本発明は、用便後等に人体の局部を洗浄する人体局部洗浄装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
人体局部洗浄装置は、図1に示すような形状をしており、便器21上に載置して使用される。具体的には、使用者が用便を済ませた後に、洗浄動作の指令を人体局部洗浄装置に与え、洗浄ノズル6にて局部洗浄を行なうものである。

人体局部洗浄装置にて洗浄する場所は、非常にデリケートな部位であるため、洗浄には清潔性が求められ、使用する水が上水であることは勿論、洗浄水を噴出する洗浄ノズル6も清潔性を保つ工夫がなされている。図8に示すように、通常、洗浄ノズル6は、本体ケース1内に収容された洗浄ノズルベース15上にて伸長する際に、前記洗浄ノズルベース15に設けられた遮蔽板14を通過するようになっており、洗浄ノズル6の非使用時には、遮蔽板14により遮蔽された場所に位置している。前側遮蔽板14は、前方からの汚物を洗浄ノズルに付着させないために設けられているものであり、洗浄ノズル6を清潔に保つことが可能となる。前述した遮蔽板14を回動させる方法は、洗浄ノズル6自身が伸長する際に上へ押し上げているもの、電気的な駆動手段を別途設けるもの等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図8に示すように前側にのみ遮蔽板14を設けるものは、下側から飛散する汚物に対し無防備であり、特に男性小用時には、便鉢から反射する下側からの汚物飛散が多いために、洗浄ノズル6の清潔性を保つことが非常に困難となっている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、以下の構成を有するものである。
(1)本体ケースと、該本体ケースに回動自在に設けられた便座及び便蓋と、給水源に接続された水制御手段と、前記本体ケース内に収容され且つ前記水制御手段に接続された洗浄水を加熱する加熱手段と、非使用時に本体ケース内に収納され使用時に伸長し人体局部に洗浄水を放出する洗浄ノズルとからなる洗浄装置において、前記洗浄ノズルの非使用時には洗浄ノズルの前方側及び下側を閉成せしめ、洗浄ノズル使用時には洗浄ノズルの伸長経路を開成せしめる稼動式の遮蔽板を設け、この遮蔽板が、前記洗浄ノズルの伸長経路前方に設けた前側遮蔽板と、洗浄ノズルの伸長方向下側に設けた下側遮蔽板とからなり、前記下側遮蔽板が、この下側遮蔽板自体の自重により開動作を行なうことを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。
(2)本体ケースと、該本体ケースに回動自在に設けられた便座及び便蓋と、給水源に接続された水制御手段と、前記本体ケース内に収容され且つ前記水制御手段に接続された洗浄水を加熱する加熱手段と、非使用時に本体ケース内に収納され使用時に伸長し人体局部に洗浄水を放出する洗浄ノズルとからなる洗浄装置において、前記洗浄ノズルの非使用時には洗浄ノズルの前方側及び下側を閉成せしめ、洗浄ノズル使用時には洗浄ノズルの伸長経路を開成せしめる稼動式の遮蔽板を設け、この遮蔽板が、前記洗浄ノズルの伸長経路前方に設けた前側遮蔽板と、洗浄ノズルの伸長方向下側に設けた下側遮蔽板とからなり、前記水制御手段が、少なくとも洗浄水の水量を制御する弁体と、該弁体を摺動又は回動可能に収納する弁ケースと、前記弁体を駆動する弁体駆動手段を有し、前記前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板の開閉動作の少なくとも一方を水量制御手段の動作により行なうことを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。
(3)水制御手段が、少なくとも洗浄水の水量を制御する弁体と、該弁体を摺動又は回動可能に収納する弁ケースと、前記弁体を駆動する弁体駆動手段を有し、前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板の開閉動作の少なくとも一方を水量制御手段の動作により行なうことを特徴とする(1)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(4)本体ケースと、該本体ケースに回動自在に設けられた便座及び便蓋と、給水源に接続された水制御手段と、前記本体ケース内に収容され且つ前記水制御手段に接続された洗浄水を加熱する加熱手段と、非使用時に本体ケース内に収納され使用時に伸長し人体局部に洗浄水を放出する洗浄ノズルとからなる洗浄装置において、前記洗浄ノズルの非使用時には洗浄ノズルの前方側及び下側を閉成せしめ、洗浄ノズル使用時には洗浄ノズルの伸長経路を開成せしめる稼動式の遮蔽板を設け、この遮蔽板が、前記洗浄ノズルの伸長経路前方に設けた前側遮蔽板と、洗浄ノズルの伸長方向下側に設けた下側遮蔽板とからなり、前記洗浄ノズルが、肛門洗浄ノズル及びビデ洗浄ノズルの少なくとも2本以上であり、前記肛門洗浄ノズル及びビデ洗浄ノズルに選択的に洗浄水を供給する水路切替手段を有し、前記前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板の開閉動作の少なくとも一方を前記水路切替手段の動作により行なうことを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。
(5)洗浄ノズルが、肛門洗浄ノズル及びビデ洗浄ノズルの少なくとも2本以上であり、前記肛門洗浄ノズル及びビデ洗浄ノズルに選択的に洗浄水を供給する水路切替手段を有し、前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板の開閉動作の少なくとも一方を前記水路切替手段の動作により行なうことを特徴とする(1)に記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(6)本体ケースと、該本体ケースに回動自在に設けられた便座及び便蓋と、給水源に接続された水制御手段と、前記本体ケース内に収容され且つ前記水制御手段に接続された洗浄水を加熱する加熱手段と、非使用時に本体ケース内に収納され使用時に伸長し人体局部に洗浄水を放出する洗浄ノズルとからなる洗浄装置において、前記洗浄ノズルの非使用時には洗浄ノズルの前方側及び下側を閉成せしめ、洗浄ノズル使用時には洗浄ノズルの伸長経路を開成せしめる稼動式の遮蔽板を設け、この遮蔽板が、前記洗浄ノズルの伸長経路前方に設けた前側遮蔽板と、洗浄ノズルの伸長方向下側に設けた下側遮蔽板とからなり、前記前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板が、任意の一方の遮蔽板の開閉動作に連動して、他方の開閉 動作を行なうように連動手段を設けたことを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。
(7)前側遮蔽板及び下側遮蔽板が、任意の一方の遮蔽板の開閉動作に連動して、他方の開閉動作を行なうように連動手段を設けたことを特徴とする(1)〜(5)の何れかに記載の人体局部洗浄装置。
(8)本体ケースと、該本体ケースに回動自在に設けられた便座及び便蓋と、給水源に接続された水制御手段と、前記本体ケース内に収容され且つ前記水制御手段に接続された洗浄水を加熱する加熱手段と、非使用時に本体ケース内に収納され使用時に伸長し人体局部に洗浄水を放出する洗浄ノズルとからなる洗浄装置において、前記洗浄ノズルの非使用時には洗浄ノズルの前方側及び下側を閉成せしめ、洗浄ノズル使用時には洗浄ノズルの伸長経路を開成せしめる稼動式の遮蔽板を設け、この遮蔽板が、前記洗浄ノズルの伸長経路前方に設けた前側遮蔽板と、洗浄ノズルの伸長方向下側に設けた下側遮蔽板とからなり、前記下側遮蔽板が、外部と連通する開口を有していることを特徴とする人体局部洗浄装置。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に用いる遮蔽板は、図2に示すように前側遮蔽板14及び下側遮蔽板13からなり、洗浄ノズル6を前方及び下方からの汚物飛散から遮蔽保護している。前記下側遮蔽板13には、図7(b)に示すように、前側遮蔽板14及び下側遮蔽板13を閉じた状態で洗浄ノズル6から洗浄水を噴出させ、洗浄ノズル6自身を洗浄する際に、洗浄ノズル6の洗浄に使用した水を外部に排出するための孔13eを設けることが好ましく、外部からの汚物飛散を遮蔽板内部に侵入させない為に前記孔13e上部に壁13fを設けると更に好ましい。孔13eを設けない場合には、図7(a)に示すように、下側遮蔽板13の一部に突起13gを設け、前側遮蔽板14及び下側遮蔽板13を完全には閉じず、クリアランスを設けるようにしても良い。

以下本発明の実施例を図面を用いて説明する。図2は、本発明の1実施例を示す機構構成図である。本体ケース1内部には、給水源である上水道管に接続した電磁弁2と、該電磁弁2に連通し洗浄水を加熱する手段である温水ヒータ3を内蔵した温水タンク4と、温水タンク4の出口側に接続し、洗浄水量を可変する水制御手段としての水量制御弁5と、該水量制御弁5に接続され人体局部に洗浄水を噴出する洗浄ノズル6が収納されている。洗浄ノズル6の前側開口部には、前側遮蔽板14が、下側開口部には下側遮蔽板13が設けられ、汚物飛散から洗浄ノズル6を遮蔽保護している。洗浄ノズルベース15を介して本体ケース1内に取り付けられた洗浄ノズル6は、洗浄水の水圧を利用して伸長させるものであっても、モータを使用して電気的に伸長させるものであっても構わないが、本実施例では、電気的に伸長させるものを使用している。

本発明においては、前述してきたように、洗浄ノズルを下側からの汚物飛散から遮蔽保護することが可能であり、遮蔽する為の遮蔽板の稼働も機械的に行なうため、電気的な駆動装置を別に設けることに比べ製品の小型化が可能となった。更に、遮蔽板の稼働指令は、洗浄開始の指令と同じであるために、特別な操作を必要とせず、洗浄ノズルが遮蔽板に当たることもない。そして、下側遮蔽板に孔を設けた場合には、洗浄ノズル自身の洗浄を行なった際の排水も可能となる。
