Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a concrete formwork.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the construction of dams, revetments, etc., it is known that the outer surface of concrete resembles rock. In the construction, conventionally, a resinous female mold resembling the surrounding rock was made, this formwork was attached to the construction site, concrete was placed, and the concrete was dismantled after the concrete was hardened. In the case of this construction, there is a problem that it takes time to dismantle the formwork. Further, since it is substantially difficult to color the concrete to be placed, it is necessary to give a texture close to the surrounding rocks by coloring with paint after curing. However, there is a problem that the work becomes very artistic because coloring is performed manually in the field, and the construction is very expensive because the number of workers is limited.
[0003]
In addition, as another method, there is also a method of forming a mold by attaching a lath net and placing mortar there, but the problem is that the strength is insufficient for use as a mold for casting concrete There is.
[0004]
Furthermore, it is possible to make a rock-like panel wall by stacking standardized rock-shaped blocks, but in this case, there is a problem that at first glance it is understood that it is an artificial molded product .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a concrete formwork that solves the above-described problems of the prior art, is easy to construct, and has a finish similar to natural rock.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for producing a concrete formwork of the present invention is to create a resin female mold from natural rock, and simultaneously spray mortar and reinforcing fibers on the inner surface of the female mold by a spray method, thereby reinforcing the mortar and the reinforcement. The fiber mixture is divided into a plurality of times and laminated to a predetermined thickness. After the mortar is cured, the cured product is removed from the female mold.
In the present invention, it is preferable that after the mixture of the mortar and the reinforcing fiber is laminated, anchor attachment portions are projected on the laminate at predetermined intervals.
Moreover, it is preferable to mix a pigment in the mortar.
[0007]
Mold to be more prepared in the present invention is fixed to the precursor or the like of the site, the concrete is pouring on the back side. When the concrete is placed, it acts as a mold, and after the concrete is cured, it acts as a decorative surface as it is.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a side view of a mold that is more produced in the present invention, a whole is composed of a fiber reinforced concrete.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an outer surface that does not come into contact with concrete at the time of construction, and a rock pattern unevenness 2 is formed on the entire surface. This rock pattern is preferably colored in a shape and color tone close to natural rock.
[0010]
On the other hand, the opposite surface 3 is a surface in which concrete is cast during construction and contacts the concrete. On this surface, a plurality of anchor attachment portions 4 are provided so as to protrude. An anchor is attached to the anchor attaching portion, and the anchor and the driving body are connected by a reinforcing bar or the like, thereby fixing the formwork to the driving body.
[0011]
The thickness t of the mold is preferably 20 mm or more from the strength aspect, and the distance from the adjacent anchor mounting portion is preferably about 50 cm from the viewpoint of workability. As for the size, it is practical that one side Y is about 1 m.
[0012]
More the mold in the present invention can be manufactured as follows. First, create a female female mold from natural rock. After a mixture of reinforcing fibers and mortar is laminated on the inner surface of the female mold in a plurality of times and laminated to a predetermined thickness, an anchor attachment portion is formed. Subsequently, a mold is manufactured by removing from the female mold after curing. The female mold is then used to produce the next formwork.
[0013]
In laminating, it is preferable to mix a pigment into the mortar so that the color tone of the natural rock is obtained after hardening. In addition, a spraying method in which mortar and reinforcing fibers are simultaneously sprayed is used for lamination . As a result, the fibers are oriented two-dimensionally, the bending strength per weight is increased, and handling at the time of on-site construction is facilitated . In addition, it is preferable to prepare a plurality of female dies having different rock patterns, and manufacturing different rock patterns. Examples of the reinforcing fibers include glass fibers and carbon fibers, and examples of the cement used for the concrete include Portland cement.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a concrete form that is entirely composed of fiber reinforced concrete, in which fibers are two-dimensionally oriented, has high bending strength per weight, and has rock-like irregularities formed on the outer surface.
[0015]
Since this formwork is used as it is as a decorative face on the site and does not need to be removed, the construction of the site is simplified, and it can be manufactured at the factory, so the color tone of the rock pattern is easy to manage.
