BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet suitable for fixing various machines, electrical / electronic parts, plastic molded articles, etc., and temporarily fixing various parts, etc., at the time of production and inspection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is composed of a support layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Conventionally, a nonwoven fabric is mainly used for the support layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly composed of natural rubber, polydimethylsiloxane. Silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives mainly containing rubber (including silicone gel; hereinafter the same), or acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives mainly containing n-butyl acrylate or the like are mainly used. In addition, in order to improve the stress relaxation property and followability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet imparted with rubbery elasticity and flexibility is also known, and the support layer of such a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a rubber such as silicone rubber. And a silicone gel is used for the adhesive layer.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, rubber adhesives, silicone adhesives, and acrylic adhesives used in conventional adhesive layers all generate adhesive force, so the molecular weight of the main polymer chain is small, Also, the crosslink density is low. Therefore, when an organic solvent is present, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of the above pressure-sensitive adhesive easily absorbs and swells. And if it swells, the adhesive force of an adhesion layer will fall.
[0004]
Of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesives, the silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive contains a large amount of low molecular siloxane and silicone oil. Therefore, near the adhesive sheet using silicone adhesive, the part where the electrical connection state repeats ON / OFF, for example, the coil part inside the motor, the contact of the relay, the contact of the switch, or the head part of the floppy disk drive When present, the low molecular siloxane or silicone oil contained in the silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive becomes silicon oxide and precipitates on each of the above portions, and as a result, an insulation failure may occur.
[0005]
Furthermore, if there is a pad part that performs bonding of wires or heat sealing of connectors near the adhesive sheet using the silicone-based adhesive or the part where the adhesive sheet is peeled off, the silicone contained in the silicone-based adhesive The oil oozes out to the pad portion, and as a result, the bonding strength of the bonding wire or the heat seal connector is lowered. In the worst case, the bonding wire or the heat seal connector may fall off from the pad portion. In particular, when an adhesive sheet is used as an elastic body inside an IC package such as μ-BGA, such a problem is more likely to occur during bonding in the manufacturing process of μ-BGA.
[0006]
Therefore, unlike the conventional adhesive sheet, the present invention has solvent resistance that does not decrease the adhesive strength even when it comes into contact with an organic solvent, and is used near the portion where the electrical connection state repeats ON / OFF. However, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that does not cause an insulation failure and does not decrease the adhesive strength even if the wire is used in the vicinity of a pad portion for bonding or heat-sealing a connector.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has found that a fluorine resin gel having a high solvent resistance and containing almost no low-molecular siloxane or silicone oil is used for the adhesive layer. As a result of studying the material and structure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet based on the above, the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention is an adhesive sheet characterized in that an adhesive layer made of a fluororesin gel is provided on one or both sides of a support layer made of resin or rubber.
[0008]
The basic structure of the fluororesin gel is the structural formula
(Wherein n is an integer of 10 to 1,000)
It is preferable that the terminal is made of silicone containing a vinyl group for the reason described later.
[0009]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said fluororesin gel is 50-90 degrees of penetration for the reason mentioned later.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an embodiment of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present invention, wherein 1 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present invention, 2 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and 3 is a support layer. As shown in FIG. 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 of the present invention has a pressure-sensitive

(In the formula, m is 10 to 1,000, n is 10 to 1,000, and l is an integer of 10 to 1,000)
The normal fluororubber represented by the formula is unsuitable for the present invention because the hardness after vulcanization is as hard as a Sure hardness of A50 ° Hs or more, and the raw material state is solid.
Therefore, the fluororubber raw material used in the present invention has the structural formula:
(Main chain structure)
(End structure)
(Wherein n is 10 to 1,000) is preferred.
(A) in the end structure is a monovalent aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, and examples thereof include a vinyl group, an allyl group, a 1-butenyl group, and a 1-hexenyl group. Any material may be used as long as it forms a network structure by reaction. The vinyl group is most advantageous from the viewpoints of ease of synthesis and fluidity and economy of the composition before curing.
(B) is an alkyl group such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl; an aryl group such as phenyl; an aralkyl group such as benzyl, 2-phenylethyl, 2-phenylpropyl; chloromethyl, chlorophenyl, 2-cyanoethyl, Examples thereof include substituted hydrocarbon groups such as 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl; and aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon groups such as vinyl, allyl, 1-butenyl and 1-hexenyl similar to (A).
On the other hand, the main chain structure may be either linear or branched.
[0012]
The fluororubber raw material is in a liquid state, and by reducing the crosslinking density, it becomes a gel-like substance having high solvent resistance after vulcanization without using a solvent or the like. The crosslinking agent is a hydrogen polysiloxane having 3 or more ≡SiH groups in one molecule, and three-dimensional by the addition reaction between the terminal aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group and the ≡SiH group in the crosslinking agent. A network structure is formed.
In addition, it is arbitrary to add a thickener, a rebound recovery agent, a deterioration preventing agent, a coloring agent, etc. to the adhesive layer in order to improve characteristics.
[0013]
The basic structure of the
Moreover, since the gel-like adhesive used for the conventional adhesive sheet has low crosslink density, it absorbs an organic solvent etc. and is very easy to swell. However, unlike other gel-like pressure-sensitive adhesives, the fluororesin gel used in the present invention has a feature that it has a fluorine atom in the side chain and is not easily swollen by an organic solvent or the like. In order to clarify this, among the silicone gels used as adhesives, the most solvent-resistant fluorosilicone gel (with the silicone side chain methyl group substituted by γ-trifluoropropyl group about 50%) and About the fluororesin gel of the said structure, the solvent immersion test was done on 25 degreeC and the conditions for 7 days, and the weight change rate was compared. As a result, the weight change rate of the fluororesin gel was 1/5 in the case of gasoline, 1/10 in the case of toluene, and 1/25 in the case of acetone with respect to the fluorosilicone gel.

On the other hand, when it is not necessary to impart rubber-like elasticity to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 as in the case of temporary fixing, it is preferable to perform thin layer processing and have a certain degree of hardness. Specifically, resin films, such as a nonwoven fabric, a polyester film, a polyimide film, a polyethylene film, and a polypropylene film, are illustrated.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. In addition, this invention is not limited to a following example.
[0020]
【Example】
Example 1
Fluororesin rubber “Viton MV-260” (trade name, manufactured by Showa Denko, DuPont) is dispensed to a thickness of 0.1 mm, primary vulcanization at 180 ° C. for 10 minutes, and secondary vulcanization at 230 ° C. After 24 hours, a support layer was formed.
Next, a fluororesin gel “Syfer 807A / B” (trade name, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) is printed on the support layer to a thickness of 0.02 mm, and then gelled at 150 ° C. for 1 hour. To form an adhesive layer. After gelation, a polyester film coated with a silicone release agent was pasted on the adhesive layer, and the fluororesin gel was printed on the other surface of the support layer under the same conditions, and gelled to form an adhesive layer. After gelation, the polyester film was peeled off to obtain a double-sided PSA sheet having a three-layer structure.
(Evaluation)
Compared with the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the same structure as that of the example using silicone rubber for the support layer and silicone gel for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the amount of low-molecular siloxane detected up to 100 ppm or more and up to D20 is the pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the example. Only 0.01 ppm or less was detected in the sheet. Thereby, it became clear that the adhesive sheet which concerns on an Example hardly contains low molecular siloxane and a silicone oil content.
[0021]
The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the above example and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the same structure as the example using silicone rubber for the support layer and silicone gel for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer were subjected to a solvent immersion test under conditions of 25 ° C. for 7 days. It was. As a result, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using silicone rubber for the support layer and silicone gel for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer swelled so that it could not be measured with respect to acetone and methyl ketone, but the volume change rate of the example was 5% or less. It was. Thereby, it became clear that the adhesive sheet which concerns on an Example has solvent resistance.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a fluororesin gel is used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which makes it difficult to use a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet while maintaining the necessary flexibility as the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. It can be used in the following cases.
1. Since a fluororesin gel having solvent resistance is used, for example, in the process of surface mounting such as an IC package that may come into contact with a flux remover containing a large amount of an organic solvent, or in particular, μ-BGA, etc. Even in the bonding process between the substrate and the semiconductor chip inside the IC package, the IC package can be used without worrying about the decrease in the adhesive force due to the absorption and swelling of the organic solvent.
2. Because it contains almost no low-molecular siloxane or silicone oil, the part where the electrical connection is repeatedly turned on and off, such as the coil part inside the motor, the contact of the relay, the contact of the switch, the head part of the floppy disk drive, or the IC It can also be used in the vicinity of the part where is mounted without worrying about insulation failure.
3. Since it contains almost no silicone oil, it can also be used near the pad portion where wire bonding or connector heat sealing is performed without worrying about dropping of the bonding wire or heat sealing connector.
