GPSを用いた測量方法としては、単独側位、相対側位、DGPS(ディファレンシャルGPS)側位、RTK−GPS(リアルタイムキネマティック−GPS)側位など種々の方法が挙げられる。
【0015】
θtarget=−Δdire−Δaddire (式1)
Δaddire=Arctan(Δfd/Md) (式2)
Δfd=Δd+V×t×sin(Δfdire) (式3)
Δfdire=Δdire+V×t×tan(2×φ)/(L×cosφ) (式4)
Δfdire=Δdire+V×t×tanφ/L (式5)

Next, the GPS in the agricultural scattering work vehicle of the present invention will be described.
GPS (Global Positioning System) is a system originally developed for navigation support of aircraft, ships, etc., and it has 24 GPS satellites (six orbital planes) that orbit about 20,000 kilometers above the sky. It is composed of a control station for tracking and controlling GPS satellites, and a user receiver for positioning. As a surveying method using GPS, various methods such as a single side position, a relative side position, a DGPS (differential GPS) side position, an RTK-GPS (real time kinematic-GPS) side position, and the like can be given.
[0015]
The single side position is a method of receiving information such as the position and time of a satellite transmitted from a GPS satellite with a single antenna. The time required to reach the receiver after the radio wave is transmitted from the satellite is measured, and the distance is obtained from the time and the speed of the radio wave. At this time, a GPS satellite whose position is known is used as a moving reference point, and the position of the observation point is determined by simultaneously knowing the distances from four or more satellites to the observation point.
[0016]
Relative side is a method of using two or more receivers and observing four or more of the same GPS satellites at the same time. Using the GPS satellite position as a reference, each radio signal from the GPS satellite reaches each receiver. Measure the time difference (phase difference of radio waves) to determine the relative positional relationship between the two points (two receivers). Since the radio waves from the same satellite are received at each measurement point, and the radio waves emitted from the satellite pass through similar weather conditions, the difference in the observed values between the two points (two receivers) By taking this, errors such as satellite position errors and troposphere / ionosphere delays included in the observed values can be eliminated.
[0017]
The DGPS (differential GPS) side and the RTK-GPS (real-time kinematics-GPS) side were observed at the reference station by simultaneously performing GPS observations at the reference station whose position was known and the observation point where the position was to be obtained. In this method, data is transmitted in real time to an observation point by a method such as wireless, and the position of the observation point is obtained in real time based on the position result of the reference station. The DGPS (differential GPS) side position performs independent side positions at both the reference station and the observation point, obtains the difference between the position result and the observed coordinate value at the reference station, and transmits it to the observation point as correction information. The RTK-GPS (real-time kinematics-GPS) side measures the phase at both the reference station and the observation point (relative side), and transmits the phase data observed at the reference station to the observation point. The receiver determines the position of the observation point by analyzing the received data and the data transmitted from the reference station in real time.
[0018]
In the present invention, the RTK-GPS side system with high measurement accuracy is adopted, but the other system may be used and is not limited.

[0036]
First, the spraying
Therefore, the operator only has to operate the spraying machine up to the outer edge of the field, and the operator places the spraying machine up to the work start point at a position within the work width (10 meters) from the field edge. It is possible to omit the work of walking out and exiting, and the workability is excellent.
[0037]
Secondly, the spreading
On the other hand, with a conventional spreader, it is not easy to accurately stop at a work start point while operating manually and looking at a monitor. In particular, in the case of paddy fields, it has been necessary to perform the matching of the spraying machine and the paddy rice ears, which is a cumbersome work.
In this way, it is possible to omit the troublesome work of the operator getting on the work machine to the work start point in the field, stopping at the work start point with high accuracy, and walking out of the field and leaving the field. . In particular, the position accuracy of the scattering work vehicle at the time of starting work and the followability to the work route are improved.
Furthermore, if the autonomous traveling program is configured so as to create the work vehicle guide route so that the approach direction to the work start point substantially coincides with the travel direction at the start of the work, the workability is further improved.
[0038]
Third, after reaching the work start point, the work can be started without stopping and contributes to speeding up the work.

In this way, by grasping the distribution of the soft ground in the field, for example, when passing through the soft ground part, the actual traveling speed becomes slow, so the spraying amount can be suppressed and the spraying work can be stabilized. It is. Further, it is also possible to store soft ground distribution data in the field in the
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to easily obtain the soft ground distribution information of the field by superimposing the travel slip rate distribution on the shape data of the
Furthermore, if the slip ratio is extremely large (the actual travel distance is extremely small compared to the expected travel distance), it is considered that the

[0051]
Hereinafter, an example of a steering control method in the spraying
The target control steering angle (θtarget) is expressed by the following (formula 1).
θtarget = −Δdire−Δaddire (Equation 1)
Here, Δaddire (hereinafter referred to as an additional control angle) is an angle formed by the
Δaddire = Arctan (Δfd / Md) (Formula 2)
Here, Md (shown in FIG. 13) in Equation 2 is a target return length, which is a known value set in advance. Δfd is a distance deviation from the target trajectory obtained by calculation from the position of the spreading
Δfd = Δd + V × t × sin (Δfdire) (Formula 3)
Here, V is the traveling speed of the
Δfdir = Δdire + V × t × tan (2 × φ) / (L × cos φ) (Formula 4)
Δfdir = Δdir + V × t × tanφ / L (Formula 5)
Here, φ is the current steering angle, and is measured by a steering angle sensor that is one of the
In addition, Formula 4 is a formula used when a four-wheel steering mechanism is employed as in the spraying
