【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、連結用壁板材、建築用枠材、土台見付け、間仕切り、飾枠、又は横棧等として多用途に使用ができこと、又は一方・他方板材の少なくとも二通りの組合せができること、等を意図した組付け式壁、枠等の形材(又は構造物、箱等の板材を含む)に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の組付け式連結用の壁材(連結用壁板材)、又は枠材(建築用枠材)等の板材で、例えば、見切り部、タテ連結部、又は連結部、土台水切り、土台見付け、間仕切り、また出窓用の出入隅部として、通常、板材を略90°に折曲げ形成した断面略コ字形板材、又は本体部を基準として上下方向に、略90°に折曲げ形成した構造の段付き形状板材、或いは引抜き構造の角柱板材等が知られている。しかし、この断面略コ字形板材、段付き形状板材、又は角柱等(以下、原則として、コ字形板材とする)では、一体形構造を採用することから、原則として、自由に組立て、又は分解することは困難視される。従って、この一体形構造では、一度構築した後に、例えば、破損、修理、交換、又は目的の変更等を理由として、構造物を取替える場合には、この取替えが困難視されることから問題であること、又は希望に応えられず苦慮すること、等の如く、改良すべき問題点がある。

そして、この種の、コ字形板材に関する文献を、以下に説明する。この文献(1)は、特開平7−97889号の格子状建築用部材であり、その内容は、対の金属板を略コ字形に折曲げて棧構成部材を形成し、この対の棧構成部材を嵌合せて枠材を構成し、この枠材に構成した嵌合孔に金属板を折曲げ形成した縦枠と横枠とを組付け一体化して格子状構築物(玄関扉、又は門扉)を構築する。その特徴は、構造の簡略化、又は鋳造品の代替として採用できる格子状建築用部材を提供すること、等を意図する。また文献(2)は、特開2002−4466の可動間仕切壁であり、その内容は、スチール板の短手方向の略中心に凹部を形成するとともに、この凹部の対峙側に縦枠を取付け、このスチール板でガラス窓の枠体を構成し、またこの枠体の凹部に保持体を介してガラスを嵌合する構成である。その特徴は、枠体を変更する必要が有る際に、分解、組立て自在とし、その要望に応えること、又は容易に仕様変更できること、等を意図する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した如く、文献(1)、(2)は、金属板を折曲げ形成して構成した格子状建築用部材、又は可動間仕切壁であり、一応、分解、組立てできる構造である。しかし、ネジ等の緊締具によって各部材を固止する構造である。従って、分解、組立てできるとは云っても、簡易な方法ではないこと、また道具を要すること、又は手間を要すること、等の改良点が有る。そして、この文献(1)、(2)は、構造が複雑であることから、素人では、到底、組立て、分解することができないものであり、利便性に欠ける問題が考えられる。

上記に鑑み本発明は、分解、組立てができること、その使用が少なくとも二種類できること、等を達成することと、この達成を介して使用分野の拡充を図る。また組付け式壁、枠等の形材を、簡易な方法で達成すること、また道具と、手間を要すること、分解、組立てができること、等を達成することと、この達成を介して汎用性を図る。そして、この種の組付け式壁、枠等の形材を、有効利用して、各人の好む態様の壁、窓、門、扉等を利用できるようにし、かつ装飾性の拡充を図ることと、町(都会、他の住居、事務所)の美観、伝統を維持すること、又は斬新性の拡充等を図ること、等を意図する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、前述した目的を達成するために、最適な一方・他方板材を下記の構成とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態の一例を、図8〜図16に説明する。

図7〜図12においては、主として、連結用壁板材、建築用枠材、間仕切り、横棧等の使用例を、また図14においては、主として、土台見付けの使用例を、さらに図15、図16においては、主として、建築用枠材、飾枠の例を、それぞれ示しており、所謂、代表的な使用例を示す。

図7の例は、一方板材の第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入し、第3折曲げ部の自由端に、他方板材の係止部の折曲げ側端部を係止する。この係止を介して一方板材に、他方板材が挿入・係止される。そして、この例では、一方板材の本体部と、他方板材の本体部とが平行に対峙する構成である。この対峙する隙間に、金属板の壁材、床材、塀構成材等の建築材料(壁材とする)が設けられる。その一例を説明すると、先ず、一方板材を、例えば、柱(胴縁)、間仕切り材、又は構築物、建物の基礎等の本体(柱とする)に、止め具、接着材、嵌合等の手段(止め具とする)で設ける(取付ける)。その後、一方板材の第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入する作業で、前述の如く、対峙する本体部間に、壁材が設けられる。この挿入の際に、第11折曲げ部を押圧するように強く押し込む。

尚、この一方板材の本体部に壁材を設ける場合に、この壁材は、止め具を利用して固止することが理想であり、この際に、この止め具を他方板材の本体部で隠蔽する。この止め具による取付けは、落下、崩壊等の如く、危険性がある壁材の取付けに理想である。これにより、美観、強度、防錆等の向上に役立つ特徴がある。この例の如く、一方板材の第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入する作業で、前述の如く、対峙する本体部間に、壁材が設けられるので、ワンタッチで、誰にも簡単な作業で壁、床等(壁とする)を構築できる。この挿入された壁材は、他方板材の第11折曲げ部の反撥力を介して脱抜防止とともに、確実に係止される。また他方板材、壁材の取外し(取替え)は、他方板材の短手方向に移動可能な特徴を利用する。即ち、他方板材の移動を利用して、他方板材を取外す。この取外しにより、他方板材の取外しが済むので、例えば、次の作業に効果がある。例えば、(1)壁材の取外しを行い、所定の壁材等に変更するか、この壁材・一方板材の修理、又は取付け方向の変更等を図る。(2)壁材を、必要により、一方板材を本体より取外し、所定の壁材、一方板材等に変更するか、この壁材・一方板材の修理、又は取付け方向の変更等を図る。そして、取外した後に、壁材、一方板材の取付けを行うが、その取付けは、前述の例と同じである。

図9、図10は壁材(金属板の形材)の横方向の連結用材として、この種の組付け式壁、枠等の形材(形材とする)を使用する一例であり、柱に一方板材の本体部を横向きに設ける。この一方板材の第2折曲げ部に壁材を押込み載置する。この載置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。またこの状態で他方板材の本体部が、壁材の一面に設けられるとともに、この本体部で、一方板材と柱とを連繋した止め具を隠蔽できる。この作業により、壁材の表面に他方板材が設けられる。また壁材及び/又は一方・他方板材の取外し、取替え等は前述の例に準ずる。

図14は土台見付けであり、土台と壁材との縦方向の連結用材として、この種の形材を使用する一例であり、柱に一方板材の本体部を横向きに設ける。この一方板材の第2折曲げ部に壁材を添接載置する。この載置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入するとともに、この他方板材の本体部を土台(土台構成材)に当接し、この本体部と土台とを止め具を利用して固定する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。またこの状態で他方板材の本体部が、土台の一面に設けられる。この作業により、壁材の表面に他方板材が設けられる。また壁材及び/又は一方・他方板材の取外し、取替え等は前述の例に準ずる。

図15は扉の飾枠であり、壁材の縦横方向に配置して、この壁材の少なくとも左右側と、上側を区画した扉取付け空間形成用の形材として使用する一例であり、柱に一方板材の本体部を縦横向き(扉の左右側「人の起立側面」方向と上側「人の頭側」方向)に設ける。この一方板材の第2折曲げ部に、多数の壁材を順次差込み設置する。この各壁材の設置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入するとともに、この他方板材の本体部を前記各壁材に当接し、この本体部で壁材と一方板材とを固止した止め具を隠蔽する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部の裏面を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。また横柱に取付けた一方板材の第2折曲げ部に、壁材を押込み設置する。この壁材の設置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入するとともに、この他方板材の本体部を前記壁材に当接し、この本体部で壁材と一方板材とを固止した止め具を隠蔽する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部の裏面を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。この縦方向と横方向の取付けを介して飾枠が形成される。この作業により、扉の飾枠が組付けられる。また壁材及び/又は一方・他方板材の取外し、取替え等は前述の例に準ずる。

図16は取付け部(壁と出窓の境目)及び/又は出窓の窓枠に使用する例であり、壁材の縦横方向に配置して、この壁材の少なくとも左右側と、上下側の適宜側(出窓の取付けVにより区々である)を区画し、出窓の取付け部形成用の形材としての使用及び/又は出窓の窓解放側の枠組みとして、その四方向を形成用の形材としての使用を意図する。この出窓の取付け部形成用の形材としての使用は、前述の図15の例に準ずる。一方、四方向を形成用の形材としての使用は、出窓の表面側を形成する左右側の枠板(左右枠板とする)を、この一方板材の第2折曲げ部に、差込み設置する。この左右枠板の設置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入するとともに、この他方板材の本体部を前記左右枠板に当接し、この本体部で左右枠板と一方板材とを固止した止め具を隠蔽する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部の裏面を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。また横柱に取付けた一方板材の第2折曲げ部に、上下側の枠板(上下枠板とする)を押込み設置する。この上下枠板の設置を介して第2折曲げ部を圧縮し、後述するように第2折曲げ部による係止関係を強固にする。そして、この第2折曲げ部に他方板材の第10折曲げ部を挿入するとともに、この他方板材の本体部を前記上下枠板に当接し、この本体部で上下枠板と一方板材とを固止した止め具を隠蔽する。この挿入の際に、第3折曲げ部を拡開するように挿入し、この第3折曲げ部の自由端に、係止部の内側膨出端部の裏面を位置する。この相互の位置関係において、一方板材と他方板材の係止関係が確保できるとともに、この挿入後に当該第3折曲げ部の反撥力を利用して第3折曲げ部の自由端と、係止部の内側膨出端部との係止を確保する。この縦方向と横方向の取付けを介して飾枠が形成される。この作業により、扉の飾枠が組付けられる。また各枠板及び/又は一方・他方板材の取外し、取替え等は前述の例に準ずる。

以下、本発明の一実施例を説明する。

1は一方板材であり、この一方板材1は、本体部100の短手方向1a(本体部100の長手方向に垂直に交差する方向である)において、略90°に折曲げ形成した第1折曲げ部101を経由して板材の本体部側1bに折曲げたV字形の第2折曲げ部102を形成し、この第2折曲げ部102の先端部102aを内側に折り返して第3折曲げ部103を形成した構成である。そして、この第2折曲げ部102は、前部折返し片102bと後部折返し片102cとで構成されており、当該第2折曲げ部102は、この前部折返し片102bと後部折返し片102cとのV字形の折曲げと、その折曲げ形態としたことで適宜の弾性が付与されている。

2は他方板材であり、この他方板材2は、本体部200の短手方向2aにおいて、略90°に折曲げた第10折曲げ部201を形成し、この第10折曲げ部201の略中間に、その短手方向2aの全体又は一部に突条、突起、突部、又は凹条、凹部等の係止部202を形成した構成である。この係止部202の形態は、図1〜図16では突条を示している。この突条の場合には、他方板材2を、その短手方向2aの何れで切断しても、係止部202が存在し、第3折曲げ部103の自由端103aとの係止、又は気密性等が確保される。尚、図17、図18では突起を示している。この突起は、必要により採用されるが、換気効果と、製造の容易化、低コスト化等に寄与できる。図中202aは係止部202の内側膨出端部、202bは係止部202の外側膨出端部をそれぞれ示す。そして、前記本体部200の他方の短手方向2aにおいて、略160°に折曲げた第11折曲げ部203を形成し、壁材3を弾性的に係止すること、又は壁材3(図7の例では)の脱抜防止に役立つこと、また安全性の向上(他の部材も同じ)等の利点があり、原則として、必要により設けられる。尚、第10折曲げ部201の略中間に、係止部202を形成するのが強度面、加工面等において理想である。しかし、一例であり、使用状況、寸法、又は一方板材1及び/又は他方板材2の形状、各形状寸法等を考慮して種々変更することもあり得る。また係止部202の膨出高さ、幅等も同様に考えられる。
