Description
【0001】
DLNE(DLNE(i−1),DLNE(i−2))を読み出し、前回の変動量DLNE(i−1)が前々回の変動量DLNE(i−2)よりも大きいか否かを判定する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to engine speed fluctuation control of a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The demand for passenger car drivability is increasing year by year, especially in passenger cars equipped with a diesel engine, the demand for vibration suppression is high, and internal combustion engine acceleration / deceleration, surge during steady running, etc. Prevention is an important issue. Therefore, there is a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine to which a function of detecting the engine speed (engine speed) and correcting the fuel injection amount based on the detected engine speed is added. FIG. 7 shows an example of such control. In addition to a very short cycle fluctuation due to fuel combustion, the engine speed fluctuates with a shorter cycle (about 3 Hz in the example) (FIG. 7). (A)). This fluctuation has a fluctuation range of ΔNa unless the fuel injection amount is corrected. On the other hand, the fluctuation amount is calculated from the engine speed, the correction amount of the injection amount is given so as to suppress the fluctuation amount, and the injection amount is increased or decreased ((b) in FIG. 7). The fluctuation range is suppressed from ΔNa to ΔNb (first conventional example).
[0003]
In the vibration damping device for an internal combustion engine described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-111446, a differential circuit for differentiating the rotational speed signal of the internal combustion engine is provided to detect a fluctuation component (second conventional example).
[0004]
Further, in the engine control device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 63-113162, the method for measuring fluctuations in the engine speed is changed according to the engine speed range to improve the engine speed detection accuracy (third). Conventional example).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above conventional examples, the fluctuation suppression effect can be obtained if the fluctuation is about 3 Hz as shown in the figure, such as the occurrence of sneezing at the time of acceleration / deceleration with a low gear, but the occurrence of steady surge at a high gear. When the fluctuation period becomes about 6 to 10 Hz as in the case of time, the phase of fluctuation changes greatly until the next correction amount is given, and the correction of the injection amount is given in reverse phase or an excessive correction amount is given. On the contrary, there is a risk that the fluctuation of the rotational speed is worsened.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine that can reduce fluctuations in engine speed regardless of the fluctuation period of engine speed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the injection amount calculating means for calculating the fuel injection amount of the internal combustion engine based on the engine state detected by the engine state detecting means includes the fluctuation of the engine speed based on the engine speed detection signal. Fluctuation amount calculating means for calculating the amount, fluctuation period calculating means for calculating the fluctuation period based on the fluctuation amount calculated by the fluctuation amount calculating means, and correction amount determination for determining the injection correction amount based on the calculated fluctuation amount And a correction injection number setting means for setting the number of times of injection with the corrected injection amount every time the correction amount is determined by the correction amount determination means. The correction injection number setting means sets the number of times of injection with the corrected injection amount so that the number of times of injection becomes smaller as the fluctuation period calculated by the fluctuation period calculation means is shorter. After performing the number of injections set by the corrected injection number setting means with the corrected injection amount, the injection is performed with the uncorrected injection amount.
[0008]
As a result, it is possible to prevent the injection amount from being given a correction amount that is out of phase with respect to fluctuations in the engine speed. Therefore, fluctuations in the engine speed can be reduced regardless of the fluctuation period of the engine speed.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the corrected injection number setting means sets the number of injections to be performed at the corrected injection amount to a smaller number as the engine speed detected by the engine state detecting means is lower.
[0010]
Since the interval until the next injection becomes longer as the engine speed is lower, by adopting the above configuration, a favorable effect of reducing fluctuations in the engine speed can be exhibited regardless of the engine speed.
[0011]
In the invention according to
[0012]
At the timing when the fluctuation amount increase / decrease direction is reversed, there is a high possibility that the correction of the injection amount is in the reverse phase. At this time, by prohibiting the correction of the injection amount, a better engine speed fluctuation reduction effect is exhibited. be able to.

Step 103 is a procedure as a fluctuation amount calculation means, which calculates a fluctuation amount DLNE of the engine speed NE by subtracting the previous engine speed NE from the current engine speed NE. The current fluctuation amount DLNE is newly stored and used as the previous and previous engine speed in the next and subsequent control routines.
[0019]
Step 104 is a procedure as a fluctuation period calculation means, and obtains a fluctuation period of the engine speed NE. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when the engine speed NE crosses the average engine speed <NE> calculated in step 102 ((a) of FIG. 3), the cycle calculation flag is set to Hi and every time. Further, the period calculation counter is incremented every time the flag is inverted ((c) of FIG. 3). Then, the counter number of the period calculation counter within a predetermined reference time is obtained, and the fluctuation period T of the engine speed NE is obtained by dividing the reference time by the counter number.

[0025]
Step 107 is a procedure as a correction amount determination means and a correction injection number setting means, and is determined based on a correction amount map in which a correction amount QACC3 to be added to the reference injection amount QBASE calculated from the accelerator opening is stored in a memory in advance. (Correction amount determination means). A prescribed number of times C1 at which injection is performed with the corrected injection amount is determined based on a correction number map stored in advance in a memory (corrected injection number setting means).
[0026]
FIG. 4 shows an example of the correction amount map. One correction injection amount QACC3 is associated with the fluctuation amount DLNE. A larger correction amount QACC3 is given as the fluctuation amount DLNE is larger, and fluctuations in the engine speed NE are suitably suppressed. FIG. 5 shows an example of the correction number map, and one specified number C1 is associated with the fluctuation period T and the engine speed NE. A smaller specified number of times C1 is given as the fluctuation period T is shorter and the engine speed NE is smaller. Thus, the smaller the number of injections per fluctuation period T, the more the number of injection corrections is regulated.
[0027]
Therefore, as the correction amount QACC3, a numerical value corresponding to the current fluctuation amount DLNE (i) is read from the correction amount map. As the specified number of times C1, numerical values corresponding to the current fluctuation period T and the engine speed NE are read from the correction number map.
[0028]
Next, at
[0029]
In step 109, the correction execution count CQAC3 is incremented, and the process proceeds to step 110. The correction execution number CQAC3 counts the number of fuel injections with the corrected injection amount, and is given 0 as an initial value. In

Thereafter, as in the case where the correction is prohibited in
[0031]
FIG. 6 compares the fuel injection control apparatus of the present invention with an injection control apparatus (conventional example) that performs conventional injection control without prohibition of correction or limitation of the number of corrections. This shows a case with a fluctuation of 6 Hz higher than 3 Hz of 7 ((a) of FIG. 6). In the conventional example, as shown in FIG. 6B, since the correction amount is uniformly given to the injection amount, the correction of the injection amount is performed when the fluctuation cycle of the engine speed becomes short and the fluctuation of the engine speed becomes sudden. , The engine speed fluctuation (ΔNb) becomes larger than the fluctuation (ΔNa) when the injection amount is not corrected, as shown in the figure.
[0032]
On the other hand, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6 (c), the number of corrections is reduced as the fluctuation period of the engine speed is shortened. The injection amount is not corrected. Therefore, the correction of the injection amount works effectively, and the fluctuation (ΔNc) of the engine speed can be suitably suppressed. In addition, when the engine speed increase / decrease direction is reversed, there is a high possibility that the correction of the injection amount is in the opposite phase. At this time, however, the correction of the injection amount itself is prohibited, so that the fluctuation of the engine speed is more preferably suppressed. Can do.
[0033]
The figure is for the case where the engine speed is 2200 rpm. For example, when the engine speed is lower and the number of injections per fluctuation cycle is reduced, the specified number of times C1 is selected to be smaller.
[0034]
In this way, even if the engine rotation speed fluctuation cycle is the same, if the engine rotation speed is low and the phase change of the engine rotation speed fluctuation amount increases with respect to the interval until the next injection, the corrected injection quantity is reduced. Thus, since the number of fuel injections is reduced, it can be better avoided that the correction of the injection amount is out of phase with respect to the fluctuation of the engine speed.
[0035]
It should be noted that the map of the correction amount and the specified number of times is preferably set so as to exhibit a favorable fluctuation suppressing effect by experiments or the like. In this embodiment, whether or not the injection amount is corrected in the fuel injection is determined by the fluctuation cycle, the engine speed, and the behavior of increase / decrease of the fluctuation amount. Since it varies depending on the engine state such as the water temperature, the accelerator opening degree, the vehicle speed, the gear position, etc., a condition for establishing correction in consideration of these engine states may be determined. By taking these engine states into account, fluctuations in the engine speed can be more effectively suppressed.
