Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of life monitoring system uses information on operation of a predetermined electric appliance in the home, for example, on / off operation of a hot water supply switch of an electric kettle, using a dedicated signal carrying path or a domestic power line. Then, the information is transmitted to the centralized management means arranged in the home, and the operation information and the like are recorded and managed by the centralized management means. Then, when the information recorded in the centralized management means reaches a predetermined time, the destination data (telephone number) registered in advance in the centralized management means is dialed and information such as a code for identifying the user is telephoned. It is sent to a monitor means using a personal computer installed in a clinic outside the home via a line, so that the safety of the elderly living alone or the disabled can be monitored according to the usage status of the electrical products.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the life monitoring system, it is necessary to purchase an expensive personal computer in order to monitor the home. In addition, a person who is not familiar with how to use a personal computer must first learn how to use the personal computer itself, and thus cannot directly monitor a predetermined home.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a life monitoring system that can easily monitor a predetermined home without performing a special operation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the life monitoring system of the present invention transmits the operation status of an electrical product arranged in the home to the outside of the home, and receives and monitors the home life status by the receiving means arranged outside the home. In the life monitoring system, the receiving means is notified of an incoming call from the switch side of the telephone line via the branch connector, and a branch connector that branches and connects a telephone line and a telephone inside the casing. A modem that receives and outputs a caller's telephone number, a monitoring home storage memory that stores the telephone number of the monitoring home, a display unit that displays a safety level provided to be exposed from the casing, and an input from the modem Whether the received caller telephone number matches the telephone number stored in the monitored home storage memory, and if it matches, the telephone line is automatically routed through the modem. Continue to receive information of each home, it has been configured to include a microcomputer for displaying the display unit based on the operation status received.
[0006]
According to the life monitor system, it is possible to determine the situation of the home to be monitored simply by looking at the display unit. That is, since it is not necessary to learn a special operation or operation method, it can be used easily. In addition, it is not necessary to purchase an expensive personal computer, and monitoring is possible at a low cost.
[0007]
In the life monitoring system, it is preferable that the receiving means further includes an information storage memory for recording information received from a monitored home .
Moreover, it is preferable that the said microcomputer changes the display of the said display part based on the presence or absence of the received operation information, and the unconfirmed time of operation information.
