Description
【0001】
【0056】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope apparatus capable of being sterilized by autoclave, in which an electronic circuit is mounted on an endoscope body Endoscope connector for Related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, endoscope apparatuses that observe an organ in a body cavity by inserting an elongated insertion portion into the body cavity have been widely used. In recent years, an endoscope apparatus capable of autoclave sterilization is desired from the viewpoint of running cost and safety. On the other hand, with the enhancement of functionality of endoscope apparatuses, it has become necessary to mount relatively large-scale electronic circuits on probe parts that require sterilization.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it has been difficult to mount an electronic circuit of a very large scale on such an endoscope apparatus corresponding to the conventional autoclave sterilization. The reason is that high-temperature and high-pressure steam produced by autoclave sterilization cannot be completely prevented from entering the equipment with a watertight casing when trying to shut out the casing. Had to use a high level and airtight casing made of metal and hermetically sealed. Then, for example, when a substrate having a size of 30 mm × 30 mm is accommodated in an airtight packaging as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-53989, the product is large, heavy, and difficult to handle for the operator. Let's go. Thus, in order to accommodate a relatively large substrate, a large and heavy packaging is required, which increases the size and weight of the product, and further increases the cost of parts and manufacturing. There was a problem that.
[0004]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2001-149911 discloses a method for protecting electronic components on a substrate with a sealant, which prevents a short circuit due to moisture condensation inside a device in a general environment. Therefore, it was difficult to protect the electronic components from the high temperature and high pressure steam of the autoclave.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-225956 suggests that the inside of the shield frame covering the outer periphery of the image sensor and the electronic substrate is filled with an adhesive, but this is also due to moisture condensation inside the device in a general environment. No solution has been disclosed for the vapor that penetrates through the adhesive from the front side of the CCD or the cable side.
[0006]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-10166 discloses that an electronic board in a connector is detachable and accommodated in a steam-resistant package. However, a completely airtight package as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-53989 is disclosed. If the vapor enters, condensation may occur on the electronic substrate, causing a short circuit. Further, even if the completely airtight packaging as described above is applied to the present invention, an increase in the size and cost of the device cannot be avoided. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-283125 and US Pat. No. 5,231,248 show a method of molding an entire electronic board and cable connection part. In such a case, the electronic component may be damaged by heat during autoclaving due to a difference in thermal expansion between the epoxy resin and the substrate. In addition, when rubber is used, the porous structure allows vapor to pass therethrough. Therefore, it was not suitable for application to an autoclave-compatible device equipped with a relatively large substrate.
[0007]
The present invention is autoclavable. Endoscope device In addition, it is possible to mount an electronic circuit of a relatively large scale, improve the autoclave resistance, are small and light, and can suppress the increase in cost. Connector for endoscope The purpose is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An endoscope connector according to the present invention has an electronic component mounting portion on which a second electronic component electrically connected to a first electronic component built in an endoscope main body configured to be capable of autoclaving is mounted. A substrate having a water-tight housing, and a non-vapor-permeable member disposed in the housing and covering a predetermined portion of the substrate to protect the second electronic component. The second electronic component by being injected from the filler injecting portion in the protective portion, and a filler injecting portion having an opening formed at one end face of the protecting portion. Electronic component mounting part mounted with Covering Filled with filler And a filling section.
