Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pillow beam / floor coupling structure in a frame supported by various carts such as a bolsterless cart of a railway vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
10 and 11 show the relationship between the bolsterless cart and the frame. The bolsterless carriage a generally includes a pulling portion d at the center in the left-right direction of the main body c connecting the central portions of the left and right side beams b, b, left and right ends of the main body c, and left and right side beams b. The frame f of the vehicle body is supported by air springs e and e at the center in the front-rear direction of b. In order to receive the support of the bolsterless carriage a, the underframe f has a pillow beam h made of a single piece passed to the left and right between the side beams g. The center plate d1 of the pulling portion d shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is fastened to the lower surface of the pillow beam h by a bolt d2, and the center plate center pin d3 protruding to the center of the center plate is a hole shown in FIGS. The air springs e and e are connected to both ends of the lower surface of the pillow beam h and are elastically supported mainly in the vertical direction by being fitted to d4 and receiving a longitudinal force from the bolsterless carriage a side. The longitudinal force and the longitudinal force when the vehicle body travels are transmitted by transmitting the longitudinal force.
[0003]
Such a bolsterless carriage a has a simple structure and improved support performance compared to the bolster carriage, and is widely used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, recently, abnormal noise is generated from the lower part of the vehicle body during the running of the vehicle. This is particularly remarkable in the vehicle body supported by the bolsterless carriage a as described above. This abnormal noise is often generated when the vehicle suddenly accelerates or decelerates, when the vehicle moves from a straight road to a curved road, and conversely, when the vehicle moves from a curved road to a straight road. When the present inventors conducted various experiments and studies on the bolsterless carriage a as described above for the generation of this abnormal noise, it was found that the part was the pillow beam h of the underframe f and the floor j supported by this. found. As a result of further investigations on the cause of the abnormal noise, it was found that the difference was caused by repeated sliding and colliding of the relatively wide upper surface of the pillow beam h, for example, 2496 mm × 740 mm, and the lower surface of the floor j opposite to the upper surface. It was found that sound was generated.
[0005]
Therefore, when the connection structure between the pillow beam h and the floor j in this part was examined, the pillow beam h has a wide surface, but the relationship that can be assembled to the underframe f as a single unit formed of a shape material or the like. The weld joints k shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 applied to the floor j with the through-shaped member over the entire length of the vehicle body are only on both sides and both sides of the pillow beam h. The upper surface has a structure in which the lower surface of the floor j is not joined to almost the four-round position. This is a special circumstance caused by, for example, a light metal hollow large shape being used for a frame or a floor.
[0006]
Accordingly, the strength around the frame f in the above-described traveling situation in which abnormal noise of the vehicle body occurs is reviewed, and the upper pillow plate h1 that forms the upper surface of the pillow beam h and the lower floor plate j1 that forms the lower surface of the floor j. We observed and observed the behavior. As a result, it was found that although there is no problem in strength, the pillow beam upper plate h1 and the underfloor plate j1 are deformed due to insufficient deformation rigidity under the above-described vehicle running condition.
[0007]
That is, since the pillow beam upper plate h1 and the underfloor plate j1 are both plate-like parts, depending on the load conditions acting on the vehicle body, torsional deformation may occur and the plate may be deformed in the out-of-plane direction. For example, when a brake is applied to a traveling vehicle body, a force in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body acts on the pillow beam h from the carriage a. At that time, the pillow beam h receives a torsional load on the entire cross section. For this reason, the pillow beam upper plate h1 is deformed out of plane and slides or suddenly collides with the underfloor plate j1 which is in contact with a slight air gap, and abnormal noise is generated. As another example, when a vehicle body enters a curved road from a straight road, the track surface of the track must pass through a track that transitions from a straight road horizontal in the left-right direction to a curved road inclined in the left-right direction. Since the raceway surface at such a location is a torsional surface, the vehicle body passing there is twisted. At this time, both the pillow beam h and the floor j are twisted under a torsional load. Then, both the pillow beam upper plate h1 and the underfloor plate j1 are deformed out of plane, so that they slide or collide with each other to generate an abnormal noise.
[0008]
In order to cope with this, the present inventors correspond to the central region that leaves the end regions on both sides of the upper surface of the pillow beam h at the stage of the floor j integrally joined including the side beam g of the through-shaped member. A rectangular window m is formed by cutting out the part first, and a support frame q is fitted into the window m, and a welded joint k is provided between the front and back rims of the window m to be coupled. The support frame q is a rectangular frame n in which a box material n1 is arranged and connected to each other, a central bone o parallel to one direction is arranged, and a welded joint k is provided at the abutting boundary with the frame n and coupled. It is. In order to apply and connect the pillow beam h to the floor j configured as described above, the welded joint k is provided between the both sides of the pillow beam h, the both sides and the floor, and the top surface of the pillow beam h. And a welded joint k is applied to the abutting boundary between the frame n and the middle bone o and the upper surface of the pillow beam h, and finally the auxiliary floor plate p that covers the window m is attached to the support frame q. In this case, an attempt was made to connect the periphery of the floor j to the edge of the window m on the floor j by applying a weld joint k. Accordingly, the upper surface of the pillow beam h and the lower surface of the floor j are prevented from sliding and colliding with each other due to the fact that they are not joined in a wide range, so that no abnormal noise can be generated. It was confirmed that there was no doubt the cause of the abnormal noise considered by the present inventors.
[0009]
However, in such an improved structure, the floor j made of the breakthrough threading material is divided at the window m portion, the rigidity of the threading material is lowered, the number of members and the number of operations are large, and the cost is significantly increased. Because it does not endure practical use.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a pillow beam / floor coupling structure in a railcar frame that can prevent abnormal noise from being generated by a simple improved structure.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the pillow beam / floor coupling structure in the undercarriage of the railway vehicle of the present invention includes a pillow beam upper plate that forms the upper surface of a pillow beam made of a single piece supported by various carts, The underfloor plate that forms the lower surface of the floor made of a profile placed on the upper plate of the pillow beam is welded to both sides of the upper plate of the pillow beam and both side edges and the lower surface of the underfloor plate. In the combined pillow beam / floor structure in the frame of the combined railway vehicle, the pillow beam upper plate and the lower floor plate are plate-shaped between the center portion in the width direction excluding both sides on the upper surface of the pillow beam upper plate and the floor. The present invention is characterized in that a gap is formed to prevent the upper and lower floor plates from sliding and colliding with each other due to out-of-plane deformation .
[0012]
In such a configuration, the gap provided in the central portion in the width direction between the upper surface of the upper plate of the pillow beam and the lower surface of the lower floor plate, excluding the side portions where the pillow beam is joined to the floor, Even if the entire cross section is twisted and the pillow beam upper plate and the underfloor plate are plate-shaped, they may be deformed out of plane, and the out-of-plane deformation causes the pillow beam upper plate and the underfloor plate to slide together. Prevents collisions, so no abnormal noise is generated.
[0013]
The gap can be formed by a recess formed on the upper surface of the pillow beam upper plate, or can be formed by a spacer sandwiched between the pillow beam and the floor. In any case, the structure and assembly of the underframe are not particularly complicated and do not cause an increase in cost. In particular, in the case of a recess, there is an advantage that can be dealt with by selecting a cross-sectional shape at the time of extrusion forming for forming a shape of a pillow beam. No matter how the concave portion is formed, if the pillow beam is formed so as to be positioned higher than the height dimension required for strength and rigidity, there will be a problem in strength and rigidity due to the presence of the concave portion. There is nothing. Further, according to the spacer, there is an advantage that a simple plate material may be sandwiched, and the spacers can be simultaneously bonded by welding and joining the pillow beam and the floor.
[0014]
In addition to the above configuration, it is further provided at the center of the upper plate of the pillow beam so as to fit the center pin of the lower plate of the pillow beam at the center of the lower plate of the pillow beam so as to fit the center plate center pin of the traction portion of the bolsterless carriage. One hole is provided opposite the center hole, or the center part of the upper plate of the pillow beam is fitted with the center pin of the lower plate of the pillow beam and the center pin of the central part of the traction portion of the bolsterless carriage. One hole is provided opposite to the hole provided in this manner, and one hole is provided opposite to the air spring air supply seat mounting holes at both ends of the pillow beam between the pillow beam and the floor. A metal plate is provided for closing the one hole from above and filling the gap in the vicinity of the one hole. The metal plate is joined to the floor by a welded joint between its peripheral portion and the lower surface of the floor. The welded joint between the lower surface and the edge of the other hole It can be made to be coupled to the beam.
[0015]
According to such a configuration, the portion of the one hole that is opposite to the hole that fits with the center pin of the center plate of the bolsterless carriage in the wide gap formed between the upper plate and the underfloor plate, At one hole part and the air spring air supply seat mounting hole part at both ends of the pillow beam, the pillow beam receives the longitudinal force from the pulling part of the underframe or is supported by this part and the air spring. The center part of the upper plate of the pillow beam corresponding to the portion to be connected is connected to the under floor plate and the metal plate, so that the torsional deformation of the upper plate of the pillow beam and the under floor plate is suppressed, and the decrease in rigidity due to the gap is compensated. be able to. In addition, the metal plate has a welded joint between the bottom surface of the floor under the floor material before being attached to the pillow beam, and the center of the traction portion on the bottom plate of the pillow beam when the floor material is placed on the pillow beam. It is only necessary to make a welded joint between the hole edge of the top plate of the pillow beam through a hole that fits into the center pin of the plate, and the structure and assembly are not particularly complicated, and it does not cause an increase in cost. .
[0016]
The present invention is particularly effective when the pillow beam and the floor are made of a light metal shape that is likely to generate the above-mentioned noise, especially a hollow shape.
[0017]
Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and drawings. Each feature of the present invention can be used alone or in combination in various combinations as much as possible.
