この発明はエレベータのかごに設けられるエレベータの出入り口安全装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のエレベータの出入り口安全装置としては、例えば特開平8−198556号公報に示されたものがある。この従来装置について図9至図11により説明する。図9は従来のかごの全体を乗場側から見た正面図、図10は図9のX矢視図すなわちかご全体の側面図、図11は図9のXI矢視図すなわちかご全体の平面図である。

図において、1はかごの全体、1aは乗客の乗るかご、2はかご枠で上部を構成する支持柱2aと下部を構成するかご床2bとからなる、3はかご1aの出入り口、4(4a,4b)は出入り口を開閉するための一対のドア(かごの戸)、4cはドア4の上部に固定されたローラ、4dはドア4の下部に固定されたガイドシュー、4eはドア4に設けられた窓、5は支持柱2aの上部に固定されたドア駆動装置で詳細は省略してあるがドア4を開閉する駆動機を備えている、6はドア駆動装置5に固定されたガイドレール、7はかごに設けられた敷居で上面にドア4のガイドシュー4dに係合する案内溝7aを有する、8はドア4の戸当り部にブラケット9を介して固定された光電式のドアセンサでブラケット9Aに設けられた投光器8aとブラケット9Bに設けられた受光器8bとの組合わせからなる、8cはドアセンサ8の光軸、8dはドアセンサ8から制御盤(図示せず)へ配線されたケーブル、10はかご1aとかご床2bとの間に介在する防振ゴム(弾性体)である。なお、ドアセンサ8は図9に3組を図示したが、ブラケット9に一定の間隔で10組以上取り付けられるのが一般的である。

この装置が設けられたエレベータにおいては、かご1aの出入り口3を一対のドア4a,4bがドア駆動装置5により駆動されて開閉する。すなわち、ドア4a,4bはガイドレール6上を転動するローラ4cにより上部を支持され、下部のガイドシュー4dが敷居7の案内溝7aに係合して保持される。また、かご1aはかご床2bに防振ゴム10を介して支持されており、昇降中に生ずるかご枠2の振動が直接かご1aに伝わらないようにしてある。なお、防振ゴム10は弾性体であるため、乗客の重量Wの大小でかご1aとかご枠2bとの隙間gは変化する。すなわち、乗客の重量が大きくなれば防振ゴム10は圧縮され隙間gは小さくなる。(図10に示す。)

この装置においては、ドアセンサ8により出入り口3に介在する障害物が検出される。すなわち、投光器8aから受光器8bに向けて赤外線が発射されており、ドア4が閉じ始めた時、例えば出入り口3に乗客(図示せず)がいてドアセンサ8の投光器8aと受光器8bとの間の光軸8cが遮られると、ドアセンサ8が検知信号を出力するよう構成してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来のエレベータの出入り口安全装置には次の問題点、課題があった。
まず、ドアセンサ8がドア4の戸当り部すなわちドア4の先端部に取付けられているため、出入り口3を通る乗客や運搬用台車が、このドアセンサ8に衝突しないよう保護する対策が必要である。このため、ドアセンサ8をケース(図示せず)に収納したり、緩衝材(図示せず)で覆って保護しているが、この保護対策によりドアセンサ8の取付部の構造が複雑になるので組立調整作業に時間がかかるという問題点があった。

また、ドアセンサ8が出入り口3を開閉するドア4に取付けられているため、ドア4の開閉動作にともない投光器8aおよび受光器8bに接続されたケーブル8dが曲げられたり張ったりする。このため、柔軟性があり繰り返しの曲げに強い特性を持つ特殊ケーブルを使用しているが、この特殊ケーブルが高価であるという問題点があった。

さらに、ドア4に例えば防犯用の角形の窓4eを設けようとすると、図9に示すように窓幅w1はドアセンサ8のブラケット9と重ならない大きさに制限される。しかしながら、この装置による制限を受けず、鎖線で示すような大型の窓を設けて防犯効果を更に高めたいという課題があった。

以上の問題点、課題を解決したものとして、例えば図12至図14に示す構造がある。これはドアセンサ8が取付けられたブラケット20の上部20aをドア駆動装置5に、下部20bを敷居7を避けてかご床2bに固定し、かつ開閉するドア4の外側に配置したものである。しかし乍ら、この場合にはかごの全体1の幅D2がかご枠2の幅D1より広くなるためエレベータの昇降路幅D3を従来装置よりも拡張しなければならないという新たな問題点が生ずる。(図14に示す)

この発明は以上の問題点や課題を解決するためなされたもので、ドアセンサの取付け部の構造が簡単になり、また標準ケーブルが使用でき、さらにはドアに大型の窓を取付けることが可能なエレベータの出入り口安全装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明にかかるエレベータの出入り口安全装置には、かごの出入り口からかごの戸の開閉方向に沿って左右に離れ、かつかご枠の外縁部より内側に配置され、上部がかご枠上部に固定され下部がスライド溝に勘合するガイド片により上下に伸縮する伸縮装置を介して敷居に支持されて、出入り口の上端から下端に渡って設けられた左右一対のブラケットと、ブラケットの一方に設けられた光電式センサの投光器およびブラケットの他方に設けられ投光器に対向して配置された光電式センサの受光器からなるドアセンサとが設けられる。

また、かごの出入り口からかごの戸の開閉方向に沿って左右に離れ、かつかご枠の外縁部より内側に配置され、上部がスライド溝に勘合するガイド片により上下に伸縮する伸縮装置を介してかご枠上部に支持され下部が敷居に固定されて、出入り口の上端から下端に渡って設けられた左右一対のブラケットと、ブラケットの一方に設けられた光電式センサの投光器およびブラケットの他方に設けられ投光器に対向して配置された光電式センサの受光器からなるドアセンサとが設けられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
まず、この発明の実施の形態1の構成を図1至図5により説明する。図1はかごの全体を乗場側から見た正面図、図2は図1のII矢視図すなわちかご全体の側面図、図3は図1のIII矢視図すなわちかご全体の平面図、図4は、図1のIV部分拡大図、図5は図4のV−V矢視断面図である。

図において、21(21A,21B)はドアセンサ8を取付けるブラケット、21aはブラケット21の上部、21bはブラケット21の下部、22はブラケットの下部21bに設けられたスライド溝22aと敷居7の上面に固定されたガイド片22bとからなる伸縮装置である。なお、駆動装置5はブラケット21とかご枠2との間に介在するものである。その他の部分の構成は従来技術に示した構成に同じである。

ブラケット21は図1に示すようにかご1aの出入り口3から離れた左右側方のかご枠2の端部に左右一対配置され、ブラケット21の上部21aはドア駆動装置5を介してかご枠2上部に固定されている。また図4に示すように、ブラケット21の下部21bが伸縮装置22を介して敷居7に支持されている。この伸縮装置22は、ブラケット21の下部21bに設けられ下方に開口したスライド溝22aと、敷居7に固定され上方へ棒状に突出してスライド溝22aに嵌合したガイド片22bとからなり、スライド溝22aとガイド片22bとが互いに摺動して上下方向に伸縮可能に構成されている。この伸縮装置22を介することにより、ブラケット21の下部21bは敷居7に離接可能な状態で支持される。

そして、一方のブラケット21Aにはドアセンサ8の投光器8aが、他方のブラケット21Bにはドアセンサ8の受光器8bが光軸8Cが合致するよう調整して取り付けてある。また、投光器8aと受光器8bに接続されたケーブル223はドア装置5を経由して制御盤へ配線される。そして、出入り口3に障害物が介在し、投光器8aと受光器8bとの間の光軸8cが遮られるとドアセンサ8が検知信号を出力する。

この実施の形態1においては、乗客の重量Wにより、防振ゴム10が圧縮されて敷居7がかご床2bに接近すると(図2において隙間gが小さくなると)それに対応して伸縮装置22が上下方向に広がるので、ブラケット21はその影響を受けず所定の位置に保持される。従ってブラケット21に取付けられたドアセンサ8も支障なく動作する。

この実施の形態1によれば、ドアセンサ8が出入り口3から離れて配置されるので、出入り口3を通る乗客や運搬台車がドアセンサ8に衝突することがない。
従って、ドアセンサ8をケースに収納したり緩衝材で覆って保護する必要がなくなり、この部分の構造が簡単になるので、組立調整作業が容易になる。

ここでは実施の形態1との相違点のみを説明する。図において24はドアセンサ8を取付けるブラケット、24aはブラケット24の上部、24bはブラケット24の下部、25は伸縮装置でブラケット24の上部24aに設けられたスライド溝25aとドア駆動装置5に固定されたガイド片25bとからなる。

また、ブラケット24の下部は敷居7に固定されている。

以上説明したように、この発明の請求項1のエレベータの出入り口安全装置によれば、ドアセンサがかごの出入り口から離れて配置されるので、出入り口を通る乗客や運搬台車がドアセンサに衝突することがない。
従って、ドアセンサをケースに収納したり緩衝材で覆って保護する必要がなくなり、この部分の構造が簡単になるので、組立調整作業が容易になる。

また、ドアセンサがドアに取り付けられていないので、ドアセンサの投光器および受光器に接続されたケーブルは、ドアの開閉動作にともない繰り返し曲げられることがない。従って固定配線用の標準ケーブルを使用することができるので製造コストを引き下げることができる。
