatment of the treatment liquid, wherein the ozone treatment step is supplied with waste ozone discharged in the solubilization treatment step, and the biosorption treatment step includes the ozone treatment. Waste discharged in the process It is characterized in that gas to decompose the hydrazone with activated carbon tower is supplied.
[0006]
In order to perform the ozone treatment, the purpose can be achieved by setting the injection amount of ozone per liter of the treatment liquid (separation liquid) within the range of 1 mg to 20 mg, but preferably 1 mg to 10 mg. A greater effect can be obtained by injecting within the range of 5 mg to 8 mg, more preferably within the range of 5 mg to 8 mg (the same applies to the following invention).
[0007]
In addition, the solubilization treatment process can use various treatment methods such as mechanical treatment, biological treatment, chemical treatment, and physical treatment. In particular, the solubilization treatment step can be performed by bringing an oxidizing substance such as ozone into contact with sludge. Is preferred.
In addition, bioadsorption treatment uses a bioadsorbent material in which microorganisms are attached to an adsorbent material (carrier) having a fine structure, and adsorbs and biologically treats pollutant. Use activated carbon as the adsorbent material. Is preferred.
[0008]
In the present invention, it is possible to effectively remove the biodegradable organic matter generated by the sludge solubilization treatment by the biosorption treatment. By ozone treatment minute syneresis Moreover, 1) to increase the efficiency of the biological adsorption treatment, 2) changing the material to be easily degraded by microorganisms some of the biological decomposition-resistant organic substances contained in the processing liquid 3) Since ozone can be used as an oxygen source in the bioadsorption treatment to make the adsorptive substance an aerobic atmosphere, the effect of the biosorption treatment can be further enhanced.
[0009]
In addition, since the bioadsorption treatment in the present invention is performed using a bioadsorbent material in which microorganisms are attached to the surface portion of the adsorbent material, the biochemical decomposition action and adsorption by the microorganisms on the surface portion of the adsorbent material. The combined effect of the physicochemical adsorption action of the bioactive substance makes it possible to efficiently remove the biodegradable organic substance and to keep the life of the bioadsorbable substance long. Therefore, since the lifetime of the adsorptive substance can be kept longer than that of a simple adsorption process, the cost and labor required for the replacement can be saved.
[0010]
Further, another organic drainage treatment method of the present invention includes a biological treatment step for treating an organic wastewater with activated sludge, and a solid-liquid separation step for separating the treatment liquid of the biological treatment step into sludge and a separated liquid, A solubilization treatment step of injecting ozone into at least a part of the sludge separated in the solid-liquid separation step and solubilizing the sludge, and returning the solubilized sludge to the biological treatment step be organic drainage processing method, further, the ozone treatment step of injecting ozone in the range of 1 mg / l to 20 mg / l in the separated liquid after the solid-liquid separation step, the treatment liquid of the ozone treatment step the and a biosorption process of biosorption process, the ozone treatment step and the biosorption process, waste ozone discharged by the solubilization process is characterized in that it is supplied.
[0011]
According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively remove biodegradable organic substances by biosorption treatment, while exhausted ozone discharged in the solubilization treatment step is injected in the ozone treatment step and the biosorption treatment step. Since the ozone can be used effectively, the treatment can be performed very economically.
[0012]
And in order to implement | achieve the said organic waste liquid treatment method, the biological treatment means for carrying out the activated sludge process of organic waste liquid, and the process for separating the process liquid of the said biological treatment means into sludge and a separation liquid Solid-liquid separation means, solubilization treatment means for introducing at least a part of the sludge from the solid-liquid separation means and solubilizing with ozone, and solubilized sludge from the solubilization treatment means to the biological organism From the solubilized sludge return means for returning to the treatment means, the ozone treatment means for bringing the separated liquid into contact with ozone, the bioadsorption treatment means for bioadsorbing the effluent from the ozone treatment means, and the solubilization treatment means of the first exhaust ozone supply means for supplying a discharge ozone into the ozone treatment unit, the second exhaust ozone supply for supplying gas to the exhaust ozone was decomposed by activated carbon column from the ozone treatment unit in the biosorption process means It is preferable to use an organic drainage processing system comprising: the stage, a.
[0013]
Here, the biosorption treatment means is provided with a filter layer filled with an adsorbent substance (carrier) having a fine structure, and an aerobic atmosphere is maintained by blowing an oxygen-containing gas (such as ozone) into the filter layer. However, it is a means configured so that microorganisms can live on the surface portion of the adsorbent substance, and it is preferable to use a biological activated carbon tower encapsulated in a cylindrical body using activated carbon as the adsorbent substance.

At this time, since the separation liquid is subjected to ozone treatment in the previous stage of this process and in this process , dissolved oxygen is supplied to biological activated carbon using ozone as an oxygen source, and is maintained in an aerobic atmosphere. Thus, by appropriately growing the biofilm on the surface portion of the activated carbon, it is possible to perform the adsorption by the activated carbon and the decomposition by the biofilm in a well-balanced manner, and the biodegradable organic matter can be stably removed.
Here, even if there are too many or too few biofilms on the surface of the activated carbon, the balance between the biochemical decomposition action by microorganisms and the physicochemical adsorption action of activated carbon will be lost, and the decomposition of biodegradable organic substances will be effective. Not done. At this time, if the amount of ozone injected per liter of separated liquid in the biological activated carbon
[0029]
As described above, according to the organic effluent treatment method and organic drainage treatment system of the present invention, to effectively remove biological flame degradable organic substances produced results in solubilization of the sludge in the biosorption process Is possible. Furthermore, the partial syneresis by ozone treatment, 1) to increase the efficiency of the biological adsorption treatment, 2) changing the material to be easily degraded by microorganisms some of the biological decomposition-resistant organic substances contained in the processing liquid 3) Since ozone can be used as an oxygen source in the biosorption process and the adsorptive substance can be maintained in an aerobic atmosphere, the effect of the biosorption process can be further enhanced.
[0030]
In addition, since the bioadsorption treatment in the present invention uses an adsorbent substance having microorganisms attached to the surface, it is an efficient treatment due to the combined effect of the biochemical decomposition action by the microorganism and the physicochemical adsorption action of the adsorbent substance. It is possible to keep the life of the adsorptive substance long. Accordingly, the lifetime of the adsorptive substance can be maintained longer than that of a simple adsorption process, so that the cost and labor required for the replacement can be saved.
[0031]
Furthermore, in the present invention, the ozone discharged in the solubilization treatment process can be used as the ozone injected in the ozone treatment process and the biosorption treatment process . it can be purified economically organic drainage on.

The concentration was 20 mg / liter. It was confirmed that the COD Mn concentration of the purified water according to the present invention was reduced to about 60% compared to the comparative example.
Moreover, according to the said Example, continuous operation was possible, without performing the reproduction | regeneration operation of the activated carbon of the biological activated
[0038]
[Second Comparative Example]
In the case of performing the organic drainage treatment method of the present invention and the case of performing the organic drainage treatment method of the second comparative example, predetermined activation of activated carbon charged in the biological activated
The organic drainage treatment method of the second comparative example uses the organic drainage treatment system shown in FIG. 3 (each component is the same as the organic drainage treatment system of the present invention), and (1) a biological treatment process. (2) Solid-liquid separation step, (3) Only the solubilization step is performed, and the supernatant after the solid-liquid separation step is simply adsorbed (hereinafter referred to as “activated carbon adsorption treatment”) by the activated
Then, performs the same operation as in Example, the COD Mn concentration in the treated water at the outlet of the activated carbon column 15 '' were regenerated active carbon when it exceeds 12 mg / liter.
As a result, the regeneration frequency was once every four months, and three regeneration operations were required in one year.
[0039]
As a result when the reproduction frequency of the activated carbon used in the organic effluent treatment method of the second comparative example was 1.0, reproduction frequency of the activated carbon used in the organic effluent treatment method of the present invention is 0.3, and the It was confirmed that it was possible to cope with the regeneration frequency of 1/3, and it became clear that the life of the activated carbon could be kept long.
