Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a private room structure in a railway vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In railway vehicles, private rooms (small rooms) that are independent from the interior space (for example, cabin space), such as a toilet, a conductor room, a multipurpose room, and a green car private room, may be provided as interior equipment. When such a private room is installed in a vehicle, (i) a box-like private room unit is formed of resin such as fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), and it is carried in and attached to the vehicle. A wall is made up of a pillar and a partition frame is made, and a decorative board (generally an aluminum-based melamine decorative board) is bonded and screwed to the wall and ceiling, and the floor must be waterproof. In some cases, a time-consuming production method is generally required in which a floor pan made of resin such as stainless steel or fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) is attached, and a rug is adhered thereon. In addition, (iii) one ceiling panel constituting the ceiling surface and four wall panels constituting the surrounding four surfaces constitute a private room partitioned from the interior space, and each panel is installed inside the vehicle one by one. There is also known one that is attached at a predetermined position (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-151108 A (paragraph numbers 0022 to 0029)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the above (i), it is possible to make an outwork of manufacturing a private room separately from the actual vehicle work that is actually performed on the vehicle body. The degree of freedom is limited.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the case of (ii) and (iii), the degree of freedom in production is high and there are few restrictions. For this reason, the work is performed in a narrow space, and the number of people who can work is limited, so that the work time becomes long and the cost is disadvantageous.
[0006]
In particular, in the case of the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, the bottom of the partition plate is fitted into the rail on the floor portion side, and the length of the adjustment bolt disposed between the upper end and the receiving frame (roof structure) is adjusted. Since the upper and lower portions of the partition plate are fixed, the work for fixing the partition plate is troublesome.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a private room structure in a railway vehicle that can be out-worked, has a high degree of freedom in private room dimensions, and can be manufactured at low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The private room structure in the railway vehicle according to the present invention is a railway vehicle in which a single room partitioned from the interior space is constituted by one ceiling panel constituting the ceiling surface and four wall panels constituting the surrounding four surfaces. In the private room structure, the ceiling panel is attached and fixed to the roof frame located on the upper side, the upper engaged portion is provided on the lower surface side of the ceiling panel, and the lower engaged portion is provided on the floor portion of the railway vehicle. are formed respectively, the upper and lower of each wall panel, the upper and lower engaging part to be detachably latched by the relative movement vertical to the upper and lower engaged parts are formed, the upper The lower engaged portion is a fitting having a groove portion for inserting the engaging portion, and a spring material for urging each engaging portion toward the other inner surface side is attached to one inner surface of the groove portion. , the lower engaged portions and the lower engaging portion or said With the side engaged portion and the upper engaged portion engaged, the upper and lower engaged portions or the lower engaged portion and the lower engaged portion are moved by the vertical movement of the wall panel. The joint portion can be engaged. Here, as the ceiling panel and the wall panel, a conventionally known panel having a sandwich structure in which a honeycomb or foamed resin is sandwiched between metal plates is used. Further, “the upper engaged portion is moved by the vertical movement of the wall panel in a state where the lower engaged portion and the lower engaging portion or the upper engaged portion and the upper engaging portion are engaged. ”Can be engaged with the upper engagement portion or the lower engaged portion and the lower engagement portion” during assembly (before fixing between the wall panels), for example, It means that the lower part of the wall panel can be inserted into the lower engaging part of the floor part in a state where the upper part of each wall panel is inserted and pushed up into the upper engaging part.
[0009]
If it does in this way, as shown, for example to Fig.1 (a)-(d), the upper engaging part (upper part) of each wall panel (side panel 4,5) will be made to the upper engaged part 51 of the ceiling panel 2. ) Are inserted (they are engaged), the lower engaged portion and the lower engaging portion can be engaged by the vertical movement of the wall panel. Therefore, for example, the lower portion of the wall panel can be inserted into the lower engaged portion 52 of the floor while the upper portion of each wall panel is pushed up to the upper engaged portion 51 of the ceiling panel 2. Can be assembled easily. As described above, since the assembly can be easily performed by the wall panel that does not require an expensive mold, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom of the size of the individual room and to increase the variation of the room allocation.
[0010]
Wall panel mounting and fixing to the car body is performed on the floor and ceiling frame (ceiling panel), eliminating the need for conventional side internal frames and partition frames, reducing weight, reducing the number of parts, and reducing costs. I can plan.
[0011]
By making the ceiling surface and wall surface of the private room into a panel (ceiling panel, wall panel (side panel, wife panel), it is possible to make the installation of equipment out of work, which is advantageous for shortening the process and reducing costs.
[0012]
After engaging the engaging portion with the engaged portion, it is possible to fix them with a fixing bracket after engaging them so that the engagement is not released due to vibration during traveling of the vehicle. According to the first aspect of the present invention , there is a pressing force (frictional force) between the upper engaged portion and the upper engaged portion and between the lower engaged portion and the lower engaged portion. ) To generate a spring material. In this case, a spring material (for example, a leaf spring) may be attached in advance to either the engaged portion or the engaging portion, or provided later (after being engaged) between them. May be.
[0013]
If the spring material is used in this way, it is possible to simultaneously perform the operation of engaging the wall panel and the operation of fixing the wall panel, and the assembly is further simplified. Then, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper and lower engaging portions and the upper and lower engaged portions 51 and 52 of each wall panel (side panel 4) are urged by the biasing force of the spring members 13 and 14. A pressing force is generated therebetween, and the engaging portions of the wall panels (side panels 4) are firmly fixed (supported) in the upper and lower engaged portions 51 and 52. Therefore, even if the vehicle body vibrates while the vehicle is running, the upper and lower engaging portions of the wall panel do not rattle within the engaged portions 51 and 52.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the engaged portions 51 and 52 are provided on the ceiling panel 2 (roof frame 16) and the floor portion (floor member 9) (for example, from the mounting bracket in which the engaged portion has a groove portion). Thus, since it is not necessary to process the engaging portion on the ceiling panel 2 or the floor portion with the mounting screw 17, the manufacturing is facilitated.
In addition, as described in claim 2, the upper and lower engaged portions are each a protruding portion, and the upper and lower engaged portions are formed by attaching a spring material to the wall panel and the spring material. It is also possible to adopt a configuration such that the protruding portion can be inserted between the wall panel.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the wall panel includes a side panel provided along the vehicle front-rear direction and a wife panel provided along the vehicle left-right direction. The side panel and the wife panel are in a tape shape. The hook-and-loop fastener, for example, Velcro (registered trademark) can be used. Here, when performing alignment before joining, a film (with some rigidity) is sandwiched between the hook-and-loop fasteners, position adjustment is performed, and after the alignment is completed, the film is pulled out between the panels. (The alignment is performed after the upper and lower engaging portions are engaged with the upper and lower engaged portions).
[0015]
If it does in this way, as shown to Fig.3 (a)-(c), fixation (coupling | bonding) between the side panel 4 (5) which is a wall panel, and the wife panel 6 (7) will be carried out to the hook-and-loop fastener 42a, This can be easily done using 42b. As shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, this joining is performed by adjusting the position of the side panel 4 (5) and the end panel 6 (7) with the film 43 sandwiched between the hook-and-loop fasteners 42a and 42b. If the film 43 is pulled out after the adjustment is completed, the hook-and-loop fasteners 42a and 42b are joined and fixed.
[0019]
As described in claim 4 , a door opening is provided in the wall panel and a base plate of door closing means is attached, and the base plate is supported on the ceiling frame via a support bracket extending in the vertical direction. It is desirable.
[0020]
In this way, as shown in FIG. 5, by attaching the base plate (supporting member 22) of the door closing means (door closing machine 21) to the wall panel in advance, the installation of the door closing means becomes outwork, Unitization can be realized.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0022]
6 (a) and 6 (b) are perspective views of the railway vehicle private room structure according to the present invention as seen from the obliquely rearward direction and the obliquely forward direction, respectively. 7 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 6A, FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 6A, and FIG. 9 is a horizontal sectional view.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the private room structure 1 forms an independent space partitioned from a vehicle interior space (for example, a guest room space), and includes a single ceiling panel 2 constituting a ceiling surface and a surrounding area. Four wall panels constituting four surfaces are provided. The wall panel is coupled to the first side panel 4 having an opening 4a that is opened and closed by the door 3, the second side panel 5 on the opposite side, and the edges of the side panels 4 and 5. Here, in the state where the upper end portion (upper engagement portion) of the first side panel 4 is engaged with the upper engaged portion S1 (attachment bracket 12), the attachment bracket 12 and It can move relative to the upper engaging portion. That is, the lower end portion of the first side panel 4 is pushed up by pushing the first side panel 4 upward in a state where the upper end portion of the first side panel 4 is inserted into the mounting bracket 12. And the leaf spring 14 are configured so that the lower engagement portion 9a can be engaged therewith. The mounting bracket 12 has such a depth that the first side panel 4 can be pushed up.
[0030]
Further, another mounting bracket 15 is attached and fixed to the roof frame 16 (frame) with mounting screws 17 at the edge portion of the horizontal portion 2 a of the ceiling panel 2. As shown in FIG. 12, the mounting bracket 15 has a horizontal portion 15a mounted by mounting screws 17 and two vertical portions 15b and 15c extending vertically downward from both side edges thereof, and is located on the outer side and is a leaf spring. The length of the vertical portion 15c to which 18 is attached is longer than the vertical portion 15b located inside. The leaf spring 18 has an attachment base 18a attached to the vertical portion 15b and a curved portion 18b. This mounting bracket 15 also functions as an upper engaged portion in which the upper end portion (upper engaging portion) of the second side panel 5 is detachably engaged, and the leaf spring 18 is pressed against the vertical portion 15c, The panel 5 is configured not to be rattled by vibration during vehicle travel.
[0031]
Further, a support member 22 that supports the inclined door closing machine 21 is suspended from the roof frame 16 further on the front side than the mounting bracket 15. The support member 22 is connected to an upper member 22a and a lower member 22b, and a height adjusting liner 23 is interposed therebetween. The lower part 22b is pre-assembled with the second side panel 5 in advance. The door 3 is attached via the door closing machine 21 so that it can be opened and closed. An engagement recess 3a is formed in the lower part of the door 3, and engages with the rail part 24 on the floor so as to be slidable.
[0032]
The first wife panel 6 is divided into an upper panel 6A and a lower panel 6B, and a connection fitting 31 for connection to the lower panel 6B is attached to the lower end edge of the upper panel 6A. As shown in FIG. 13, the connecting bracket 31 includes an upper attachment portion 31a attached to the outer surface of the upper panel 6A, an intermediate portion 31b extending inward from the lower end edge of the upper attachment portion 31a, and the intermediate portion 31b. The leaf spring 32 (the same shape as the leaf spring 14 described above) is attached to the upper attachment portion 31a so as to extend downward, and the leaf spring 32 and the lower portion are provided. It is the structure which hold | maintains the upper edge part of the lower panel 6B between 31c. An inspection lid 33 is provided on the upper panel 6A so as to be openable and closable.
