TMB=300ms*u*105/128=246m秒

Further, in order to quickly supply the articles to the weighing hopper, the articles are supplied to the weighing hopper by the supply hopper. The weighing hopper, the memory hopper, and the supply hopper have an opening closed by a gate, and the article can be discharged by opening the opening.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a combination weigher, in order to maximize its capabilities (number of combinations selected per unit time and combination accuracy), the opening time of the weighing hopper, memory hopper and supply hopper (for example, gate) Must be adjusted to the shortest within an appropriate range. For example, if the opening time is too short, incomplete discharge of the articles to be weighed from each hopper occurs. As a result, a predetermined accuracy cannot be obtained. If the opening time is too long, incomplete discharge does not occur, but the number of combinations selected per unit time decreases. The confirmation of whether or not the opening time is appropriate is conventionally performed depending on the eyes of the worker. Therefore, when an unskilled worker makes this confirmation, an appropriate opening time cannot be set.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a combination weigher capable of appropriately setting the opening time of each hopper.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The combination weigher according to one aspect of the present invention has a plurality of hoppers. The plurality of hoppers are hoppers whose gates open and close, and the gates are opened to discharge the internal articles. These hoppers include a plurality of weighing hoppers for weighing articles, and further include a plurality of memory hoppers that can accommodate articles from the weighing hoppers by opening the gates of the weighing hoppers. The combination weigher discharges the article by opening its gate from each of the hoppers containing articles constituting a combination whose total weight is equal to or close to a predetermined value. Whether or not the articles remain in the hopper after the gate is opened for the opening time each time an article having a predetermined weight is supplied to one of the hoppers when the combination weigher is not in operation. And every time when the determination is made by the remaining determination means, the release time is adjusted to the minimum within a predetermined time until the remaining determination means determines that no article remains. And an opening time adjusting means for repeating the above. Further, the opening time adjusted by the opening time adjusting means is set to the same type of hopper as that provided with the remaining determination means. The hopper of the type that is not provided with the remaining determination means is modified by the ratio of the opening area of the hopper that is not provided with the remaining determination means to the opening area of the hopper that is provided with the remaining determination means. The adjusted opening time is set as the opening time.
[0006]
The combination weigher according to the second aspect of the present invention has a plurality of hoppers. The plurality of hoppers are hoppers whose gates open and close, and the gates are opened to discharge the articles inside. These hoppers include a plurality of weighing hoppers that weigh articles, and further include a plurality of supply hoppers that can accommodate articles in the weighing hoppers by opening the gate. The combination weigher opens the gate of the weighing hopper containing articles that constitute a combination whose total weight is equal to or close to a predetermined value, and discharges the articles. The opening time adjusted by the opening time adjusting means is set in the hopper of the same type as the hopper provided with the remaining determination means. The hopper of the type not provided with the remaining discrimination means is corrected by the ratio of the opening area of the recording hopper of the type not provided with the remaining discrimination means to the opening area of the hopper provided with the remaining determination means. The adjusted opening time is set as the opening time.
[0007]
The combination weigher of the third aspect of the present invention has a plurality of hoppers. The plurality of hoppers are hoppers whose gates open and close, and the gates are opened to discharge the articles inside. These hoppers include a plurality of weighing hoppers for weighing articles, a plurality of memory hoppers that can receive articles from the weighing hoppers by opening the gates of the weighing hoppers, and the weighing hoppers by opening the gates. And a plurality of supply hoppers to which articles are supplied. This combination weigher discharges the article by opening the gate from both or one of the weighing hopper and the memory hopper in which articles constituting a combination whose total weight is equal to or close to a predetermined value are accommodated. Whether or not the articles remain in the hopper after the gate is opened for the opening time each time an article having a predetermined weight is supplied to one of the hoppers when the combination weigher is not in operation. The release time is adjusted to a minimum within a predetermined time so that the remaining time determining means and the remaining time determining means determine that the article does not remain every time the remaining time determining means determines. Opening time adjusting means for repeating this is provided. The opening time adjusted by the opening time adjusting means is set in the hopper of the same type as the hopper provided with the remaining determination means. For each type of hopper that is not provided with the remaining determination means, the ratio is corrected by the ratio of the opening area of the type of hopper that is not provided with the remaining determination means to the opening area of the hopper that is provided with the remaining determination means. The adjusted opening time is set as the opening time.
[0008]
The combination weigher of the fourth aspect of the present invention has a plurality of hoppers. The plurality of hoppers are hoppers whose gates open and close, and the gates are opened to discharge the articles inside. These hoppers include a plurality of weighing hoppers for weighing articles, and further include a plurality of memory hoppers that can accommodate articles from the weighing hoppers by opening the gates of the weighing hoppers. In this combination weigher, the gates are opened from the hoppers in which articles constituting a combination having a total weight equal to or close to a predetermined value are accommodated, and the articles are discharged. When the combination weigher is not in operation, in a state where an article having a predetermined weight is supplied to one of the hoppers, a measuring unit that measures the time from the start of discharge of the article from the hopper to the completion thereof, Is provided. The time measured by the measuring means is set as the opening time for the hopper of the same type as the hopper for which the measurement has been performed. The measured time corrected by the ratio of the opening area of the type of the hopper where the measurement was not performed to the opening area of the hopper where the measurement was performed for the hopper of the type where the measurement was not performed Is set as the opening time.
[0009]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 3, the combination weigher according to the first embodiment of the present invention has n weighing hoppers 2 (n is an arbitrary positive integer). These weighing

In such a combination weigher, in order to increase the capacity of the combination weigher, it is necessary to appropriately set the opening time of each gate. Therefore, in the combination

[0028]
If it is determined in step S10 that the object to be weighed remains (if the determination in step S10 is no), the current object to be weighed cannot be completely discharged in the current opening time. Therefore, the opening time is adjusted longer. For example, the opening time TO is set to a predetermined coefficient, specifically 3/2 times (step S12). This step S12 functions as an opening time adjusting means. Note that this coefficient is not necessarily limited to 3/2, and can be an arbitrary value according to the property of the object to be weighed as long as the coefficient is larger than 1. Instead of multiplying by a coefficient, a value obtained by adding a predetermined value to the current opening time may be used as a new opening time.
[0029]
It is determined whether the newly adjusted opening time TO exceeds a predetermined value, for example, the maximum opening time in the weighing
[0030]
If the adjusted opening time TO does not exceed 10 seconds, steps S4 to S14 are repeated until it is determined in step S10 that the article to be weighed does not remain (until the determination in step S10 becomes yes).
[0031]
If the determination in step SS10 is yes, the object to be weighed does not remain in the selected weighing
[0032]
If the result of the determination in step S16 is no, the opening time TO is shortened. For example, a new opening time TO is set to a value obtained by multiplying the current opening time TO by a coefficient smaller than 1, for example, 1/2 (step S18). This step S18 functions as an opening time adjusting means. Note that this coefficient is not limited to ½, and any coefficient smaller than 1 can be set to an arbitrary value according to the properties of the object to be weighed. Instead of multiplying by a coefficient, a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined value from the current opening time may be used as a new opening time.
[0033]
Then, steps S4 to S18 are repeated until the determination in step S16 becomes YES. In the middle of this, if the determination in step S10 is no, steps S4 to S14 are repeated until the determination in step S10 is yes.
[0034]
If the determination in step S16 is yes, no article remains in the selected weighing

The opening time TO adjusted in this way is set in the combination

A second embodiment is shown in FIGS. In the first embodiment, whether or not the opening time TO is appropriate is determined based on whether or not an object to be weighed remains in the weighing

In the above two embodiments, the combination weigher uses a memory hopper. However, the combination weigher can also be used for a combination calculation that uses the weight of an object to be weighed supplied to the weighing

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the opening time of various hoppers such as the weighing hopper can be set semi-automatically to an appropriate value, and even if the operator is not familiar with these setting operations, the combination weighing machine Can be set to demonstrate high performance.
