Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a winding method and a winding jig for an electric wire protection member, and more particularly to a winding method and a winding jig for an electric wire protection member for bundling assembled wires used in automobile electrical components and other electronic products.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are assembled electric wires in which wiring is bundled as is well known in automobile electrical components and other various electronic products. For example, electrical components used in automobiles include a wide variety of circuits such as lighting, signals, warnings, charging, measuring instruments, wipers, etc., in addition to ignition and starting circuits. Bundled as In addition, the electric wires connecting these electrical components are pre-assembled and used as an integral part so as to be compatible with the automobile manufacturing process adopting highly developed flow work.
[0003]
Conventionally, the method of bundling the wires is to wrap and fix a wire protection member such as vinyl tape or adhesive tape around the bundle of wires when the connector is connected to the end of the wire or when the wiring is completed. It is used a lot.
However, in many cases, it takes time and effort to wind and fix several tens of wires with an adhesive tape. Therefore, a relatively wide wire protection member 10 as shown in FIG. 6 is used.
[0004]
The electric wire protection member 10 shown in FIG. 6 is a rectangular sheet member having an adhesive portion 15 provided along one side at one end thereof. And when winding this electric wire protection member 10, for example in the state where the connector 30 was attached to the edge part of the assembled electric wire 20, first, as shown to (a) of FIG. The portion 15 is made to correspond to the longitudinal direction of the assembled electric wire 20, and then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the side 12 on the side where the adhesive portion 15 is not provided is bent so as to be wound first, The side 11 on the side where the adhesive portion 15 is provided is overlapped while pressing 12, and finally, the entire region along the side 11 is rubbed from above by hand.
By such an operation, both sides 11 and 12 are connected to the electric wire protection member 10 by the adhesive portion 15 and, as shown in FIG. It is appropriately bundled and attached so that a predetermined length can be protected.
[0005]
Various types of wire protection members have been proposed. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-159179 discloses “a wire assembly in which one end portion and the other end portion are fitted into a cylindrical shape to bundle a bundle of wires” in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-81990. “A cover member that wraps both ends of a cover material such as a vinyl sheet and winds it around an electric wire and bundles the electric wire” is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-21114 as “one end of a heat-shrinkable film”. "Bundling film" in which an adhesive layer is provided to bundle an electric wire bundle is described.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the technique described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-159179, since the end portions are fitted to each other, the structure of the member itself is complicated, and the size according to the thickness of the bundle of assembled wires It is extremely uneconomical, such as the need for a wire protection member.
Further, in the technique described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-81990, since the sheet-shaped wire protection member having a relatively wide width is wound around the electric wire in the same manner as the member shown in FIG. As the length in the length direction increases (the longer the protection area), the winding unevenness of the wrinkles 19 and the like as shown in FIG. 1C is likely to occur, and the winding operation takes a long time. In particular, when the outside air is at a low temperature, the wire and the wire protection member are cured, so that the winding operation is extremely difficult.
In the technique described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-21114, not only is the material limited to the heat-shrinkable film, but also a very troublesome work process such as a heating process is required. The problem is that the working environment is limited.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and even when the wires are bundled and assembled, even if the wire protection member covers a relatively long region, the occurrence of winding unevenness can be suppressed, An object of the present invention is to provide a winding method and a winding jig for an electric wire protection member that can be easily performed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the winding method of the wire protection member according to the present invention, when the sheet-like wire protection member having an adhesive portion along one edge is wound on the assembled wire, the wire protection member is disposed on the assembled wire. After making it correspond along a longitudinal direction, let one side which cross | intersects the said assembled electric wire be in the curved state which curves to the position which the said adhesion part can adhere | attach to an other end edge side, Then, the said electric wire protection member is said assembly By moving the substantially cylindrical correction means that can be corrected to the curved state on the electric wire from the side previously set to the curved state to the opposite side, the entire electric wire protective member is bent. The above-mentioned purpose can be achieved.
[0009]
The winding jig for the wire protection member according to the present invention has a large-diameter inner surface that has at least an inner peripheral surface that is substantially cylindrical and has one end that can surround the outer surface with a space from the outer surface of the assembled wire. It has a small-diameter inner surface that is continuous from the inner diameter surface toward the other end and is gradually narrowed so as to approach the diameter of the assembled electric wire, thereby achieving the above object.
[0010]
Moreover, in the winding jig of the wire protection member according to the present invention,
-Having a longitudinally divided edge substantially perpendicular to the jig circumferential direction, and having a hinge portion that enables opening and closing of the divided edge;
-The split edge has a lock mechanism for maintaining the engagement between the split edges;
Having an inclined outer surface corresponding to the large-diameter inner surface and the small-diameter inner surface;
It is characterized by.
[0011]
According to the winding method of the wire protection member according to the present invention, when the sheet-like wire protection member having an adhesive portion along one end edge is wound on the assembled wire, the one end edge is aligned with the assembled wire. In addition, a winding start portion for winding on the assembled wire is formed by forming a curved state in which the adhesive portion can be attached to the other end edge on one side intersecting the assembled wire.
After that, the wire-protecting member (winding jig) capable of bending the wire protection member into a shape that gently wraps the assembled wire is protected from the winding start portion side to the opposite side to the start portion side. Move on the member. By this operation, the wire protection member becomes a curved state where the one end edge and the other end edge gradually overlap each other from the winding start portion side (a state where the wire protection member is bent to a position where it can be bonded). The whole can be in the curved state.
[0012]
Moreover, according to the winding jig for the wire protection member according to the present invention, the large-diameter inner surface can be surrounded by the large-diameter inner surface that can surround the outer surface with one end spaced from the outer surface of the assembled wire. When moved, the wire protection member can be introduced into the inner surface of the large-diameter inner surface from the winding start portion side, and further, it is continuously and gradually narrowed from the large-diameter inner surface toward the other end. With the small diameter inner surface, the one end edge and the other end edge of the electric wire protection member can be bent to a position where both end edges can be bonded together.
[0013]
In addition, when the assembled wire is already connected by the configuration having a vertical split edge substantially orthogonal to the jig circumferential direction and having a hinge portion that enables opening and closing of the split edge, Even when a connector or equipment is connected to the end portion of the electric wire, the winding jig can be freely attached to any position on the assembled electric wire.
[0014]
Furthermore, the closed state of the winding jig can be reliably maintained by having the lock mechanism for maintaining the engagement between the split edges at the split edges.
[0015]
In addition, with the configuration having the inclined outer surface corresponding to the large diameter inner surface and the small diameter inner surface, when the winding jig is mounted on the assembled wire and moved on the assembled wire, fingers are applied to the inclination of the outer surface of the jig. It can be operated so as to be hooked, which is convenient for operation.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a winding method of a wire protection member and a winding jig according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the winding jig of the present embodiment. FIG. 1 (a) shows an open state of the winding jig and FIG. 1 (b) shows a closed state. 2, 3 and 4 are process diagrams showing a winding method, and FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional schematic view corresponding to the winding process shown in FIG.
[0017]
A winding jig 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a substantially cylindrical member that is tapered on an outer appearance (see FIG. 1B) and an inner peripheral surface, and has one end having a relatively large diameter insertion port 4 and the other end. It has a small diameter outlet 5. The inner wall surface has a large-diameter inner surface 2 on the insertion port 4 side that can surround the outer surface with a space from the outer surface of the assembled wire 20 (see FIG. 2). A conical inner surface gradually narrowed toward the outlet end 5) is formed, and the outlet 5 side of the conical inner surface is configured as a small-diameter inner surface 3.
[0018]
The winding jig 1 has split edges 6 and 7 in the vertical direction (direction along the center line C) substantially orthogonal to the jig circumferential direction, and the split edges 6 and 7 are opened and closed (arrows). It has a hinge portion 8 that enables opening and closing in the Y direction.
[0019]
Further, the winding jig 1 in the present embodiment is not particularly limited with respect to the material, but may be composed of a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyoxymethylene (POM). it can. Thus, by being comprised with a synthetic resin material, the hinge part 8 should just be comprised only thinly, for example, and manufacture is very easy.
[0020]
Further, the winding jig 1 of the present embodiment has a locking mechanism for maintaining the engagement between the divided edges 6 and 7 at the divided edges 6 and 7. That is, for example, the protrusion 16 is formed on the outer surface on the divided edge 6 side, while the outer surface on the divided edge 7 side has a projecting side 17 projecting along the circumferential direction, and the projection 16 is formed inside the projecting side 17. And a recess (not shown) to be fitted. By this lock mechanism, the closed state of the winding jig 1 can be reliably maintained.
[0021]
The winding jig 1 in the present embodiment has a tapered conical shape even in appearance as described above. That is, the outer surface 8 of the jig 1 has an inclined outer surface corresponding to the large-diameter inner surface 2 and the small-diameter inner surface 3.
Therefore, when this winding jig 1 is used (when it is slid along the assembled wire while attached to the assembled wire), the inclined structure of the outer surface 8 makes it easy to grip the jig 1. Yes.
[0022]
Hereinafter, the winding method of the electric wire protection member concerning this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the coiled wire 20 is closed at a predetermined position (position where the wire protection member is wound or in the vicinity thereof) so as to surround the coiled wire 20 from the opened state. Wear (see (b) of FIG. 2).
Then, it has the adhesion part 15 along the one end edge 11, for example,? A sheet-shaped wire protection member 10 made of, for example, is placed along the assembled wire 20 (see FIG. 2B). At this time, the adhesive portion 15 of the wire protection member 10 is made parallel to the assembled wire 20, and then one side 13 (side on which the winding jig 1 is mounted) intersecting the assembled wire 20 is arranged. The assembled electric wire 20 is formed in a ““ ”shape so as to be lightly wrapped (see FIG. 3C and FIG. 5C).
At this time, the adhesive portion 15 and the other end edge 12 are not bonded to each other in the portion wound in the shape of "".
[0023]
Thereafter, the “-”-shaped portion is pushed into the insertion port 4 side of the winding jig 1 (movement in the arrow Z direction). Then, the “letter” -shaped portion exposed from the outlet 5 side of the jig 1 is tightly wound in the direction of arrow M shown in FIGS. 3 and 5D, and one end (side 13) is pressed with a finger.
Here, the edge 13 is adhered to the other edge 12 by pressing the edge 13 with a finger.
[0024]
Thereafter, the winding jig 1 is slid in the direction opposite to the side 13 (arrow X direction) while pressing the side 13 portion of the wire protection member 1 with a finger. With this slide, as shown in FIG. 5 (d), the wire protection member 1 is bent to a half-winding state by the large-diameter inner surface 2 on the insertion port end 4 side and gradually narrows toward the outlet end 5. Due to the inclined small-diameter inner surface 3, it gradually becomes a ““ ”shape.
[0025]
Further, when the winding jig 1 is slid, some parts of the wire protection member 10 appearing from the outlet end 5 side of the jig 1 (adhesives such as A and B shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 (e)). While pressing with a finger the portion corresponding to the portion provided with the portion 15, until the wire protection member 10 is completely exposed from the jig 1 (the end side 14 of the wire protection member 1 passes through the jig 1. The jig 1 is slid (state (f) in FIG. 4).
Thereafter, the winding jig 1 is opened and removed from the assembled wire 20, and the entire end edge 11 corresponding to the adhesive portion 15 on the back side of the upper member is pressed again with a finger, for example, also with the finger 50 for the purpose of adhesion confirmation.
[0026]
Of course, the winding jig according to the present invention need not be part of the conical surface, for example, and the external shape and the shape of the inner peripheral surface can be changed as appropriate.
In the winding method according to the present invention, when the one end (side 13) of the wire protection member is passed through the winding jig, the wire protection member is moved in the above-described embodiment. Of course, you may operate so that it may move.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the winding method and the winding jig of the wire protection member according to the present invention, the wire protection member can be stabilized up to the state immediately before the final winding on the assembled wire using the winding jig. Therefore, there is almost no variation (winding unevenness) in the winding of the wire protection member, and it takes only a short time and the quality and workability are improved.
In particular, according to the writing method and the winding jig of the electric wire protection member according to the present invention, the longer the electric wire protection member is (the longer the portion that protects the assembled electric wire is longer), the more remarkable the effect is. In the low temperature period, a remarkable effect can be exhibited in a state where the assembled wire and the wire protection member are relatively hard.
