【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、血糖値の測定検査など医療関係の測定、検査、治療などに使用する医療用センサーチップなど薄板小片状チップ振り出し容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の医療関係の測定用センサーチップは、一般に小片で薄板状の形状を呈しており、このような形状のセンサーチップを収納包装するための容器としては、外気や湿気や雑菌などの侵入を防止するために、気密性や密封性のある容器が使用されている。

例えば、フィルム包材を用いて密封製袋加工して形成したフィルムケースタイプのものが多用されており、また、図5に示すようなプラスチック成形加工にて形成された筒状側壁32、底板33、上部開口部34とからなる硬質の密封筒状ケース31も使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の密封製袋されたフィルムケースの場合には、ケース本体は簡素であるものの、ケースが柔軟であるために外部からの衝撃でチップに折損が生じたり、また、チップが1枚ずつケース内に包装されているために取り出す際にケースを一つ一つ開封する手間が掛かり、使い勝手が悪い面がある。

また、図5(a)に示したような従来の硬質プラスチックによる筒状ケース31の場合には、ケース本体は硬質であるため、外部からの衝撃によるチップの折損は生じないものの、該筒状ケース31内には多数枚のチップが一括収納されているため、その中から1枚のチップを取り出す際に取り出し難い面がある。

このようなことから、上記筒状ケースにおいては、検査測定時にセンサーチップを1枚(1個)ずつ取り出し易くした振り出しタイプの密封筒状ケースも使用されてきている。

従来の上記振り出しタイプを含めた筒状ケースの場合には、図5(b)に示すように、天板36と、天板36の下面に設けた比較的柔軟性のある外周面を備えるプラスチック製の栓部37とからなる蓋部35(キャップ)を、図5(a)に示すケース本体の取り出し用の上端開口部34の内周面に密に嵌着して施蓋して密封されているが、ケース31からチップを取り出す際に、蓋部35を容器開口部34に対して、開けたり(取り外したり)閉めたり(装着したり)して繰り返し使用するため、使用している間に施蓋時における蓋部35の栓部37とケース31本体開口部34との間の密着性が低下して、機密性や密封性が徐々に損なわれる傾向がある。

また、従来の振り出しタイプを含めた筒状ケースの場合、上記ケース開口部34の開口径(開口面積)が大きいため、外気の湿気の影響を大きく受け易く、また、上記筒状ケースをチップを1枚ずつ取り出すための振り出しタイプのケースとした場合には、該ケースの開口部34を下方に向けてチップを振り出す際に、開口部34の開口径(開口面積)が大きいため1枚ずつ取り出すことが難しく、チップが多く出過ぎたり、多く出過ぎたチップを容器内に戻す際の手間が掛かっていた。

本発明は、医療用センサーチップなど多数枚の薄板小片状チップを一括収納包装する振り出し容器であって、容器内の薄板状小片チップを外気や湿気との接触から保護するとともに、容器の中からチップを1枚ずつ取り出し易く改良することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に係る発明は、筒部Aと該筒部Aの下端開口部を密封する底部Bと該筒部Aの上端開口部を密封する蓋部Cとからなり、前記筒部Aの側壁にその下端から上端方向に向かって徐々に細径となるテーパー状内周面を備え、該筒部Aの上端開口部より下側にある側壁内周面に内方に向かって突出しその内径を上端開口部より細径とする絞り部を備えたことを特徴とする薄板小片状チップ振り出し容器である。

本発明の薄板小片状チップ振り出し容器を、図面に従って以下に詳細に説明すれば、図1は、本発明容器の一例を説明する全体側断面図、図2(a)は、本発明容器を構成する筒部Aの側面図、図2(b)はその上面図、図2(c)はその下面図、図2(d)はその側断面図であり、図3(a)は、本発明容器を構成する底部Bの側面図、図3(b)はその上面図、図3(c)はその下面図、図3(d)はその側断面図であり、図4(a)は、本発明容器を構成する蓋部Cの側面図、図4(b)はその上面図、図4(c)はその下面図、図4(d)はその側断面図である。

本発明の薄板小片状チップ振り出し容器は、容器の上端開口部及び下端開口部に蓋部及びカップ状底部を密着嵌合又は螺着することにより十分に密封状態を形成することができ、また、容器内周面は、その下端から上端方向に徐々に細径となるテーパー状に形成され、また、その容器上端側の内周面には、他の内周面よりも細径の絞り部が形成されているため、容器の上端開口部を下方に向けて、容器全体を振ることにより、容器内に収納包装されている多数の薄板小片状チップは、絞り部の細い内径から同時には落下せず、細い内径の絞り部の内周面に沿って滑らせながら、チップを絞り部の細い内径部から1枚ずつ取り出すことができる。

本発明の薄板小片状チップ振り出し容器は、容器の上端開口部及び下端開口部に蓋部及びカップ状底部を密着嵌合又は螺着することにより十分に密封状態を形成することができ、容器の上端開口部を下方に向けて、容器全体を振ることにより、容器内に収納包装されている多数の薄板小片状チップのうち、容器上端側の内周面に形成されている細い内径の絞り部から一部分のチップが突出して、そのうちの1枚ずつを容易に取り出すことができ、医療用センサーチップなど多数枚の薄板小片状チップを一括収納包装した振り出し容器として、チップを1枚ずつ取り出し易く、容器内の薄板状小片チップを外気や湿気との接触から十分に保護することができる効果がある。
