Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a carriage used for carrying a cargo such as a container on the carriage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of conventional transportation cart, there are those disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-16140 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-285443. This transporting carriage is formed by attaching traveling casters to the four corners on the lower side of the rectangular base, and placing a load like a container on the base and rolling the casters It can be transported by. Further, since a transporting carriage may be connected and transported, a substantially inverted L-shaped connecting rod is rotatably mounted on the base. That is, as shown in FIG. 27, an insertion hole 2 penetrating vertically is drilled at one end of the base 1, and the vertical bar portion 3 a of the substantially inverted L-shaped connecting rod 3 is rotatably inserted into the insertion hole 2. A connecting locking portion 4 projecting downward is projected from the tip of the horizontal bar portion 3 b of the connecting rod 3, and the connecting locking portion 4 is inserted and locked into the connecting hole at the other end of the base 1. It can be done.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the transport carts as described above are transported on a truck bed, but when a plurality of transport carts are arranged side by side on the truck bed, adjacent transport carts can be positioned. However, there is a problem that the transport cart is displaced laterally.
[0004]
In addition, there is a case where the transporting carriage is used by being connected by the connecting rod 3, and at this time, the vertical bar portion 3a of the connecting rod 3 is slid up and down with respect to the insertion hole 2 as shown in FIGS. The entire connecting rod 3 is moved up and down, and the connecting locking portion 4 is inserted into and removed from the connecting hole. However, the entire connecting rod 3 must be translated in the vertical direction to perform the insertion / removal operation. [0011]
Next, a method of using the transport carriage A configured as described above will be described.
[0012]
In a manufacturer such as a parts manufacturer or a food processor, as shown in FIG. 15, a transporting carriage A in which a cargo such as a container is loaded on a platform 1 is placed on a loading platform 38 of a truck 37 for a large number of transportation. The trucks A are loaded so as to be regularly arranged on the loading platform 38. When the transport cart A is pushed by hand in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 15 and loaded on the loading platform 38, the one having the fixed casters 5b is moved as the driver's seat 39 side. In this case, in order to push and load the transport carriage A toward the driver's seat 39 side, it is easier to work when the fixed caster 5b faces the transport seat 39 side and the free caster 5b faces reversely. As described above, the transport cart A is placed together with the luggage and delivered to a distribution center such as a collection / delivery center or a warehouse storage center at 37 on the truck. When delivered to the distribution center, the transport carriage A is unloaded from the loading platform 38 along with the package as shown in FIG. At this time, as shown by an arrow b in FIG. When pulling down the transport carriage A, the free caster 5b is located on the near side, so that it is easy to pull and unload it. In a state where the transport carriage A is lowered from the loading platform 38, the horizontal bar portion 3b of the connecting rod 3 is rotated so as to protrude, and the connection locking portion 4 is inserted into the connecting hole 8 of the adjacent transport cart A. A plurality of transport carts A are connected to each other. In this case, since there is the connecting rod 3 in the direction in which the transport carriage A is pulled down, it can be smoothly connected as it is. The plurality of transport carts A that are lowered and connected from the truck 37 are pulled in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 17 and moved to the shipping place. As shown in FIG. 18, the transport cart A moved to the shipping place is placed on a loading platform 38 of another truck 37 for delivery to a store such as a supermarket or a retail store. At this time, the connection by the connecting rod 3 is removed and the connecting rod 3 is rotated so that the connecting rod 3 is stored in the connecting rod storage recess 10 and the direction of the transport carriage A is reversed as shown by the arrow c in FIG. Then, the carriage A is loaded as indicated by the arrow d with the fixed caster 5b side facing the driver's seat 39 side. Then, the truck 37 delivers the goods to individual stores, and the transport cart A on which the necessary luggage is loaded is dropped. When the transport cart A is lowered at the store, the handle 13 is set on the transport cart A as shown in FIG. The handle 13 is set by inserting the insertion portions at the lower ends on both sides into the insertion holes 12 of the handle support portion 11. Then, in the store, the handle 13 is held by hand and is transported by operating like a wheelbarrow. At this time, since the free caster 5a is pushed so as to be positioned on the traveling direction side indicated by an arrow e in FIG. 19B, even if there is a step or the like, it can be easily traveled and moved. The carriage A with the package unloaded is removed by removing the handle 13 and stacked and collected as will be described later.
[0013]
Next, the characteristics when handling the transport carriage A configured as described above will be further described.
[0014]
Although a load such as a container is placed on the transport carriage A, since the protrusions 22 are provided on the front and both sides of the platform 1, the load can be placed so as not to fall. Further, since there is no protruding edge portion 22 on the rear side of the base plate 1, the load 40 can be loaded or unloaded in the direction of arrow f in FIG. At this time, since the upper surface of the base plate 1 has an upper surface rib 23 having a circular arc shape and a long length in the longitudinal direction, the load can be easily slid in the direction of the arrow f.
[0015]
In addition, when the transport carriage A is loaded on the loading platform 38 of the truck 37, they are arranged so that the edges of the base plates 1 of the adjacent transport carriages A come into contact with each other as shown in FIG. Between the transport carts A adjacent to each other, the positioning projection 7 that also serves as the handle support portion 11 of one transport cart A is fitted into the positioning recess 6 of the other transport cart A as shown in FIG. . For this reason, the transport carriage A adjacent in the front-rear direction can be prevented from being laterally shifted during transportation.
[0016]
Also, the transport cart A that has been emptied by unloading the luggage is recovered again. However, when recovering, a plurality of transport carts A are stacked up and down as shown in FIGS. 22 (a) and 22 (b). The When a plurality of transport carts A are stacked up and down, the casters 5 of the transport cart A positioned above are stacked so as to fit in the stacking recesses 24 of the transport cart A positioned below. At this time, the casters 5 are housed in the stacking recesses 24 so that the casters 5 stacked on top of each other roll and the transport carts A stacked thereon do not fall, and the plurality of transport carts A are moved up and down. Can be stacked stably.
[0017]
Further, when a plurality of transport carts A are connected by the connecting rod 3 and moved in the direction of the arrow g in FIG. 23, the corners of the base 1 of the transport cart A adjacent to each other may collide when turning a corner. However, even if the corners collide with each other, the corner protection cushioning material 36 is attached to the outer surface of the corner of the base 1 so that the impact is buffered by the corner protection cushioning material 36, so that the impact can be absorbed and noise can be absorbed. It can also be prevented.
[0018]
Further, when connecting a plurality of transporting carriages A, the connecting locking part 4 at the tip of the horizontal bar part 3b of the connecting bar 3 is inserted into the connecting hole 8 and when connecting the plurality of transporting carriages A, the connecting bar 3 The connecting locking portion 4 at the tip of the horizontal bar portion 3b is pulled out from the connecting hole 8, but this operation can be performed without the operation of moving the connecting rod 3 up and down as in the prior art. That is, since the insertion hole 2 has the floating recess 9 including the upper floating recess 9a and the lower floating recess 9b, the vertical bar portion 3a of the connecting rod 3 can be swung back and forth. In a state where the bar portion 3b protrudes perpendicularly to the front surface of the base 1, the horizontal bar portion 3b can be swung up and down. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 24 (a) and 24 (b), the connection locking portion 4 can be inserted into or removed from the connection hole 8 simply by moving the horizontal bar portion 3 b up and down. This makes it easy to engage and disengage.
[0019]
Further, when the transport carriage A is not connected, the connecting rod 3 is accommodated. However, the connecting rod 3 can be freely rotated in the direction shown by the arrows h and i in FIG. Therefore, the connecting rod 3 can be stored in either the left or right connecting rod storage recess 10 side. Further, when the connecting rod 3 is rotated and the tip of the horizontal bar portion 3b of the connecting rod 3 is stored in the connecting rod storage recess 10, the horizontal bar portion 3b is fitted into the fitting recess 10c of the rib 10b and the horizontal bar portion. 3 b is pressed against the inclined rib 32, and the horizontal bar portion 3 b is elastically held between the fitting recess 10 c and the inclined rib 32. Thereby, the connecting rod 3 is stored and held only by rotating the connecting rod 3, and the stored connecting rod 3 does not protrude carelessly.
[0020]
Moreover, although the insertion hole 12 of the handle support part 11 which supports the handle 13 has a bottom, since an opening hole 34 is perforated at the bottom, rain water or the like enters the insertion hole 12 when left outside. Even rainwater drains smoothly. In addition, since ribs 35 are provided on the inner surface of the insertion hole 12, the insertion part is elastically supported when the insertion parts at the lower ends on both sides of the handle 13 are inserted into the insertion hole 12, and the handle 13 is set so as not to come off. Is done.
[0021]
The carriage 1 of the carriage A is provided with a pair of handle openings 27 and a pair of handle openings 28. Since the handle openings 27 and 28 are provided at four locations, the carriage A is You can have it from any direction. Further, the opening 27 for the handle is mainly used when carrying the carriage A, and the opening 28 for the handle is used for stacking the carriage A or for lowering the carriage A from the loading platform 38 of the truck 37. Used to do.
[0022]
Further, the outer peripheral surface of the carriage 1 of the transport carriage A becomes a printing surface 41 as shown in FIG. 26. However, since the protrusions 42 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the outer peripheral surface, the printing surface 41 is provided. There is no risk of touching and scratching. Further, since the upper surface rib 23 on the upper surface of the base 1 of the transport carriage A is circular in cross section and provided in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base 1, the transport carriage A is washed even if the upper surface rib 23 is provided. Good cleaning performance.
[0023]
