本発明は、基本レールに対しトングレールを転換させるポイント装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
これまでのポイント手段に、基本レールに取付けて、ローラー上をトングレールが動き転換を軽くする方式(基本レール取付け方式)がある。
しかし、この方式はローラー径が大きいため、トングレールの乗移りが不連続になり、一時的に転換が重くなる。まくらぎ間に取付けるので、バラストの突き固めができない、などの難点がある。

またレールの軌間内に取付けて、両方のトングレールをプレートで支え、そのプレートがボックス上をローラーでスライドする方式(まくらぎ間取付け方式)がある。
しかし、装置重量が100Kg近くあって、敷設作業は人力のみでは困難である。まくらぎ間に取付けるので、バラストの突き固めができない。両方の基本レールに跨がるので、軌間絶縁はしているが、絶縁材の損傷で軌道短絡を起こしやすい。列車が載るトングレールも浮しているので、部品損傷の危険性が高く且つ浮かせる量が少ないので高低のバラツキによって全体を浮かせることができない。そのため減摩性能を発揮できず、転換が軽くならない場合がある、などの難点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来のかかる実情に鑑みてなされたもので、取付けが一人作業で効率的に行え、まくらぎ側面に楕円軌道の無端ボールベアリングを架設することにより、バラストの突き固めが可能であり、トングレールの転換が円滑で、減摩性能の優れたポイント減摩装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、トングレール1の移動方向に沿うまくらぎ2側面2aに、下部を開放3aした楕円軌道回転の無端ボールベアリング3を取付け金具4を介して架設し、トングレール1を、密着時には床板F上に、転換時には無端ボールベアリング3上に載って移動するようにしたことを特徴とするボールベアリングを使用したポイント減摩装置である。

また上記構成において、無端ボールベアリング3のトングレール乗移り口附近に勾配3bを有するボールベアリングを使用したポイント減摩装置である。

さらに上記各構成において、取付け金具4の固定ボルト5の座金に勾配のついた高さ調整座金6を介することにより、トングレール1の浮き上げ量を調整できるようにしたボールベアリングを使用したポイント減摩装置である。

【発明の作用並びに効果】
本発明は上記のように、トングレール1の移動方向に沿うまくらぎ2側面2aに、浮き上げ量を調整して取付けられ、トングレール1は、図5に示すように楕円軌道回転の無端ボールベアリング3上を円滑に移動する。即ち密着時には床板F上に、転換時には無端ボールベアリング3上に乗移り口附近の勾配3bに誘導されて移動する。また図3に示すように無端ボールベアリング3に侵入したゴミは下部開放3aより下に落ちる。

以上から、本発明装置によれば、まくらぎ側面への取付けであるので、バラストの突き固めが可能である。軌道短絡を起こすことがない。無端ボールベアリングの使用により減摩性能に優れ、そのベアリングは下部が開放されているので、ゴミが詰らず、不転換が起こることがない。列車の荷重による部品損傷の危険性もない。浮き上げ量を調整ができるので高低のばらつきがあっても減摩性能を維持することができる。取付けは一人で容易に行えるなど、これまでの各方式の抱える難点を解消し得たものとして、まことに有利なものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図2乃至図4において、1がトングレール、2が軌道のまくらぎで、その側面2aに本発明装置が取付けられる。
即ち、トングレール1の移動方向に沿うまくらぎ2側面2aに、楕円軌道回転の無端ボールベアリング3を備えた側面板4aと水平固定板4bとから成る取り付け金具4が当て込まれ、勾配つき高さ調整座金6を介した固定ボルト5により所定の浮き上げ量に取付け固定される。
