Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator.

As background art in this technical field, there are JP-A-9-196550 (Patent Document 1) and JP-A 55-10524 (Patent Document 2).

Patent Document 1 describes a tube stand in which a hook is attached to a stand body so that a tube such as ketchup or mayonnaise can be attached to and stored in a wall surface or a pocket of a refrigerator.

Patent Document 2 includes a container main body having a plurality of housing portions having different depths, and a container support member that is separate from the container main body and is detachably provided in the shallow housing portion. The container support member is a small container in which a plurality of holes are formed in a support plate portion set substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the container.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-10524

However, in patent document 1 and patent document 2, consideration is not given to the space dimensions (width, depth, depth, etc.) in which the tube stand and the small container are installed. For example, when a tube stand or small container is installed in the door storage container, if the consideration for the dimensions (width, depth, depth, etc.) of the door storage container is insufficient, there will be a wasteful space in the door storage container. As a result, the storage efficiency decreases.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the refrigerator provided with the tube storage means which improved the storing property in a door storage container.

In order to solve the above problems, for example, the configuration described in the claims is adopted. The present application includes a plurality of means for solving the above-described problems. To give an example, a door that opens and closes the front opening of the refrigerator main body, a first door storage container provided above and below the door, In a refrigerator comprising a second door storage container and a tube storage means installed in the first door storage container or the second door storage container, the tube storage means has a first side on a long side and a short side. A first locking portion and a second locking portion, wherein the first door storage container has a height higher than that of the second door storage container; It is provided at a height that engages with the front wall of the door storage container, and the second locking portion is provided at a height that engages with the front wall of the second door storage container.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the refrigerator provided with the tube storage means which improved the storage property in a door storage container can be provided.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, the refrigerator 1 which concerns on a present Example has attached the opening / closing door 4 so that the front opening 3 of the refrigerator main body 2 incorporating the heat insulating material may be covered. The refrigerator 1 employs a structure in which the front opening of the refrigerator body 2 is divided into a plurality of partitions 5 and the divided storage portions 6 are covered with the open / close door 4 or a drawer door (not shown). In this embodiment, the present invention can be applied to the open / close door 4 that can be opened / closed by one or both openings via the hinge mechanism 7. In this embodiment, the case of the refrigerator 1 in which the front face of the refrigerator compartment (housing portion 6) formed at the uppermost part is constituted by a double door opening / closing door 4 is described. Of course, the present invention can be applied to a one-door type refrigerator in which the front surface of the refrigerator body 2 is constituted by a single open / close door.

The open / close door 4 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of door storage containers 100 on the inner surface 8 thereof. For example, in this embodiment, a basket 101 (first door storage container) capable of storing plastic bottles and bottles is provided at the bottom. One or a plurality of pockets 110 (second door storage containers) that can store small food items such as eggs and tubes are provided on the upper portion of the basket 101. Further, in this embodiment, while the basket 101 is fixedly provided, the height of the pocket 110 attached by an attachment structure (not shown) can be adjusted. That is, the first door storage container and the second door storage container have different depth and depth dimensions due to differences in applications.

Next, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show specifications and sizes of general tubes 50. Here, FIGS. 2A and 3A are lists of general tubes 50 currently on the market, and FIGS. 2B and 3B are external views thereof. FIG. In general, the food products of the tubes 50 have specifications with various sizes as shown in FIGS. These are provided with a cap 51 at one end in the tube-like longitudinal direction, and in order to use up the contents without omission, it is generally performed to take an inverted posture with the cap 51 facing downward during storage. .

In the refrigerator 1, when the tubes 50 are stored in the door storage container 100, the tubes 50 are stored in a horizontal posture, and therefore, an easy-to-use standing posture may not be achieved. Further, it is assumed that the tubes 50 in the inverted posture fall down when the door 4 is opened and closed.

Moreover, in the large refrigerator in which the opening / closing door 4 is installed at a high position, the door storage container 100 is at a high position, so that the tubes 50 in the horizontal posture may be hidden behind the door storage container 100.

First, a conventional example will be described. As shown in FIGS. 4 a and 4 b, there is a storage stand provided with a concave tube storage portion 42 for storing the tubes 50. This conventional storage stand is provided with a structure that is hooked on the front wall edge portion 101a of the door storage container via the engaging portion 41 that is a hook for self-standing in order to store food in a standing position. In particular, the fitting strength of the engaging portion 41 is sufficient to resist vibration when the door is opened and closed. In addition, the tube storage means 40 is slidably mounted in the left and right direction in the door storage container 100 by hooking the engaging portion 41 to the front wall edge portion 101a.

Among the door storage containers where conventional storage stands are installed, baskets generally support the storage of tall foods such as milk and plastic bottle drinks. It has been. On the other hand, the pocket has a shallow edge and a wide structure, and can store a variety of small food items.

However, since the conventional storage stand is molded in a shape corresponding to either the basket 101 or the pocket 110, in the case of a shape corresponding to the basket 101 having a small depth, it is installed in the pocket 110 having a large depth. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5b, a useless space is created in the back, and the space becomes difficult to use. Moreover, it becomes difficult to take out the stored item when it falls into this useless space. Conversely, in the case of a shape corresponding to the pocket 110, it cannot be installed in the basket 101 with a narrow depth.

Further, the front wall edge portion 101 a of the basket 101 is higher than the front wall edge portion 110 a of the pocket 110. In the engaging portion 41 corresponding to this high edge portion, it does not catch on the front wall edge portion 110a of the pocket 110 as shown in FIG. 5B, and it becomes insufficient for self-supporting large tube food such as mayonnaise, and there is a possibility that the entire storage stand falls down. is there.

In addition, at a low height that matches the pocket 110, the basket 101 is hung from the front wall edge 101a when attached to the basket 101, which may cause damage to the basket 101.

Therefore, the tube storage means (storage stand) of this embodiment has the appearance shown in FIG. Basically, as shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b, the long side of the rectangular storage stand corresponds to the pocket 110 with a large depth, and the short side corresponds to the basket 101 with a small depth. Thereby, when it changes in an attachment direction and it installs in each door storage container 100, since a useless space is not made, storage efficiency improves.

Further, in this embodiment, when the mounting direction is changed, the first engagement portion 20 and the second engagement portion 21 that are respectively hooked on the front wall edge portions 101a and 110a of the door storage container 100 are set to the long side and the short side. It is characterized by providing each. That is, the first engagement portion 20 is a hook portion having a height corresponding to the high front wall edge portion 101 a of the basket 101, and the second engagement portion 21 is formed on the low front wall edge portion 110 a of the pocket 110. It is a hook with a corresponding height. Therefore, the present embodiment is characterized in that the heights of the corresponding engaging portions are different in order to correspond to the heights of the front wall edge portions 110a and 101a of the pocket 110 and the basket 101, respectively.

Next, a specific shape will be described. First, the storage portion of the basket 101 to be attached has a front wall edge portion 101a having a height of about 90 to 95 mm and a depth of about 80 mm. Therefore, the height H1 of the first engagement portion 20 is 99 mm in accordance with this height, and the width W1 in the short direction is 73 mm.

Next, the storage portion of the pocket 110 has a front wall edge portion 110a having a height of about 75 to 65 mm and a depth of about 145 mm. Therefore, the height H2 of the second engaging portion 21 is 77 mm in accordance with this height, and the width W2 in the longitudinal direction is 142 mm.

In FIG. 6, reference numerals 31, 32, and 33 are storage units for storing tubes. It can be seen that the diameter of the cap 51 of the tubes is different from a maximum of 34 mm (see (5) in FIG. 2a) for the large tube and 21 mm (see (4) in FIG. 3a) for the small tube. Therefore, the large tube storage portion 33 has a shape which is assumed to store the large tube shown in FIG. 2 and has a wider bottom surface than the other small tube storage portions 31 and 32 (in this embodiment, the short side is about 35 mm). ). In addition, a gentle concave portion 35 is provided on the wall surface so as to correspond to the swelling in the middle of the large tube. The concave portion 35 supports the bulge of the large tube to stabilize it.

The small tube storage portion 31 is assumed to store the small tube shown in FIG. 3, and the bottom surface is narrowed (in this embodiment, the short side is about 22 mm), and the large tube does not enter the both ends of the tube storage means. It is like that. This prevents the mayonnaise, which is a large load, from being stored at both ends, and stabilizes against longitudinal vibration.

Similarly to the small tube storage portion 31, the small tube storage portion 32 is a storage portion assuming a small tube. Unlike the small tube storage portion 32, the small tube storage portion 32 is assumed to store a plurality of small tubes, and it is also assumed to store thin and wide foods such as cheese.

In addition, although the storage stand of a present Example was demonstrated as a shape shown in FIG. 6, this is an example for demonstrating this invention, and an actual shape is not restricted to this.

According to the present embodiment, for example, when attached to the basket 101, the first engaging portion 20 is engaged with the high front wall edge portion 101a of the basket 101 as shown in FIG. On the other hand, when attaching to the pocket 110, the 2nd engaging part 21 is engaged and installed in the front wall edge part 110a like FIG. Accordingly, it is possible to store the tube upside down without creating a useless space in each of the door storage containers having different dimensions such as depth and depth, and also capable of resisting vibration when the door is opened and closed.

As described above, for door storage containers such as pockets and baskets with different depths and depths, the tube storage means is designed with the long side set to the depth of the pocket and the short side set to the depth of the basket. Provide hooks corresponding to the depth on each of the short and long sides. Thereby, even a large tube seasoning can be inverted and stored without creating an invalid space.
