Description
【0001】

There are various operating conditions such as low speed and low load, high speed and low load, and high speed and high load. Generally, the higher the speed, the greater the oil film thickness due to the dynamic effect of rotation. The thickness becomes smaller. Also, at low speed, the dynamic effect is small and the behavior as a pure hydrostatic shoe is exhibited.

On the other hand, the geometric shapes of the respective portions of the

In general, the higher the temperature, the lower the oil viscosity, so that the oil film thickness decreases. On the contrary, when the temperature is low, the oil viscosity increases and the oil film thickness tends to increase. Thus, since the temperature of the supply oil greatly affects the oil film thickness, the drained lubricating oil is temperature-controlled within a predetermined temperature range and supplied again.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in this type of conventional roll apparatus, the relative positional relationship between the shoe lubrication surface and the inner surface of the hollow roll cell may deviate from the predetermined positional relationship during operation. Decreases from a predetermined value, and if this exceeds the allowable range, the required amount of oil film thickness of the static pressure shoe cannot be ensured and there is a risk of causing an accident such as seizure.
[0028]
The present invention eliminates such problems in the conventional roll device, reduces the decrease in oil film thickness due to the movement of the position of the static pressure shoe relative to the hollow roll cell, ensures the required amount of oil film thickness, It is an object of the present invention to provide a roll device that operates accurately.
[0029]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Each invention of the present application has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the first invention is attached to a core shaft having a fixed shaft end. Hollow roll cell A static pressure shoe that is movable in the radial direction and the inner surface is supported between the static pressure shoe via an oil film and rotates. Above In a roll apparatus having a hollow roll cell, the static pressure shoe is: Unlike the radial direction, it is a warped shape that forms a bow in the circumferential direction, and To cancel the warp deformation of the core shaft during operation same The same core shaft in the opposite direction to the warp deformation of the core shaft Strange The present invention provides a roll device configured in a warped shape that is reversely warped in advance according to the shape.
[0030]
That is, according to the present invention, mounted on the core shaft Can move in the radial direction of the hollow roll cell Static pressure shoe Unlike the radial direction, it is a warped shape that forms a bow in the circumferential direction, and To cancel the warp deformation of the core shaft during operation same Same core shaft in the direction opposite to the direction in which the core shaft warps and deforms Strange Since it is configured in a warped shape that is warped in advance according to the amount of shape, even if the core shaft is warped and deformed in the same operating state, the static pressure that is configured in a warped shape in the opposite direction to the deformation. There is no special mechanism that eliminates the warpage between the shoe and each other and applies correction force during operation, and there is no relative movement between the two under a simple configuration, and between the static pressure shoe and the hollow roll cell. The oil film thickness is maintained in a good state and seizure or the like is prevented from occurring between the static pressure shoe and the hollow roll cell.
[0031]
According to a second aspect, in the first aspect, the static pressure shoe has a piston projecting radially inward, and the piston is engaged with a radially extending piston groove provided on the core shaft. The piston groove instead of configuring the static pressure shoe in a warped shape, Unlike the radial direction, it is warped in the circumferential direction, and To cancel the warp deformation of the core shaft during operation same The same core shaft in the opposite direction to the warp deformation of the core shaft Strange The present invention provides a roll device configured in a warped shape that is reversely warped in advance according to the shape.
[0032]
That is, according to the present invention, the static pressure shoe has a piston projecting radially inward, and the piston is engaged with a radially extending piston groove provided on the core shaft, and installed. Instead of the static pressure shoe configured in the warped shape in the first invention, the piston groove of the core shaft that engages with the piston of the static pressure shoe, Unlike the radial direction, it is warped in the circumferential direction, and The core shaft in the opposite direction to the warp deformation of the core shaft in the operating state so as to counteract the warp deformation of the core shaft during operation Strange Since it is configured in a warped shape that has been reversely warped in advance according to the amount of shape, there is no need for any special mechanism that cancels out the warps and applies a correction force during operation as in the first invention. Under a simple configuration, there is no relative movement between the two to maintain a good oil film thickness between the static pressure shoe and the hollow roll cell, and seizure occurs between the static pressure shoe and the hollow roll cell. It is intended to prevent it.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention described in
[0066]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the static pressure shoe has a piston protruding radially inward, and the piston is provided in a radial direction provided on the core shaft. In place of this, the piston groove is installed in place of engaging with the extending piston groove. Unlike the radial direction, it is warped in the circumferential direction, and The same core shaft in the opposite direction to the warp deformation of the core shaft in the operating state so as to counteract the warp deformation of the core shaft during operation Strange Since the roll device is configured in a warped shape that has been warped in advance according to the amount of shape, the special mechanism that cancels each other and applies correction force during operation is the same as in the first invention. Under a simple configuration that is not necessary at all, there is no relative movement between the two to keep the oil film thickness between the static pressure shoe and the hollow roll cell in good condition. By preventing the sticking and the like from occurring, a highly reliable roll apparatus having high accuracy and safety can be obtained.
