本発明は、化粧料が充填された中皿を交換自在としたコンパクト容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、ファンデーションやアイシャドウなどの化粧料を充填した化粧皿や化粧枠を交換自在に装填したコンパクト容器は種々提案されているが、コンパクト容器の開放された上面から直接化粧皿を嵌脱できる交換操作の極めて容易なものとして、実開昭６４ー５０７０９号公報に開示されたコンパクト容器が知られている。

この従来のコンパクト容器は、図８に示すように化粧料５２を収納した中皿５３を容器５１に嵌合し、この容器５１の両側壁５４に指掛用の切欠部５５を設けるとともに、両側壁５４と交差する一側壁に、ヒンジ部５６を介して蓋体５７を開閉自在に接続して構成されている。

そして、中皿５３を容器５１から取り出すときは、指掛用の切欠部５５から中皿５３を直接手指で挟み持って容器５１の上面から引き抜くものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記従来のコンパクト容器は、中皿５３を取り外す面倒な手順や複雑な機構を有しておらず、構造が単純なうえに容器５１の開放された上面から中皿５３を簡単に交換できる取り扱い操作の容易な構造ではあるが、指掛用の切欠部５５が側面に露出してしまうため見映えの点で不満があり、従って、交換用の中皿５３のカートリッジケースや使い捨てのコンパクト容器のような安価ものには利用されるが、中皿５３を複数回に亘って交換して使用する高価でデザインを重視したコンパクト容器には利用されなかった。

本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、コンパクト容器の見映えを低下させることなく、開放されたコンパクト容器の上面から交換用の化粧料を簡単に交換できる取り扱い易いコンパクト容器にすることを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１に係わるコンパクト容器は、化粧用具収納凹所と化粧料収納凹所とに区画形成された有底皿状の中枠を嵌脱可能に収納した容器本体と、前記容器本体の上面を被覆する蓋体との各後端部を蝶着してなるとともに、前記化粧用具収納凹所内には前記中枠の底板から起立して前記底板に設けられた二条のスリットに挟まれて形成された連結板の先端部にプル部材が形成されているコンパクト容器において、前記連結板は前記中枠の側壁から底板に一体に延びて形成され、前記側壁に沿う部分の外側に容器本体への係合突起が設けられていること特徴としている。

【作用】
前記請求項１に係わるコンパクト容器においては、底板からプル部材が起立形成された化粧用具収納凹所と化粧料収納凹所とに区画形成された中枠を容器本体内に嵌脱可能に収納した構成とされ、プル部材を引き上げることにより容器本体から中枠を一操作で取り外せる。また、収納された化粧用具は起立形成されたプル部材に底板から遊離して摘み易く戴置され状態に置かれるとともに、プル部材は連結板の先端部に形設され、プル部材を引き上げると連結板に加わるけん引力は連結板の基端のある中枠の側方に集中し、容器本体から中枠を容易に引き抜け、連結板は側壁から底壁に延びて形成され、前記側壁に沿う部分の外側に容器本体への係合突起を設けた構成とされているので、プル部材を引き上げることにより容器本体と中枠との係合が簡単に解除される。

前記請求項２に係わるコンパクト容器においては、上記の作用に加え、連結板を形成する薄肉破断溝からなるスリットは底板の裏側にに形成されて化粧用具収納凹所には現れず、スリット内に化粧料の粉や埃が溜まらない。

以下、本発明の実施例を添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

図１乃至図５は、本発明に係わるコンパクト容器の第一実施例を示すもので、中枠３が嵌脱可能に装着された収納凹所１ａを有する扁平な有底の箱体からなる容器本体１と、この容器本体１の後壁１ｂ外側面に縦回動自在に蝶番ピン４によって蝶着され前記収納凹所１ａの上面を覆う蓋体２と、前記容器本体１の前壁１ｃに設けられた凹所１ｄ内に前後方向に摺動可能に装着され前記蓋体２のフック２ａと容器本体のフック１ｅとの係合を解除する押し釦５とを主たる部材として構成されている。

前記中枠３は、前記容器本体１の収納凹所１ａに嵌合する有底皿状の矩形に形成され、その周壁６の上端は容器本体１の周壁上面に重なるフランジ７に形成されているとともに、中壁８により前後に仕切られて前方に化粧用具収納凹所９と後方に化粧料収納凹所１０とが区画形成されている。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係るコンパクト容器によれば、容器本体の開口された上面から中枠を引き抜ける取り扱いの簡単な構造であるうえに、プル部材を摘んで引き上げると連結板に加わるけん引力は連結板の基端のある中枠の側方に集中するので引き抜き易く、更に、連結板の外側の係合突起は容器本体の係合溝から引き抜かれて容器本体と中枠との係合が解除される構成としたので、収納凹所から中枠の引き抜きが極めて容易であり、プル部材を引き上げるという単純な一操作で容易に中枠を取り外すことができる。
