BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a by-wire switching device, and more particularly, to a by-wire switching device that switches a system configured by a so-called by-wire system that drives an actuator based on an electrical signal from an operating state to a non-operating state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-22234, a brake device configured by a so-called by-wire system that drives a brake actuator based on an electric signal is known. The brake device includes a sensor that detects a depression force or a stroke of the brake pedal. The brake device includes a motor that drives a brake actuator. In the above brake device, a motor current is supplied to the motor in accordance with the output signal of the sensor. Therefore, according to the above brake device, the brake actuator can be electrically driven according to the depression force or stroke of the brake pedal.
[0003]
Similarly, an accelerator device configured by a by-wire system that opens and closes a throttle valve based on an electric signal is known. The accelerator device includes a sensor that detects an accelerator position. The accelerator apparatus includes a motor that drives the throttle valve to open and close. Therefore, according to the accelerator device described above, the throttle valve can be electrically driven to open and close according to the accelerator position by supplying the motor current to the motor according to the output signal of the sensor.
[0004]
Further, similarly, a steering device configured by a by-wire system that steers a vehicle based on an electric signal is known. The steering apparatus includes a sensor that detects an operation amount of the steering wheel. Further, the steering device includes a motor that operates a steering actuator. Therefore, according to the above-described steering device, the steering actuator can be electrically operated according to the operation amount of the steering wheel by supplying the motor current to the motor according to the output signal of the sensor.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, each device configured by the by-wire system executes control of each actuator based on an electric signal. Therefore, according to the above-described by-wire system, each actuator is controlled in accordance with the movement state of the vehicle in addition to the driver's operation, for example, an anti-lock brake system (ABS), a traction control system (TRC), vehicle stability. Control such as control (VSC) can be easily performed.
[0006]
However, in a device configured by a by-wire system, a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal, a steering wheel, and each actuator that are operated by a driver are not mechanically connected. For this reason, in the above-described device, when the sensor for detecting the operation amount of the brake pedal, the accelerator pedal, or the steering wheel is broken or the wiring of the sensor is disconnected, the actuators cannot be appropriately controlled. Arise.
[0007]
In order to properly drive the actuator according to the amount of operation of the operation object operated by the driver even when a sensor failure or sensor wiring breakage occurs, the operation object and the actuator are mechanically connected. It is effective to do. Further, when a sensor failure or disconnection of the sensor wiring occurs in one actuator, there is a high possibility that the same situation will spread to other actuators. Therefore, in this case, it is appropriate to mechanically connect the operation target and the actuator in all the devices configured by the by-wire system mounted on the vehicle.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and when a plurality of drive devices configured by a by-wire system are mounted, all the drive devices are simultaneously inactivated, and the drive devices. It is an object of the present invention to provide a by-wire switching device for switching between a switch and a link mechanism.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is to provide a first driving means for driving an actuator based on an operation object that is operated by a driver to change a traveling state of the vehicle and an electric signal supplied in accordance with an operation amount of the operation object.
