Description
【0001】

[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned reasons, and an object of the present invention is to quickly discharge bubbles from the pump chamber to the outside so as not to cause the bubble squeezing phenomenon, and to reduce the impeller idling and the electric pump. The object is to provide a method for preventing idling of a pump.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pump body in which a pump chamber having a suction port for introducing water and a discharge port for discharging water is formed, an impeller disposed in the pump chamber, and a drive source for rotationally driving the impeller An electric pump that pressurizes water introduced from the suction port in the direction of the impeller's rotation axis with blades provided on the impeller and discharges the water through the discharge port in the circumferential direction of the impeller, and the discharge port corresponds to the impeller blades open to sites, impeller, the suction opening against Oite discharge port rotation axis direction are those comprising a protrusion on a peripheral surface of a portion not provided with the wings a opposite side. According to this configuration, since the protrusion is formed on the peripheral surface of the portion of the impeller that is opposite to the suction port with respect to the discharge port and not provided with the blades, even if bubbles enter the pump chamber, The bubbles can be crushed and discharged promptly, and as a result, it is possible to prevent bubbles from accumulating in the pump chamber and causing the impeller to idle. That is, when used for pumping hot water in a water heater pot, the time from when the drive source is started until hot water is discharged is shorter than when no protrusion is provided.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the driving source is a motor, a first magnet that is rotationally driven by the motor, a second magnet coupled to the impeller and magnetically coupled to the first magnet. It consists of a magnet. According to this configuration, the space in which the impeller is housed and the space in which the motor is disposed can be separated in a watertight manner, and water can be prevented from leaking from the vicinity of the rotation shaft of the impeller. .
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the impeller has three blades, and the protrusions are formed so as to be continuous with the blades. This configuration is the preferred embodiment. Here, since the impeller blades and the protrusions are formed in a continuous shape, the effect of increasing the pressure in the pump chamber is also obtained by the protrusions. That is, the amount of water discharged can be increased.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the third aspect of the invention, the width dimension of each protrusion in the circumferential direction of the impeller is set so that the center of gravity of the impeller is positioned on the rotation shaft of the impeller. According to this configuration, by locating the center of gravity on the rotation shaft of the impeller, it is possible to eliminate the shaft shake of the rotation of the impeller and to suppress the generation of noise and vibration accompanying the rotation of the impeller.
[0010]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, water introduced into the pump chamber from the suction port along the direction of the rotational axis of the impeller that is driven to rotate is pressurized by the blade provided in the impeller, and passes through a discharge port that opens to a portion corresponding to the blade. The pump chamber is discharged from the pump chamber in the circumferential direction of the impeller, and is formed on the circumferential surface of the portion of the impeller opposite to the suction port in the rotation axis direction of the impeller and not provided with blades in the impeller. This is a method of pulverizing the bubbles introduced into. According to this method, when the impeller is rotated, the air bubbles in the pump chamber are crushed by the protrusion formed on the side of the impeller that is opposite to the suction port and not provided with the blades in the impeller. Air bubbles are immediately discharged from the chamber. Further, since bubbles are quickly discharged from the pump chamber, it is difficult for the bubble stagnation phenomenon to occur, and as a result, it is possible to prevent bubbles from accumulating in the pump chamber and causing the impeller to idle. That is, when used for pumping hot water in a water heater pot, the time from when the drive source is started until hot water is discharged is shorter than when no protrusion is provided.
[0011]

According to the configuration of the invention according to
[0021]
As in the invention of
[0022]
As in the invention of claim 3, the impeller has three blades, and the protrusions are formed so as to be continuous with the blades, and the impeller blades and protrusions are formed continuously. Therefore, the effect of increasing the pressure in the pump chamber can be obtained by the protrusion, and the amount of water discharged can be increased.
If the width dimension of each protrusion in the circumferential direction of the impeller is set so that the center of gravity of the impeller is positioned on the rotation shaft of the impeller as in the invention of claim 4, the center of gravity is positioned on the rotation shaft of the impeller. By doing so, there is an advantage that the shaft runout of the rotation of the impeller can be eliminated and generation of noise and vibration accompanying the rotation of the impeller can be suppressed.
[0023]
According to the configuration of the fifth aspect of the present invention, the pump chamber is provided with the protrusion formed on the peripheral surface of the portion where the impeller is not provided with the blade on the side opposite to the suction port in the rotation axis direction of the impeller. since grinding the introduced bubbles, the air bubbles in the pumping chamber by protrusions formed on portions not provided with vanes in the impeller an opposite side to the inlet with respect to the discharge port rotates the Lee Npera There is an advantage that bubbles are crushed and bubbles are quickly discharged from the pump chamber. Further, since bubbles are quickly discharged from the pump chamber, there is an advantage that bubble bubble phenomenon hardly occurs, and as a result, it is possible to prevent bubbles from accumulating in the pump chamber and causing the impeller to idle. That is, when used for pumping hot water in a water heater pot, the time from when the drive source is started until hot water is discharged is shorter than when no protrusion is provided.
