Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic correction timepiece such as a radio correction timepiece that adjusts the time by receiving a radio signal, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The radio-controlled timepiece receives, for example, a standard radio wave having a frequency of 40 kHz including a standard frequency and time information transmitted from a standard radio wave transmitting station in Tokyo, Omura, Tamura-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, and is based on the time information. It has a function to perform nulling. A pointer position detecting device is provided to accurately adjust the position of the pointer at the correct time when returning to zero.
[0003]
This type of radio-controlled timepiece has a built-in reception system circuit that receives standard radio waves, an internal clock, and a control circuit that drives the pointer drive system based on the received signal to correct the time. For example, there are an initial correction mode and a normal mode without time information in the initial state.
[0004]
In the initial correction mode, for example, when a radio-controlled timepiece is purchased and placed at a predetermined position indoors, a battery is first inserted and set at a predetermined position of the timepiece.
Next, as initial needle alignment, needle position detection and a zero return operation are performed.
When the nulling operation is completed, reception of the standard radio wave by the receiving circuit is started, and this received radio wave is input to the control circuit.
[0005]
In the control circuit, the decoding operation to the time is performed based on the input radio signal. As a result of the decoding, if the time can be set, the pointer position is corrected to a position corresponding to the decoded time code, the initial correction mode is terminated, and the normal correction mode is entered.
[0006]
On the other hand, when the time cannot be set, the position of the pointer is not corrected, and the fact is notified to the user, for example, by turning on an LED or the like as a notification means provided on the watch body.
[0007]
In the normal correction mode, after the pointer position is corrected in the initial correction mode, the pointer position is corrected to a position corresponding to the time code of the received radio signal.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the radio wave correction watch described above, initial position detection and alignment are performed at the time of shipment or the like, but even if the pointer position is shifted for some reason after that, it is left without any correction at present. is there. However, in the case of a radio timepiece, even if it is shifted by one step, it becomes a serious defect.
[0009]
In addition, the conventional radio-controlled timepiece has a problem that the time display is greatly shifted before the user notices when the position detection is shifted due to dust adhering to the train wheel.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to automatically change the pointer position even when the display of the internal clock and the pointer is misaligned due to a failure in detecting the pointer position. It is to provide an automatic correction clock that can be corrected.
[0011]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above problems, an automatic correction timepiece of the present invention is an automatic correction timepiece having an internal timepiece, and includes a first pointer wheel driven by a first pointer driving system and a second pointer driving system. And an overlap state of indices indicating reference positions formed on each of at least the first pointer wheel and the second pointer wheel. At multiple desired timesDetecting the pointer positionPossibleWhen the pointer position detection system and the internal clock reach a predetermined time, the pointer position detection system detects the overlapping state of the indicators. If the indicators do not overlap, the first and second pointers are detected. Drive the drive systemAt the desired timeWhen the detection time until the pointer position is detected and the pointer position is detected is outside the desired time range, the first and second pointer drive systems are driven again. At the next desired timeA control unit that detects the position of the pointer and corrects the position of the pointer so as to coincide with the internal clock based on the result of detection of the pointer position of the pointer position detection system when the detection time is within a desired time range. And have.
[0012]
Preferably, the control unit includes a warning unit that issues a warning in response to a warning signal, and when the internal clock reaches a predetermined time, the control unit detects an overlapping state of the indicators by the pointer position detection system, and performs a desired operation. If there is more than the predetermined number of times when the state is not the overlapped state, a warning signal is output to the warning means to issue a warning.
[0013]
Preferably, the index indicating the reference position formed in each of the first pointer wheel and the second pointer wheel is at least one through hole, and the pointer position detection system includes the through holes. A light emitting element that emits detection light to a region where it can overlap, and a light that has passed through all the through holes in the overlapping region of the through holes of the detection light of the light emitting element are arranged at a position where light can be received, depending on the light reception level A transmissive photodetection sensor having a light receiving element for outputting the detected signal.
[0014]
According to the present invention, for example, the first control signal and the second control signal are output by the control signal, and the first handwheel of the first hand drive system and the second hand wheel of the second hand drive system rotate. To do.
[0015]
At a predetermined time, detection light is emitted from the light emitting element in order to determine whether or not the pointer position is normal. And when the through-hole formed in each of the 1st pointer wheel and the 2nd pointer wheel overlaps and the detection light which passed all the through-holes is detected with a photo sensor, the pointer position is normal in a control part. It is determined that
[0016]
If the through holes do not overlap for some reason, the control unit drives the first and second pointer drive systems to detect the pointer position, and the detection time until the pointer position is detected is a desired time. If it is out of range, the first and second pointer drive systems are driven again to detect the pointer position. If the detection time is within the desired time range, the pointer position detection of the pointer position detection system Based on the result, the pointer position is corrected to coincide with the internal clock.
In addition, the control unit outputs a warning signal to the warning means when the number of cases where the desired overlapping state is not reached exceeds a predetermined number of times, for example, a warning such as sounding a warning sound.
[0017]

Specifically, the time code is composed of three types of signal patterns of 1, 0, and P, and is distinguished by a 100% amplitude period width in one signal pattern of 1 sec. 1, 0 and P are 500 ms, 800 ms, and 200 ms, respectively. It has become. The modulation method is amplitude modulation with a maximum value of 100% and a minimum value of 10%.

[0025]
Next, transmission data of the long wave standard radio wave will be described.
FIG. 6 shows an example of the time code of the standard time radio signal.
[0026]
The transmission information is the accumulated date from minutes, hours, and January 1st.
The time data is transmitted at 1 bit / sec. One frame is one frame, and information on the accumulated date from the above-mentioned minute / hour / January 1 is provided as a BCD code in this frame. In addition to the 0 · 1, the transmitted data includes a marker called P code. This P code has several locations in one frame, and the minute (0 seconds), 9 seconds, 19 seconds, 29 seconds, Appears at 39, 49, 59 seconds. This P code appears continuously only once at 59 seconds and 0 seconds in one frame, and the position where this P code appears continuously becomes the minute position. In other words, since time data such as minute / hour data is determined in the frame with reference to this minute position, time data cannot be extracted unless this minute position is detected.
[0027]
In addition to the previous transmission data (at the time of the experimental station), the Japanese standard radio wave has been added with the last two digits, day of the week, minute parity, hour parity, spare bits and leap seconds that will be used when daylight saving time is introduced (Fig. 6 (b)). Of these newly established information, the spare bits, leap second information, and stop information will be described in particular.
[0028]
As shown in Table 1, the reserved bits use SU1 and SU2. These are prepared for future information expansion. When this bit is used in the daylight saving time information, when SU1 = SU2 = 0, “no change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, when SU1 = 1 · SU2 = 0, there is “change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, When SU1 = 0 and SU2 = 1, the information format is “daylight saving time in progress”, and when SU1 = SU2 = 1, “daylight saving time ends within 6 days”. Daylight saving time has not yet been introduced in Japan, and it is still unknown, but when it comes to European summertime switching, it is often done in the middle of the night.
[0029]
[Table 1]
[0030]
Next, as shown in Table 2, the leap second uses 2 bits of LS1 and LS2, and when LS1 = LS2 = 0, “the leap second is not corrected within one month”, LS1 = 1 · LS2 = 0 Then, “There is a negative leap second (deletion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 59 seconds, and when LS1 = LS2 = 1, “There is a positive leap second (insertion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 61 seconds. The information form is as follows. The leap second correction timing has already been determined and is to be performed immediately before January 1 or July 1 of UTC time. Therefore, in Japan time (JTC), it will be performed immediately before 9:00 am on January 1 or July 1.
[0031]
[Table 2]
[0032]
As shown in (a), (b), and (c) of Table 3, ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, and ST6 are used as the stop information. In ST5 and ST6, the stop information of the stop period is provided. First, the stoppage start notice will be described. When ST1 = ST2 = ST3 = 0, “No stoppage is planned”, and when ST1 = ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1, “Stop within 7 days”, ST1 = 0 · ST2 = 1・ When ST3 = 0, “Stop within 3 days from 3”, ST1 = 0 ・ When ST2 = ST3 = 1, “Stop within 2 days”, When ST1 = 1 and ST2 = ST3 = 0, “Stop within 24 hours” In the case of “stop”, ST1 = 1 · ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1 “stops within 12 hours”, and ST1 = ST2 = 1 · ST3 = 0 indicates “stops within 2 hours”. Next, the stop time notice is “only daytime” in ST4 = 1, and “all day or no stoppage plan” in ST4 = 0. Next, the stop period notice is “no stop plan” at ST5 = ST6 = 0, “stop for 7 days or longer or unknown period” at ST5 = 0 · ST6 = 1, “ “Stop within 2 to 6 days”, and ST5 = ST6 = 1 indicates “stop in less than 2 days”.
[0033]
[Table 3]
[0034]
As described in detail above, the transmission information by radio waves including the long wave standard time information that is managed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Research Laboratory (CRL), in addition to the standard time information, information by spare bits, leap second information, wave breakage Information is also included in the transmission information.

[0040]
In the above description, when it is determined that the reception state is outside the reference range, the radio wave is weak or there is a lot of noise.
When the radio wave is very weak, as shown in FIG. 6C, the signal remains at the low level (L) or the high level (H) for several signals.
When there is a lot of noise, the level changes regardless of the time radio wave.
When the signal S11 in these states is received, for example, twice or more in 10 seconds, it is determined that the reception state is out of the reference range.
Specifically, for example, when the detection time is about 10 seconds and the level change is not detected within 1 second and the detected pulse width is around 0.8, 0.5, 0.2 seconds. If no NG occurs, it is determined that reception is impossible.

[0086]
Then, a desired time, for example, a time of 16 ms is counted, and when the count ends (ST530), the process proceeds to the next step ST53.
[0087]
Next, output pattern discrimination of the
Here, the time correction based on the comparison between the output pattern and the previously stored pattern is performed by matching with any of the three types of patterns.
[0088]
That is, as shown in FIG. 20A, the output pattern of the phototransistor by the
In the pattern shown in FIG. 20, the portion of the pattern that is turned on is actually a portion that is turned off by the light shielding portion of the third wheel &
[0089]
Therefore, when a pattern consisting of a combination of D part, B part and A part is confirmed, for example, 4:00, for example, when a pattern consisting of a combination of E part, B part and A part is confirmed, for example, at 8:00. For example, a time when a pattern composed of a combination of part C, part B and part A is confirmed is set in advance as 12:00, for example.
Then, comparing with the set pattern, it is determined whether or not the position is 12:00 (ST54), and whether or not the position is 4:00 (ST55). It is determined whether or not (ST56).
[0090]
If the position is determined to be different in any of step ST54, step ST55, and step ST56, the process returns to step ST52.
[0091]
Further, when it is determined that the position is a predetermined position in any of the processes of step ST54, step ST55, and step ST56, the process returns to the predetermined process.
[0092]
Next, a fast-forward correction operation for an hour hand for performing analog display of time is performed (ST6). If it is determined in step ST24 that the non-equal state has a frequency equal to or less than a predetermined number of times, a pointer position detection process is performed (ST26).

Since the process in step ST26 is the same as the process in step ST5, it is omitted.
[0110]
Then, it is determined whether or not the elapsed time is abnormal (ST27). If it is determined that the elapsed time is abnormal, the process returns to step ST26 again.
In other words, for example, if position detection is performed from the position of 12:00, which is the position detection time, the next stop position is determined to be 4:00 and 8:00, so whether the sending time is normal or not Can be determined.

In addition, when the position detection is performed repeatedly due to a complete failure, a warning is displayed, so that the battery will not run out suddenly.
