この発明は冷凍冷蔵庫に取り付けられているボトル、パック、ビン等を収納する容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の冷凍冷蔵庫のボトルポケット構造としては、例えば図8,9のようなものがある。図8は従来の冷凍冷蔵庫の外観図であり、図9は従来の冷凍冷蔵庫を示す側面断面図である。図9において、1は冷凍冷蔵庫、2は冷蔵室、3は開口部を閉鎖する扉である。4は扉内板で、その前面にはボトル、パック、ビン等を収納する収納容器5を形成している。収納容器5は本体内部に仕切板を設け前後に分割されており、その前面の壁、仕切壁及び底面には食品を取り出しやすくするために勾配を付けている。6は食品を乗せる棚である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の冷凍冷蔵庫扉の収納容器は以上のように構成されており、扉を閉めたときの収納容器5と食品棚6とのクリアランスがあまり取れないため、収納容器前列に背の高い食品を入れると底面の勾配によって食品棚に接触し扉が開いたり半ドアになる恐れがあるため背の高い食品は収納容器の後列に続けて収納する設計となっている。しかし、本来、収納容器前列に略垂直に収納したい開封後の牛乳パック等も高さ寸法の関係上後列に収納する設計であるため再度取り出す時には前列に収納している食品を取り除くか、取り出し時に傾けて中身をこぼしてしまう等の問題があり使い勝手の面で不便あった。

この発明は上記のような問題点を解消するためになされたもので、収納容器と食品棚との小クリアランスの問題から背が高く傾けて収納容器の後列に収納したいペットボトル等と、底面の勾配により中身が零れることと食品棚との接触とを改善し、収納容器の前列に略垂直に収納したい開封後の牛乳パック等を一緒に収納できる収納容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る冷蔵庫扉の収納容器は、冷蔵庫の扉内板の周縁部に支持されて庫内側に突出すると共に、上方が開口し、本体内を仕切壁により前後に仕切り、仕切壁、前面の壁、底面には食品を取り出しやすいように勾配をつけた合成樹脂製の箱体であって、本体内の前列の底面の勾配を左右方向の途中で略水平に変化させるとともに、この略水平に変化した底面に連なる仕切壁の勾配も略垂直に変化させ、傾けて収納することにより中身が溢れる可能性のある食品を箱体の前列の略水平な底面に略垂直に収納することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
以下、本発明の実施の形態1について図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明の実施の形態1にかかわるボトルポケットを使用した冷凍冷蔵庫の冷蔵室扉の斜視図、図2はその要部斜視図である。図1において、4は扉内板で、扉内板4には大型のボトル、パック、ピン等を収納する収納容器5であるボトルポケットが備え付けられている。中仕切り5aはボトルポケットを前後に間仕切り途中で扉内板側に変化し、かつ底面5bの勾配も変化している。

以下、この発明の実施の形態2を図について説明する。図3はこの発明の実施の形態2による冷凍冷蔵庫の冷蔵室扉の要部斜視図である。図において、7は別容器で本体は食品棚6と接触しないようクリアランスを確保するために底面5bの勾配も略水平に変化させている収納容器である。

この発明に係る冷蔵庫扉の収納容器は、底面及び仕切壁の勾配を途中で変化させることで傾けて収納容器の後列に収納したい背の高い食品と、略垂直に立てて収納したい牛乳パック等の食品を同じ容器に収納することが出来る効果がある。
