Description
【0001】

[0032]
Continuous paper used in dot printers varies in thickness and size, from paper for printing data to courier slips. As shown in FIG. 3, processing such as perforation is performed so that each can be cut at a fixed length, and the cut portions are alternately folded. Even if the continuous paper is folded and opened, the habit when it is folded is not easily lost.
[0033]
Conventionally, a cutter is arranged on one side of continuous paper. When the bulge of the turn is directed to the side opposite to the cutter, it is easy to cut the correct position by the tip of the cutter entering along the continuous paper. However, if the bulge of the fold is facing the cutter side, the tip of the fold should be aligned with the tip of the cutter, and the bulge tip will be pushed in to push the continuous paper when the cutter cuts. It is difficult to escape and cut the correct position.
[0034]
As described above, it is very difficult to cut the folded portion of the continuous paper at a correct position with no mechanical variation because the quality of the continuous paper and the habit of folding are greatly affected.
[0035]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional perforation cutter device described above, when the cut command is notified, the page is managed and cut so that the folding perforation position at the cutter position is on the valley side, so the folding perforation position at the cutter position is In the case of the mountain side, there was a disadvantage that the paper had to be fed until the next valley came.
[0036]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A perforation cutter device according to a first aspect of the present invention is a perforation cutter device that cuts a continuous sheet that is folded and folded with respect to a perforation, and the first cutter that cuts the continuous sheet from one side of the continuous sheet. When, to determine a second cutter for cutting the continuous paper from the opposite side of the continuous paper, the direction of the peaks and valleys are present alternately folded portion of the continuous sheet transported under the cutter a determination unit is configured to include an actuating means for actuating the or Re not have a valley folded portion of the continuous paper of the first cutter and the second cutter based on the discrimination result of said discriminating means The
[0037]
The perforated cutter device according to a second aspect of the present invention is the perforated cutter apparatus according to the first aspect, wherein the determining means detects a rising direction of the folded portion of the continuous paper, and the operating means is the folded portion of the continuous paper detected by the determining means. The continuous paper is cut with either the first cutter or the second cutter on the opposite side to the rising direction of the sheet.
A perforated cutter device according to a third aspect of the present invention is the perforated cutter device according to the first aspect, wherein the first cutter is disposed on the printing surface side with respect to the printing surface, and the second cutter is the opposite surface of the printing surface. And when the discriminating means determines that the crest portion of the continuous paper exists on the printing surface side, the actuating means operates the second cutter to remove the continuous paper from the sewing machine. When the discriminating means discriminates that the crest portion of the continuous paper exists on the side opposite to the printing surface side, the operating means operates the first cutter to cut the continuous paper. The paper is cut based on the perforation. [0041]
A perforated cutter device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the first, second or third aspect , wherein a mechanical probe is used for the sensor portion of the discrimination means.
