Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inspection method and an apparatus for trimming a sheet piece constituting a body part of a tube, a sheet piece constituting a bag, and the like to a predetermined size by cutting the sides thereof. More particularly, to inspection of how to achieve the prevention of defective products due to the trimming debris adheres or remains on the sheet pieces.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, after the sheet piece constituting the tube body is cut off from the raw roll, the side is cut and trimmed to a predetermined size, and then welded into a cylindrical shape in the next step. Will be configured. At this time, if the trimming residue generated at the time of trimming adheres to or remains on the sheet piece, the trimming residue may be sandwiched between the welding portions at the time of welding. If the trimming residue is caught in the welded portion, it causes a welding failure that causes content leakage. Further, the trimming residue protruding outward from the welded portion causes an appearance defect, and the trimming residue protruding inward from the welded portion becomes a foreign substance, both of which are products to be discarded as defective products.
[0003]
Conventionally, in the manufacturing process of a tube that forms a body portion by welding sheet pieces into a cylindrical shape, the trimming residue generated at the time of trimming is removed by suction with a suction pipe to separate it from the sheet piece, and then to the trimmed sheet piece In this way, the accompanying trimming residue is prevented.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the generation behavior of the trimming residue at the time of trimming is not constant, the trimming residue may escape without being sucked by the suction pipe and may accompany the sheet piece. It cannot be prevented. For this reason, in the capping process, which is the final stage, the presence of trimming debris protruding outward from the trunk is inspected by arranging a transmission sensor and rotating the tube.
[0005]
However, not only can the trimming residue protruding inside the barrel be detected, but it is difficult to detect when the trimming residue crosses the sensor in the thickness direction instead of the surface direction, and inspection omissions are completely eliminated. Not done. For this reason, a visual inspection is necessary again immediately before shipment, and there is a problem that the labor and burden on the operator are large. In addition, when the presence of trimming waste is detected immediately before the capping process or before shipment, the shoulder portion and the cap are already attached, and all of them are discarded, which causes a problem that manufacturing labor and material waste are large. is there.
[0006]
Such a problem is common not only in the tube described as the representative example, but also in a sheet piece or the like that is welded after trimming to constitute a bag.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and makes it possible to eliminate a sheet piece on which trimming residue adheres or remains in a trimming process, which is an initial stage of production, in terms of manufacturing labor and material. The purpose is to prevent the generation of defective products while suppressing waste.
