【0053】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a high-frequency heating apparatus that dielectrically heats an object to be heated using microwave energy.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The microwave space of the conventional high-frequency heating device is the object to be heated contained in the microwave space.
As means for achieving uniform heating, a radio wave agitation method, a heated object rotation method, a multiple power supply method, or a concave-convex shape of a microwave space wall surface has been put into practical use.
[0003]
The radio wave agitation method has a configuration in which a metallic plate-shaped blade provided in a microwave space is rotationally driven. In this method, microwaves propagating while being repeatedly reflected on the metal boundary surface forming the microwave space or the surface of the object to be heated are also reflected by the metallic plate-like blades. The reflection of the microwave from the metallic plate-like blade increases the propagation path of the microwave in the microwave space as compared with the case where there is no plate-like blade, and the microwave is applied to the entire object to be heated. Is diffused to promote uniform heating of the object to be heated.
[0004]
The heated object rotation method is configured to rotationally drive a placing plate on which the heated object is placed. In this method, the object to be heated is moved and moved with respect to the microwave propagation distribution generated in the microwave space determined by the microwave space structure and the type and shape of the object to be heated contained therein. The microwave is propagated throughout the heated object to promote uniform heating of the object to be heated.
[0005]
The multiple power feeding method is configured to feed microwaves into the microwave space from a plurality of locations on the metal boundary surface forming the microwave space. In this system, the greatest feature compared to a single power supply is that a plurality of microwaves having different phases are supplied into the microwave space. By propagating microwaves having different phases in the microwave space, a state of irregular reflection of the microwaves is generated in the microwave space in the same manner as the radio wave stirring method.
[0006]
The concave / convex shape method of the wall surface of the microwave space has a configuration in which the metal boundary surface forming the microwave space is provided with unevenness. In this system, microwaves are diffusely reflected by a metal interface having irregularities.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional microwave stirring type microwave space has a physical limit to uniformly diffusely reflect the microwave reflected by the metal plate blades into the microwave space. This is because the rotational speed of the metal plate blades is too slow relative to the propagation speed of the microwave, and even if the rotation speed of the metal plate blades is controlled, the entire object to be heated is uniformly microscopic. It is very difficult to propagate waves. Therefore, depending on the type and amount of the object to be heated, there is a problem that it is difficult to suppress the occurrence of unexpected and uneven heating distribution.
[0008]
In the heated object rotation method, the microwave distribution generated in the microwave space is naturally determined by the type and amount of the heated object. Even if it is unsuitable for heating a heated object uniformly, the electromagnetic wave distribution cannot be changed.
[0009]
In the multiple power feeding method, the ideal behavior is as described above, but the behavior of the microwaves radiated from one power feeding unit is affected by the microwaves radiated from the other power feeding units. For this reason, even if there are a plurality of power feeding units, specific microwave propagation determined by the plurality of power feeding configurations occurs in the microwave space. Therefore, depending on the type and amount of the object to be heated, unexpected and uneven There was a problem that it was difficult to suppress the occurrence of heating distribution.
[0010]
Furthermore, the concave and convex shape structure of the wall surface of the microwave space is provided with irregularities such as a so-called golf ball dimple on the entire wall surface in order to cause irregular reflection in the microwave space that can promote uniform heating of the object to be heated. At the same time, it is necessary to make the depth or protrusion of the dimple non-negligible for the microwave wavelength to be used, for example, 1/10 wavelength or more. As a result, the structure of the microwave space is complicated, making it difficult to use practically.
Had the problem of being able to enter.
[0011]
The present invention provides a high-frequency heating apparatus that intentionally variably controls electromagnetic wave distribution generated in a microwave space and promotes uniform heating of an object to be heated.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the high-frequency heating device of the present invention accommodates an object to be heated and substantially confines the supplied microwave, and a high-frequency current generated in a metal wall that forms the microwave space. An opening provided to divide the flow of the gas, a groove connected to the opening and closed at the end, an impedance variable means provided in the groove for changing impedance in the opening, and the groove Microwave detection means for detecting the microwave intensity of The impedance varying means is a plate-like structure made of a low dielectric loss material, and when the wide surface of the plate is provided perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove, the impedance generated in the aperture is extremely small, and the wide When the surface is provided in parallel to the depth direction of the groove, the impedance generated in the opening is made to have a very large value, The impedance variable means based on the detection signal of the microwave detection means Rotate so that the wide surface of the plate is at least parallel or perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove And a control unit for controlling.
[0013]
According to the above invention, since the flow of the high-frequency current generated on the wall surface forming the microwave space by the microwave fed to the microwave space is divided by the opening, the microwave is connected to the opening. Propagates into the groove. The microwave propagating in the groove portion propagates to the end of the groove portion, is reflected at this end portion, and propagates again in the microwave space through the opening portion. The impedance variable means provided in the middle of the microwave propagation path in the groove changes the microwave propagation condition in the groove. By changing the microwave propagation condition, the impedance value generated in the aperture can be changed from zero to ideally infinite. The opening is provided so as to divide the flow of the high-frequency current. When the impedance of the opening is made zero, the flow of the high-frequency current is not divided. On the other hand, if the impedance of the aperture is infinite, no high frequency current flows. The change in impedance of the aperture changes the microwave distribution that can occur in the microwave space. In addition, the phase difference between the incident wave and the reflected wave of the microwave incident on the aperture is 180 degrees when the impedance of the aperture is zero, and is 0 degrees when the impedance of the aperture is infinite. . Therefore, by changing the impedance of the opening portion, it is possible to propagate the microwaves in the microwave space and form various microwave distributions, and to promote uniform heating of the entire object to be heated.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a high frequency heating apparatus comprising: a microwave space for containing an object to be heated and substantially confining a supplied microwave; and a flow of a high frequency current generated in a metal wall surface forming the microwave space. An opening provided to divide, a groove connected to the opening and closed at its end, an impedance varying means provided in the groove for changing impedance in the opening, and a microwave in the groove Microwave detecting means for detecting intensity; The impedance varying means is a plate-like structure made of a low dielectric loss material, and when the wide surface of the plate is provided perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove, the impedance generated in the aperture is extremely small, and the wide When the surface is provided in parallel to the depth direction of the groove, the impedance generated in the opening is made to have a very large value, The impedance variable means based on the detection signal of the microwave detection means Rotate so that the wide surface of the plate is at least parallel or perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove And a control unit.
[0015]
The flow of high-frequency current generated on the wall surface forming the microwave space by the microwaves fed to the microwave space is interrupted by the opening, so that the microwave propagates into the groove connected to the opening. To do. The microwave propagating in the groove propagates to the end of the groove, and this
It is reflected at the terminal and propagates through the microwave space again through the aperture.
[0016]
[0017]
Control unit Thus, the rotation of the impedance variable means is controlled. Thereby, the controllability can be enhanced by specifying or periodically changing the variable value of the impedance of the aperture, and the heating of the object to be heated can be promoted. The control unit controls the impedance variable means to be supported at a predetermined angle based on a manual control signal input from the user of the apparatus. As the heating progresses, the rotation angle of the impedance variable means is controlled based on the detection signal of the microwave detecting means arranged in the groove, so that the microwave propagation in the optimum state for the type, amount, and shape of the object to be heated is achieved. The object to be heated can be uniformly heated by being formed in the microwave space.
[0018]
Also Claim 2 In the high-frequency heating apparatus, the microwave detection means is disposed between the opening portion and the impedance variable means. The microwave detecting means detects the energy of the microwave propagating from the opening portion into the groove portion. As a result, the rotation state of the impedance variable means can be discriminated and the state of the supply amount of microwave energy to the microwave space can be detected. Based on this detection signal, the impedance variable means is controlled so that the object to be heated can be Uniform dielectric heating can be achieved with the wave distribution.
[0019]
Also, Claim 3 In the high frequency heating apparatus, the microwave detection means is disposed on both sides of the impedance variable means. Thereby, the microwave energy on both sides of the impedance variable means can be detected to determine the impedance value of the aperture.
[0020]
Further, the impedance variable means can be controlled so as to increase the amount of microwave energy to the microwave space by varying the impedance value of the aperture, and the object to be heated can be uniformly and rapidly heated.
[0021]
Also, Claim 4 In this high-frequency heating apparatus, the impedance varying means has a plate-like structure that is rotatably supported in the groove portion, and includes a support angle determining means that determines the support angle of the plate surface. This makes it possible to easily control the variable impedance of the aperture by rotating the impedance variable means having a plate-like configuration, and to define the rotation angle by the support angle determining means, so that the impedance value of the aperture can be set. It is possible to specify the microwave propagation in the microwave space, and to realize optimum heating uniformity corresponding to the type, amount or shape of the object to be heated.
[0022]
Also, Claim 5 In this high-frequency heating apparatus, the support angle determining means has a function of detecting and determining a state in which the wide surface of the plate constituting the impedance varying means is at least parallel or perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove. And the impedance value of the aperture is extremely small (
The support angle of the impedance variable means that is ideally zero) is defined so as to be generated when the wide surface of the plate is parallel or perpendicular to the aperture. Thereby, the reset state of the impedance value of the aperture can be defined, and a device with good reproducibility can be provided. Further, by changing the wide surface to parallel or vertical, the impedance value of the aperture can be varied between an extremely small value and an extremely large value (ideally infinite). This operation changes the impedance of the microwave space, so that the amount of microwave energy supplied to the microwave space can be varied. This microwave energy variable can be heated at high speed by controlling the normal supply amount to be increased.
