Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an opening / closing structure of an operation panel, and more particularly to an operation panel for an opening / closing structure of a housing having a back plate and covering the back plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional operation panel according to the present invention is composed of a back plate and a box-shaped housing covering the front surface of the back plate, and is mounted on the housing with various components mounted on the front surface of the back plate. A large number of parts such as a display device and operation switches are connected to each other by a wiring bundle extending inside the back plate and the casing. And it is attached to a wall surface etc. by the attachment mechanism formed in the backplate.
[0003]
The operation panel needs to be opened from time to time due to inspections, setting changes, etc., but because of the above-mentioned wiring bundle that spans the case and back plate, the back plate and case cannot be separated and are connected by a hinge. The back plate and the casing are closed and fixed separately by fixing means such as screws.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such an operation panel, the edge of the back plate can be seen from the outer surface in a normal state, that is, the case is closed, and when the hinge is connected on the outside, the hinge can be seen. It is conceivable that a hinge is disposed inside and the entire periphery of the edge of the back plate is enclosed by a casing and concealed.
[0005]
However, if the casing is opened by a hinge inside the operation panel after the entire periphery of the edge of the back plate is enclosed and hidden by the casing, the hinge on the hinge side of the casing, the mounting wall of the back plate, and the casing Because the hinge side edge of the body and the hinge side edge of the back plate interfere and collide with each other, the clearance dimension against the wall surface on the hinge side edge of the housing or the clearance size against the housing on the hinge side edge of the back plate It was necessary to take. As a result, the clearance dimension of the casing becomes a gap in appearance when the casing is closed as it is, and not only cannot the entire circumference of the edge of the back plate be obscured, but both clearance dimensions, that is, the clearance. It was a malfunction that allowed foreign objects such as dust to enter the operation panel.
[0006]
Therefore, an operation panel having a box-shaped housing connected to the back plate with an internal hinge cannot adopt a structure that surrounds the entire periphery of the back plate.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is mounted on the wall, a back plate which extended portion is provided at the end, not covering the front of the back plate, notch the extending portion of the back plate in the plate thickness of the extending portion And a hinge having a side plate having a notch recess and an end of the housing other than the notch notch remaining on the side plate, and a hinge for connecting the back plate and the case so that the case can be rotated. A first hinge plate fixed in the vicinity of the notch recess inside the side plate of the housing, and a second hinge plate attached in the vicinity of the extending portion of the front surface of the back plate, the notch of the side plate A hinge for rotating the casing relative to the back plate by sliding an outer edge of the recess on the upper surface of the extension ; and a fixing means for holding the back plate and the case in a closed state , in the configuration, the housing, the at closed state of the housing, a gap is not shaped between the entire periphery of the wall of the edge of the back plate with the exception of the extending portion A cloaking operation panel with said hinge, said second hinge plate screw holes be those inserted through the vertically erected bis on the back plate, the housing in an open process of the casing as the body does not interfere with prior Symbol wall, the fixed position of the nut to the screw, which is provided with play in the plate thickness direction of the back plate to the second hinge plate, said back plate, said When the casing is fully opened, the hinge side edge is provided at a position where it does not collide with the edge of the casing end of the side plate .
[0008]
Further, between the front Kiseban before Symbol second hinge plate, it is characterized in that an elastic body pushing up the housing in the process of opening the housing interposed.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of the operation panel in a closed state. FIG. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the main part showing the opening and closing process of the operation panel at the hinge part, where (a) is in a closed state, (b) is in a state of opening, (c) is in a state of maximum lift of the hinge, (D) shows a fully open state, respectively.
[0010]
The configuration of the first embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS.
W is a wall surface, 1 is an operation panel attached to the wall surface W, 11 is rectangular, for example, an H-shaped back plate partially extending at the four corner ends, and 11a is a partially extended portion of the back plate 11. Each extending portion used as a wall surface attaching portion, 11d is an edge of the back plate 11, 11e is a front edge of the back plate which is an edge line on the front side of the edge 11d, and 11s is an upper surface which is a surface on the front side of the extending portion 11a. It is.
[0011]
12 is a housing that covers the entire periphery of the back plate 11 except for the extending portion 11a except for the extending portion 11a. The side plate on the protruding portion 11a side, 12b is the side plate 12a, and the extended portion 11a portion of the back plate 11 is left uncut by the plate thickness of the extended portion 11a, and 12d is the casing end portion 12b. As shown in FIG. 2D, which is a longitudinal sectional view of the extending portion 11a, the edge 11d of the back plate 11 is provided at a position where it does not collide with the edge 12d when the housing 12 is fully opened. It has been. 12p is the outer edge of the notch in the notch of the notch 12 in which the side plate 12a slides on the upper surface 11s of the extending portion 11a when the housing 12 is opened, 12r is the lower inner edge of the edge 12d, and 12q is the lower edge of the edge 12d. The outer edge.
[0012]
When the casing 12 is closed, as will be described later, the casing 12 and the back plate 11 are fixed by a fixing means 17 such as a screw. Therefore, between the outer edge 12p of the notch recess and the upper surface 11s, and the outer edge 12q of the lower end and the wall surface W. The gap between is gone.
[0013]
13 is connected to the front surface of the back plate 11 and the inside of the side plate 12a, that is, a hinge attached to the inside of the operation panel 1, 13a is a first hinge plate of the hinge 13 fixed to the side plate 12a side, and 13b is a back. It is the 2nd hinge board of the hinge 13 attached to the board 11 side.
[0014]
In FIG. 2, 14 is a screw that stands upright on the back plate 11 and passes through a screw hole (not shown) of the hinge plate 13b, 15 is a nut that is screwed into this screw 14 and bonded and fixed in place, and C is the hinge 13 It is a shaft core.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2C, the predetermined position of the nut 15 is fixed at a height higher than the position where the height when the hinge 13 is lifted to the highest level in the process of opening the housing 12 is obtained. . For example, when the housing 12 is opened, the height of the hinge 13 is determined by the position of the outer edge 12p of the notch recess that is the sliding point of the side plate 12 with the back plate 11 (extension portion 11a). When the position of the point 12p comes directly below the axis C of the hinge 13, the axis C of the hinge 13 has the highest height (the farthest away from the back plate 11), and a position where this is possible, for example, the highest axis The position of the nut 15 is determined in accordance with the height when the hinge plate 13b is parallel to the back plate 11 at the position of the core C, and a play F in the thickness direction of the hinge plate 13b is provided on the hinge plate 13b. Fix with metal adhesive.
[0016]
Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG.
In the state of (a), the casing 12 is fixed and closed by the back plate 11 and fixing means 17 such as screws so that there is no rattling caused by the hinge play F1, and the operation panel 1 extends to the wall surface W. 11 is attached. At this time, the entire periphery of the edge 11d of the back plate 11 is covered with the housing 12 except for the extending portion 11a, that is, the entire periphery of the edge of the back plate 11 surrounded by the housing 12 is covered. In other words, the edge 11d is covered by the housing edge 12b near the hinge 13 without any gap between the wall surface W, and the space between the upper surface 11s of the extending portion 11a and the outer edge 12p of the notch recess is also between. There is no gap.
[0017]
The back plate 11 and the housing 12 may be fixed by the fixing means 17 at any position, but are fixed so that the housing 12 does not rattle due to the play F1 of the hinge 13.
[0018]
Therefore, the aesthetics are maintained and foreign matter such as dust does not enter.
[0019]
Next, the fixing means 17 between the casing and the back plate of the operation panel 1 attached to the wall surface W is released as necessary, such as maintenance inspection and setting change.
[0020]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the housing 12 starts to be opened after the housing 12 is released from the back plate 11, the outer edge 12p of the notch recess slides on the upper surface 11s of the extending portion 11a. . At this time, the lower edge 12q at the lower end does not slide with respect to the wall surface W because the side plate 12a is inclined.
[0021]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2C, the height of the shaft core C of the hinge 13 is determined by the sliding position of the outer edge 12p of the notch recess, and the outer edge 12p of the notch recess is located immediately below the shaft core C. It is sometimes highest, that is, it is lifted by the distance between the axis C and the outer edge 12p of the notch recess. The nut 15 is fixed at a height corresponding to the position at that time, and does not hinder the movement of the housing 12.
[0022]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), when the housing 12 is fully opened, the edge 11d of the back plate 11 retreats to a position where it does not collide with the edge 12d of the side plate 12a, and the clearance dimension is taken. This does not prevent the casing 12 from being fully opened. In order to prevent the edge 11d from colliding with the edge 12d, the distance between the shaft core C and the back plate front edge 11e may be set larger than the distance between the shaft core C and the lower end outer edge 12q.
[0023]
When the housing 12 is closed, the above-described reverse process can be performed to close the housing 12 with no gap between the housing 12 and the wall surface W.
[0024]
In the above embodiment, the horizontal distance between the edge 11d of the back plate 11 and the side plate 12a in the state where the housing 12 is closed, that is, the clearance dimension, is the amount that the edge 12d of the side plate 12a enters when the housing 12 is fully opened. Thus, although the edge 11d of the back plate 11 is formed to recede, it may be configured to have a smaller relief dimension. In this case, the height of the nut 15 is set high so that the rotation trajectory of the back plate front edge 12q does not interfere with the back plate front edge 11e so as to avoid a collision between the side plate 12a and the back plate 11. When opening the housing 12, if the housing 12 is sufficiently lifted and opened, the height of the nut 15 is set sufficiently high, so that the back plate front edge 12q can avoid collision with the back plate front edge 11e. Therefore, the housing 12 can be fully opened.
[0025]
The relief dimension may be selected as zero. Then, the housing end 12b and the edge 11d of the back plate 11 come into contact with each other when the housing 12 is closed. In this case, the height of the nut 15 is set sufficiently high by the same method as described above. When opening the housing 12, if the housing 12 is first lifted sufficiently before being opened, the height of the nut 15 is set sufficiently high, so that the housing 12 can be fully opened.
[0026]
By the way, with such a configuration, even if the fixing means 17 is simply removed, the housing end 12b and the edge 11d cannot be opened due to collision, so that ordinary people do not open it unnecessarily. It has become a structure.
[0027]
When the clearance dimension is small, the required play F1 dimension in the thickness direction of the back plate 11 of the hinge 13 is determined as follows.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 2C, the position of the nut 15 is such that, in the process of opening the housing 12, the lower end outer edge 12q farthest from the hinge 13 axis C at the housing end 12b and the back plate 11 is compared with the closest back plate front edge 11e at the edge 11d, and the height is determined when the side plate 12a and the hinge 13 are lifted so that the back plate front edge 11e is longer. Thus, after the position of the nut 15 is determined by providing the hinge plate 13b with the play F1 in the thickness direction of the back plate 11, the nut 15 is fixed with a metal adhesive or the like.
[0029]
As described above, in the first embodiment, the back plate attached to the wall surface, the housing that covers the front surface of the back plate, the coupler that connects the back plate and the housing so that the housing can be rotated, In the operation panel composed of the back plate and the fixing means for holding the housing in the closed state, the coupling tool is attached to the inside of the operation panel, and the edge of the back plate in the range enclosed by the housing in the closed state of the housing Since the casing is covered and concealed and play is provided to the connector so that the chassis does not interfere with the back plate and wall surface during the process of opening the chassis, play of the connector is used in the process of opening the chassis. Since the housing can be lifted up, the housing can be opened without the lower end of the housing colliding with the wall surface. Since the collision of the plates can be avoided, the housing can be opened, and the connecting tool is attached inside the operation panel. The entire circumference of the back plate of the edge of the range housing surrounding casing is maintained aesthetics to mask without gaps, a reliable operation panel is obtained since no foreign matter enters.
[0030]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
In the first embodiment, the extending portion 11a is provided on the back plate 11, but in the second embodiment, a simple rectangular back plate having no extending portion 11a is used. In this case, the extending portion 11a, the upper surface 11s, and the outer edge 12p of the notch recess are not present, and the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are used for the other reference numerals. Further, the side plate 12a is placed on the wall surface W instead of the upper surface 11s when the housing 12 is fully opened. However, if the side plate 12 a is thinner than the back plate 11, the side plate 12 a is not placed on the wall surface W and floats slightly.
[0031]
When opening the casing 12, the height of the nut 15 is set high so that the rotation trajectory of the back plate front edge 12q does not interfere with the wall surface W so as to avoid a collision between the side plate 12a and the wall surface W. That is, the height position of the nut 15 is determined so that the height when the hinge 13 is lifted highest from the wall surface W can be made larger than the distance between the hinge 13 axis C and the lower edge 12q.
[0032]
Further, the horizontal distance, that is, the clearance dimension between the edge 11d of the back plate 11 and the side plate 12a in the state where the housing 12 is closed is calculated by taking the amount of the edge 12d of the side plate 12a in the fully opened state of the housing 12 into the back plate 11. The edge 11d is formed by retreating. That is, the distance between the axis C of the hinge 13 and the lower end inner edge 12r is longer than the distance between the axis C and the back plate front edge 11e.
[0033]
When the housing 12 is opened, the height of the nut 15 is set high, so that the hinge 13 can escape in the thickness direction of the back plate 11, and the back plate leading edge 12q slides on the wall surface W. Can be opened. Since the edge 11d of the back plate 11 has a clearance dimension with respect to the edge 12d of the side plate 12, the housing 12 can be fully opened.
[0034]
In the rectangular back plate, the clearance dimension of the edge 11d with respect to the edge 12d may be zero. In this case, when the housing 12 is fully opened, the side plate 12a is placed on the upper surface of the back plate 11 instead of the wall surface W, and the other clearance dimensions when the extending portion 11a in the first embodiment is provided. The same as in the case of zero.
[0035]
In the first and second embodiments, the play of the connecting tool is made at the position of the nut 15 by inserting the hinge plate 13b through the screw 14 standing vertically to the back plate 11. The hinge plate 13b on the plate 11 side may be fixed, and the screw hole of the hinge plate 13a on the measurement plate 12a side may be formed into a long hole in the plate thickness direction of the back plate 11 to create play.
[0036]
In the first and second embodiments, a hinge is used as a connector, but a chain or a link mechanism may be used.
[0037]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the internal structure of the operation panel in a fully opened state, and is an explanatory view showing a state in which some hinges are removed. FIG. 4 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of the main part showing the opening / closing process of the operation panel at the hinge part, where (a) shows a closed state, (b) shows a half-open state, and (c) shows a fully-open state.
[0038]
The configuration of the second embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS.
W is a wall surface, 2 is an operation panel attached to the wall surface W, 21 is rectangular, for example, an H-shaped back plate partially extending at the four corner ends, and 21a is a partially extended portion of the back plate 21. Each extension part used as a wall surface attachment part, 21d is an edge of the back plate 21, 21e is a back plate front edge which is a front edge of the edge 21d, and 21s is an upper surface of the extension part 21a.
[0039]
Reference numeral 22 denotes a housing that covers the entire periphery of the edge of the back plate 21 except for the extending portion 21a by cutting out the extended portion 21a portion of the back plate 21 with the thickness of the extending portion 21a. The side plate 22a is a side plate 22a, the side plate 22a is a side wall 22a, and the extension 21a portion of the back plate 21 is left uncut by the thickness of the extension 21a, and 22d is the side of the housing end 22b. As shown in FIG. 4B, which is a longitudinal sectional view of a portion of the back plate 21 that is an edge and does not have the extending portion 21a, the edge 21d of the back plate 21 in the process of opening the housing 22 is the side plate 22a. Is lifted together with the hinge 23 so that the edge 22d is provided at a position where the edge 21d can be displaced. Reference numeral 22p denotes an outer edge of a notch recess in the side plate 22a that abuts the upper surface 21s of the extending portion 21a when the casing 2 is closed. When the casing 2 is closed, the casing 22 and the back plate 21 are fixed by fixing means such as screws (not shown) as will be described later. Are fixed so that there is no gap between the upper surface 21s and the outer edge 22p of the notch recess.
[0040]
Reference numeral 23 denotes a hinge connected to the front surface of the back plate 21 and the inside of the side plate 22a, that is, a hinge attached to the inside of the operation panel 2. For example, a commercially available one is used. 23a is a first hinge plate of the hinge 23 fixed to the side plate 22a side, and 23b is a second hinge plate of the hinge 23 attached to the back plate 21 side.
[0041]
Reference numeral 24 denotes a screw which stands vertically on the back plate 21 and is inserted into a screw hole (not shown) of the second plate 23b of the hinge 23. Reference numeral 25 denotes a nut which is screwed into the screw 24 and is fixedly bonded at a predetermined position. Between the plate 21 and the hinge plate 23b, for example, an elastic body penetrating through the screw 25, for example, a string-wound spring, a sponge having a strong restoring force, or a rubber formed body. Reference numeral 27 denotes an insertion hole for the screw 24 formed in the back plate 21, and C denotes an axis of the hinge 23.
[0042]
As shown in FIG. 4A, L1 is the vertical distance from the axis C in the closed state of the casing 22 to the edge 22d of the side plate 22a, and L2 is from the axis C in the closed state of the casing 22. The horizontal distance to the edge 21d of the back plate 21 is shown. If the distance L2 is equal to or greater than L1, the edge 22d does not collide with the edge 21d when the housing 22 is fully opened.
[0043]
However, if a commercially available product is used for the hinge 23, the distance L2 may be less than L1 due to the thickness of the back plate 21. In this case, a method is adopted in which the side plate 22a is lifted together with the hinge 23, escapes upward, and the collision between the edge 22d and the edge 21d is avoided. When escaping upward, it is necessary to determine the height position of the nut 25 that restricts the hinge 23.
[0044]
As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the predetermined position of the nut 25 is that the distance from the hinge 23 axis C in the opening process of the casing 22 is the farthest lower end outer edge 22q at the casing end 22b. The nut 25 is fixed at a height position when the side plate 22a and the hinge 23 are lifted so that the back plate front edge 21e is longer than the closest back plate front edge 21e at the edge 21d of the back plate 21. . As described above, the play F2 in the plate thickness direction is provided on the hinge plate 23b to determine the position of the nut 25, and then the nut 25 is fixed with a metal adhesive or the like.
[0045]
Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG.
In the state (a), the casing 22 is fixedly closed so that the back plate 21 is not rattled by the play F2 of the hinge 23 by fixing means (not shown). For example, the operation panel 2 extends to the wall surface W or the like. It is the state attached by 21a. At this time, the edge 21d of the back plate 21 is covered with the casing 22 except for the extending portion 21a, and a gap between the casing W and the wall surface W is also formed by the casing edge 22b near the hinge 23. In this state, the edge 21d is covered and there is no gap between the upper surface 21s of the extending portion 21a and the outer edge 22p of the notch recess. Therefore, in normal times, the aesthetics are maintained and foreign matter such as dust does not enter.
[0046]
Next, the fixing means (not shown) of the operation panel 2 attached to the wall surface W is removed as necessary for maintenance inspection or the like so that the housing 22 can be opened from the back plate 21.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 4B, in the process of opening the casing 22, when the edge 22d of the casing end 22b is likely to be caught on the edge 21d of the back plate, the elastic body 26 pushes up the hinge plate 23b. Since the height position of the nut 25 is also set sufficiently high, it can be easily dodged.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 4C, after that, the side plate 22a is overlaid on the upper surface 21s of the extending portion 21a, the housing end 22b is overlaid on the back plate 21, and the housing 22 is opened 90 degrees. Fully open.
[0049]
When the casing 22 is closed, the reverse process described above is performed, the casing 22 is lifted, the edge 22d of the casing end 22b passes the edge 21d of the back plate 21, and the casing 12 is closed. The casing 22 is closed and fixed to the back plate 21 by a fixing means that does not. At this time, when the hinge 22 is lifted due to the elastic body 26, the case 22 is pressed and fixed. In this closed state, the edge 21d of the back plate 21 except the extending portion 21a is covered by the housing 22 so that the entire circumference of the edge 21d of the back plate 21 surrounded by the housing 22 is covered with the housing edge 22b. As a result, the edge 21d is covered with no gap between the wall surface W and there is no gap between the upper surface 21s of the extending portion 21a and the outer edge 22p of the notch recess.
[0050]
With the configuration of the third embodiment as described above, a back plate attached to the wall surface, a box-shaped housing that covers the front surface of the back plate, a hinge that connects the back plate and the housing, a back plate and a housing In the operation panel composed of the fixing means for holding the body in the closed state, the hinge is connected between the front surface of the back plate and the inside of the case, and the back plate in the range enclosed by the case in the closed state of the case The casing covers the entire circumference of the edge, and the hinge plate on the back plate side is provided with play in the thickness direction of the back plate, and an elastic body is placed between the back plate and the hinge plate on the back plate side. Because it is interposed, the entire circumference of the back plate edge and the hinges in the range enclosed by the housing can not be seen from the outside, so the aesthetics are maintained, and foreign matter also enters to cover the entire circumference of the back plate edge enclosed by the housing. A highly reliable operation panel can be obtained. Further, when the casing is lifted to avoid a collision between the casing and the back plate in the process of opening the casing, the casing is pushed up by the elastic body, so that it can be easily opened.
[0051]
In addition, since the casing is pushed up by the elastic body in the process of opening the casing, there is no sliding such as the upper surface 11s of the extending part 11a and the outer edge 12p of the notch recess of the casing 12, and the upper surface 21s and the like. This eliminates problems such as paint peeling on the sliding surface.
[0052]
In addition, although the extending part was provided in the back board in the above Embodiment 3, a simple rectangular back board may be sufficient.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
Closing structure of the operation panel to the invention, mounted on a wall surface, extending a back plate extending portion is provided at the end, not covering the front of the back plate, the extending portion of the back plate A housing having a side plate having a notch recess notched with a plate thickness of a portion and a housing end portion left uncut other than the notch recess, and the back plate and the housing so that the housing can be rotated. A hinge for rotating the housing relative to the back plate, and the back plate and the housing are closed by sliding an outer edge of the notch recess of the side plate on the upper surface of the extension portion. and fixing means for holding the state, in the configuration, the housing is in a closed state of the housing, the entire circumference of the edge of the back plate with the exception of the extending portion the A operation panel gap obscures in the absence between surfaces, the hinge, the second hinge plate screw holes be obtained by inserting the screw erected perpendicular to the back plate, wherein as housing the housing in an open process of does not interfere with the previous SL wall, which by the fixed position of the nut to the screw, provided with a play in the plate thickness direction of the back plate to the second hinge plate The back plate is provided with the hinge-side edge retracted at a position where it does not collide with the edge of the case end of the side plate when the case is fully opened. The entire periphery of the edge of the backboard that surrounds and the hinges are not visible from the outside, so the appearance is good, and the entire periphery of the edge of the backboard that the enclosure encloses is hidden, so there is no foreign matter and a highly reliable operation panel is obtained. It is done.
Further, in the process of opening the casing, the casing can be floated using the play of the hinges, so that the casing can be opened without the lower end of the casing colliding with the wall surface.
Further, when the casing is fully opened, the edge of the back plate is retracted to a position where it does not collide with the edge of the side plate, and the clearance dimension is taken, so that the casing is not fully opened.
[0054]
In addition, prior between Kiseban before Symbol second hinge plate, it is interposed an elastic body for pushing up the housing in the process of opening the housing. As a result, when the case is lifted to avoid collision between the case and the back plate in the process of opening the case, the case is lifted by the elastic body, so that the operation panel can be easily opened. Is obtained. Since the case is pushed up by the elastic body in the process of opening the case, there is no sliding such as the upper surface of the extension part and the outer edge of the notch in the case, and there is a problem such as paint peeling on the sliding surface such as the upper surface. Disappear.
