【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic timepiece such as a radio wave correction clock that can display an analog time by hands, for example, to correct a time by receiving a radio wave signal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The radio-controlled timepiece has a function of receiving, for example, a long-wave (40 kHz) standard radio wave that conveys Japan Standard Time with high accuracy, and performing so-called nulling based on the received signal. A pointer position detecting device is provided to accurately adjust the position of the pointer at the correct time when returning to zero.
[0003]
This type of radio-controlled timepiece incorporates a reception system circuit that receives a standard radio wave and a control circuit that drives the pointer drive system based on the received signal to correct the time. An initial correction mode without time data and a normal correction mode are provided in the initial state.
[0004]
In the initial correction mode, for example, when a radio-controlled timepiece is purchased and placed at a predetermined position indoors, a battery is first inserted and set at a predetermined position of the timepiece.
Next, as initial needle alignment, needle position detection and a nulling operation are performed.
When the nulling operation is completed, reception of the standard radio wave by the receiving circuit is started, and this received radio wave is input to the control circuit.
[0005]
In the control circuit, the decoding operation to the time is performed based on the input received radio wave.
As a result of the decoding, if the time can be set, the pointer position is corrected to a position corresponding to the decoded time code, the initial correction mode is terminated, and the normal correction mode is entered.
[0006]
On the other hand, when the time cannot be set, the position of the pointer is not corrected, and the fact is notified to the user, for example, by turning on an LED or the like as a notification means provided on the watch body.
[0007]
In the normal correction mode, after the pointer position is corrected in the initial correction mode, the pointer position is corrected to a position corresponding to the time code of the received radio signal.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the radio-controlled timepiece described above, when a standard radio signal is received and the time is corrected, the LED is turned on or blinked or the second hand moving step is performed to indicate that the correction operation is being performed. It is changed, or it is displayed on the liquid crystal display device or the like that the image is being corrected.
[0009]
With such a display method, it is not possible to specifically confirm whether or not the correction process is being performed satisfactorily on the radio wave correction watch side.
[0010]
In addition, conventional radio-controlled timepieces are configured so that they cannot be received and cannot be corrected if all data cannot be timed correctly. For example, hour / minute data cannot be received normally and the total date If it is possible to correct only the calendar, such as when the year / day of the week data can be received, it is convenient.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic correction timepiece that can confirm the progress of correction processing at the time of time correction and can be partially corrected even when all data cannot be read. It is to provide.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an automatic correction timepiece that performs analog time display using a pointer and corrects the display time by receiving a standard code in which a plurality of data including at least the time is arranged in time series. A pointer driving means for driving the pointer in response to a control signal; and while receiving the standard code, sequentially reading data included in the standard code and outputting a control signal to the pointer driving means, Is stopped at each position previously associated with each read data, and after all the standard code reading processing is completed, the control signal is output to the pointer driving means, and the pointer position is set at the time according to the input standard code. Control means for correcting the above.
[0013]
In the present invention, the standard code includes a blank area where no data exists in a boundary area between data, and the control means sends the control signal to the pointer driving means while reading the blank area. Output and drive the one pointer.
[0014]
Further, the present invention includes display means capable of digital display and a correction switch for correcting display information of the display means.
[0015]
Further, in the present invention, the control means receives the interruption of the correction switch, and after the correction switch is operated to complete the time adjustment by digital display, the control signal is output to the pointer driving means for correction. The pointer position is corrected to the time position corresponding to the later time.
[0016]
Further, in the present invention, the control means causes the correction of the pointer position to be performed at a fast feed.
[0017]
According to the present invention, when the standard code is received by the control means, the data included in the standard code is read during reception of the standard code, and each time the data is read, the control signal is indicated from the control means. It is output to the driving means, and is driven and stopped so as to indicate each position previously associated with each data read by one hand, for example, the second hand.
The output of the control signal during the data reading process is performed while a blank area where no data exists in the boundary area between the data is being read, and the influence on the reception sensitivity of the standard code is suppressed.
After all the standard code reading (detection) processing is completed, a control signal is output from the control means to the pointer driving means, and the pointer position is corrected at, for example, fast-forwarding according to the input time code.
[0018]
Further, according to the present invention, even if all data is not normally read, it is possible to recognize data normally read partially from the stop position of the one hand (second hand).
Therefore, it is possible to select whether or not to partially correct.
When partial correction is performed, the correction switch is operated and the time correction by digital display is completed. Then, the control signal is output to the pointer driving means and the pointer is set at the time position corresponding to the corrected time. The position is corrected.

The standard radio wave
[0024]
Note that a long wave (40 kHz) standard radio wave that is received by the standard radio wave
Specifically, in the case of a “1” signal, a 40 kHz signal is sent for 500 ms (0.5 s) in 1 second (s), and in the case of a “0” signal, it is 1 second (s). A signal of 40 kHz is sent for 800 ms (0.8 s), and in the case of a “P” signal, a signal of 40 kHz is sent for 200 ms (0.2 s) in one second (s).
When the reception state is good, as shown in FIG. 5B, the long
[0025]
FIG. 6 shows an example of the time code of the standard time radio signal.
The current Japanese longwave standard radio wave is transmitted from Fukushima Prefecture under the operation of the Communications Research Laboratory (CRL) of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and the transmission information includes the accumulated date from 1 minute, hour, and January 1. It has become.
[0026]
The time data is transmitted at 1 bit / sec. One frame is one frame, and information on the accumulated date from the above-mentioned minute / hour / January 1 is provided as a BCD code in this frame. The transmitted data includes a marker of P code in addition to 0 · 1. This P code has several places in one frame, and it is a minute (0 seconds), 9 seconds, 19 seconds, 29 seconds, 39 Appears in seconds, 49 seconds, 59 seconds. This P code appears continuously only once at 59 seconds and 0 seconds in one frame, and the position where this P code appears continuously becomes the minute position. In other words, since time data such as minute / hour data is determined in the frame with reference to the minute position, time data cannot be extracted unless the minute position is detected.
[0027]
Next, the long wave standard radio wave will be described.
[0028]
In addition to the previous transmission data (at the time of the experimental station), the Japanese standard radio wave has been added with the last two digits, day of the week, minute parity, hour parity, spare bits and leap seconds that will be used when daylight saving time is introduced (Fig. 6 (a)). Also, wave stop information for interrupting the transmission of radio waves was added at 15 minutes and 45 minutes per hour (see FIG. 6B). Of these newly established information, spare bits, leap second information, and stop information will be described in particular.
[0029]
As shown in Table 1, the reserved bits use SU1 and SU2. These are prepared for future information expansion. When this bit is used in daylight saving time information, when SU1 = SU2 = 0, there is “no change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, and when SU1 = 1 · SU2 = 0, there is “change to daylight saving time within 6 days”, When SU1 = 0 and SU2 = 1, the information format is “during daylight saving time” and when SU1 = SU2 = 1, “daylight saving time ends within 6 days”. Daylight saving time has not yet been introduced in Japan, and it is still unknown, but when it comes to European summertime changes, it is often done in the middle of the night.
[0030]
[Table 1]
[0031]
Next, as shown in Table 2, the leap second uses 2 bits of LS1 and LS2, and when LS1 = LS2 = 0, “the leap second is not corrected within one month”, and when LS1 = 1 · LS2 = 0 “There is a negative leap second (deletion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 59 seconds, and when LS1 = LS2 = 1, “There is a positive leap second (insertion) within one month”, that is, one minute is 61 seconds. The information form is as follows. The leap second correction timing has already been determined and is to be performed immediately before January 1 or July 1 of UTC time. Therefore, in Japan time (JTC), it will be performed immediately before 9:00 am on January 1 or July 1.
[0032]
[Table 2]
[0033]
As shown in (a), (b), and (c) of Table 3, the stop information uses ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, and ST6. In ST5 and ST6, stop information is provided for a stop time notice. First, the stoppage start notice will be described. When ST1 = ST2 = ST3 = 0, “No stoppage is planned”, and when ST1 = ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1, “Stop within 7 days”, ST1 = 0 · ST2 = 1・ When ST3 = 0, “Stop within 3 days from 3”, ST1 = 0 ・ ST2 = When ST3 = 1, “Stop within 2 days”, When ST1 = 1 ・ ST2 = ST3 = 0, within 24 hours In the case of “stop”, ST1 = 1 · ST2 = 0 · ST3 = 1 “stops within 12 hours”, and ST1 = ST2 = 1 · ST3 = 0 indicates “stops within 2 hours”. Next, the stop time notice is “only daytime” when ST4 = 1, and “all day or no stoppage plan” when ST4 = 0. Next, in ST5 = ST6 = 0, “no scheduled stop”, ST5 = 0 · ST6 = 1 “stop for more than 7 days or unknown period”, ST5 = 1 · ST6 = 0 Within 2 to 6 days, the wave stopped, and when ST5 = ST6 = 1, it was “stopped in less than 2 days”.
[0034]
[Table 3]
[0035]
As described in detail above, the transmission information by radio waves including the long wave standard time information that is managed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Research Laboratory (CRL), in addition to the standard time information, information by spare bits, leap second information, Information is also included in the transmission information.

In the above description, when it is determined that the reception state is outside the reference range, the radio wave is weak or there is a lot of noise.
When the radio wave is very weak, as shown in FIG. 5C, the signal remains at the low level (L) or the high level (H) for several signals.
When there is a lot of noise, the level changes regardless of the time radio wave.
When the signal S11 in these states is received, for example, twice or more in 10 seconds, it is determined that the reception state is outside the reference range.
Specifically, for example, with a detection time of about 10 seconds, when no level change is detected within 1 second within the time, and when the detected pulse width is around 0.8, 0.5, 0.2 seconds If no NG occurs, it is determined that reception is not possible.

Data conversion is performed when the code reading and display operations for all the digits are completed (ST304), and the process proceeds to step ST4 in FIG.
[0079]
Specifically, the code reading operation in step ST303 is performed as shown in FIG.
[0080]
That is, first, the code pulse is sampled (ST3001), and the received data reading process is displayed by the
Next, the code pulse width is determined (ST3003).
If it is the end of one pulse (ST3004), it is determined whether or not the hour / minute digits have been created (ST3005).
If it is determined in step ST3005 that the creation of the hour / minute digits has not been completed, the hour / minute digits are created (ST3006), the display flag is set in the data margin portion, and the data portion After being reset (ST3007), the process proceeds to step ST3001.
In the hour / minute digit creation process, data is written to the memory, and after the data is written to the memory, the timing is also waited.
[0081]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST3005 that the creation of the hour / minute digits has been completed, it is determined whether or not the creation of the total date digits has been completed (ST3008).
If it is determined in step ST3008 that the creation of the total date digit has not been completed, the total date digit is created (ST3009), the display flag is set in the data margin portion, and the data portion is reset. (ST3010), the process proceeds to step ST3001.
It should be noted that the total date digit creation process is performed while writing data to the memory, and also waiting for timing after the data is written to the memory.
[0082]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST3008 that the creation of the total day digit has been completed, it is determined whether the creation of the year / day digit has been completed (ST3011).
If it is determined in step ST3011 that year / day digit creation has not been completed, year / day digit creation is performed (ST3012), the display flag is set in the data margin, and the data portion is reset. Then (ST3013), the process proceeds to step ST3001.
In the year / day digit creation processing, data is written to the memory, and after the data is written to the memory, the timing is also waited.
[0083]
If it is determined in step ST3011 that the year / day digit has been created, the process waits until the 0th second (ST3014), and the process proceeds to step ST304 in FIG.
In step ST304, data conversion is performed, and the process proceeds to step ST4 in FIG.
[0084]
Further, the second hand display process in step ST3002 is specifically performed as shown in FIG.
That is, it is first determined whether or not it is a data margin part (ST3101).
If it is determined in step ST3101 that the data margin portion is present, it is determined whether or not the hour / minute digits have been created (ST3102). Shifts to the process of step ST3003 of FIG.
If it is determined in step ST3102 that the creation of the hour / minute digits has been completed, it is determined whether or not the display at the 20-second position has been completed (ST3103). If it is determined that the creation has not been completed, the process proceeds to step ST3003 in FIG.
[0085]
If it is determined in step ST3103 that the display at the 20-second position has been completed, it is determined whether or not the creation of the total date digit has been completed (ST3104).
If it is determined in step ST3104 that the creation of the total date digit has been completed, it is determined whether or not the display at the 40-second position has been completed (ST3105), and the creation of the total date digit has been completed. If it is determined that it is not, the process proceeds to step ST3003 in FIG.
If it is determined in step ST3105 that the display at the 40-second position has been completed, it is determined whether or not year / day digits have been created (ST3106).
If it is determined in step ST3106 that the year / day digit has been created, it is determined whether or not the display has been completed at the 60-second position (ST3105), and the year / day digit is created. If it is determined that the process has not been completed, the process proceeds to step ST3003 in FIG.
If it is determined in step ST3107 that the display at the 60-second position has been completed, the process proceeds to step ST3003 in FIG.
[0086]
If it is determined in step ST3103 that the display at the 20-second position has not been completed, or if it is determined in step ST3105 that the display at the 40-second position has not been completed, or in step ST3107, the display is based on the 60-second position. If it is determined that the display has not been completed, it is determined whether or not the motor pulse is ON (ST3108).
If it is determined in step ST3108 that the motor pulse is not ON, a motor pulse output pattern is set (ST3109) and the drive signal CTL is set. 1 Is output (ST3110).
[0087]
On the other hand, if it is determined in step ST3108 that the motor pulse is ON, the motor pulse is once set to OFF (ST3111), and then the second motor pulse counter is counted up (ST3112).
When the predetermined number of pulses is reached (ST3113), each displayed flag is set, and the process proceeds to step ST3003 in FIG.
[0088]
Then, after the reception operation of step ST3 in FIG. 16, when the reception state is within the reference range and the mode is not the button correction mode (ST4, ST5), the fast-forward correction of the pointer for performing the analog display of time is performed (ST6). . In this fast-forward correction of the hands, the second

The user who has selected partial correction turns on the calendar correction switch 22 (ST11), sets calendar data (ST12), and corrects the calendar display on the liquid crystal display panel 30 (ST13).
At this time, for example, when the time is corrected, the control signal CTL is corrected after the time correction by digital display is completed. 1 , CTL 2 Is output to the stepping
[0091]
In step ST10, if partial correction is not selected and the button correction mode is not selected (ST14), it is determined whether or not the reception time is set in advance (ST15). If the set time is reached, the standard radio signal is received (ST16).
Since the reception operation in step ST16 is performed in the same manner as the processing in step ST3 described in association with FIGS. 17 to 19, detailed description thereof is omitted here.
Then, when the reception operation of step ST16 is completed, the process proceeds to step ST5.
[0092]
Also, in step ST4 or step ST14, when the correction switch 21 is turned on and the button correction mode is entered, control as shown in FIG. 20 is performed (ST17, ST18).

As described above, according to the present embodiment, during the reading of the time code at the time of reception, the control signal is read every time reading of data that has been read, for example, hour / minute data, total date data, and year / day data is completed CTL 1 Is provided to the stepping
Further, even when all the data cannot be read, there is an advantage that it is possible to select whether or not partial correction is performed, and partial correction is possible.
Further, since the control signal is output during the data reading process while reading the blank area where no data exists in the boundary area between the data, the influence on the reception sensitivity of the standard code can be prevented.
[0106]
It is also possible to combine the progress of the correction process with a configuration in which the second hand is displayed, for example, the LED is turned on or blinked.
Needless to say, the data delimiters and display positions are not limited to those of the present embodiment.
[0107]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that the progress of the correction process can be confirmed when the time is corrected.
