Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooking device provided with a container temperature detecting means in the vicinity of a placement surface of a cooking container to be induction-heated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a cooking device provided with a heating coil as induction heating means, the top surface of the top plate is used as a mounting surface on which the cooking container is placed, and the heating coil is disposed on the bottom surface of the top plate. And a container temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the cooking container.
[0003]
When a high frequency current is passed through the heating coil, the cooking vessel is induction heated. In this case, for example, when water is stored as the contents in the cooking container, the relationship between the temperature rise of the water and the temperature detected by the container temperature sensor may be as shown in FIG. Since there is a gap between the temperature of the contained item and the detected temperature as described above, conventionally, the temperature of the contained item is determined from the detected temperature in consideration of the gap.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are various materials and shapes (especially the shape of the bottom of the container) for cooking containers. In other words, induction heating characteristics (eddy current characteristics) differ depending on the material, and how heat is transferred due to eddy current loss depending on the bottom shape The way of communicating with the object and the way of detecting the temperature detecting means for the container) are different, and the relationship between the temperature change (temperature rise) of the contents and the change characteristic of the detected temperature is not uniform, and the contents in the cooking container It was not possible to accurately determine the temperature of various cooking containers. By the way, there are stainless steel pans, enamel pans, aluminum, etc. as the material of the cooking container, and the bottom part of the container is a stainless pan with a stepped part with a slightly floating center part to prevent thermal deformation at the bottom Or a flat shape like a frying pan.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to accurately measure the temperature detection characteristics of the temperature detecting means for the container corresponding to the cooking container and accurately determine the temperature of the contents of the cooking container. Therefore, the present invention provides a cooking device that can contribute to improvement in accuracy of temperature control.
[0006]

The material determination result of the cooking container and the temperature detection characteristic measurement result of the temperature detection means for the container for the cooking container are associated and stored in the storage means,
The material determining means determines the material of the cooking container used for cooking, and when the determined cooking container is a cooking container of the material stored in the storage means, the stored temperature detection characteristic measurement result is obtained. When the used and determined cooking container is not a cooking container of the material stored in the storage means, the notification means is informed that the temperature detection characteristic of the cooking container is not measured. Have
[0007]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the temperature of the stored item is detected by the temperature detection means for stored item. At this time, the output of the container temperature detecting means near the mounting surface of the cooking container corresponds to the detected temperature. Therefore, the temperature detection characteristic of the container temperature detection means with respect to the cooking container can be measured by obtaining the relationship between the detection temperature of the contained temperature detection means and the output value of the container temperature detection means. And when cooking using the said cooking container, the temperature of a contained item can be determined substantially correctly by comparing the output of the temperature detection means for containers with the temperature detection characteristic measurement result. As a result, for example, water temperature control when performing so-called hot water roasting, such as indirectly heating food in a vacuum package with hot water or keeping hot pot cooking with hot water, or tempura oil temperature control can be performed finely. Become.
[0014]
Further, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to recognize whether or not the cooking container to be used for cooking has already been measured for the temperature detection characteristic by the material determination. It is not necessary to perform characteristic measurement, and it is possible to perform a temperature determination without a mistake corresponding to the cooking container. Furthermore, when the temperature detection characteristic of the container temperature detection means for the cooking container to be used is not measured, the notification means is notified to that effect, so the temperature detection characteristic for the cooking container is measured. Can be encouraged.
