Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a construction method for attaching a panel for preventing adhesion of marine organisms to a wall surface of an underwater structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In various underwater structures, such as seawater intake facilities in power plants, marine organisms such as barnacles and mussels adhere to the surface, and there is a concern of causing functional deterioration and functional failure. In the past, there was no choice but to scrape and remove attached marine organisms on a regular basis.Recently, various repellent substances that marine organisms dislike have been developed and applied to the surface of subsea structures in advance. In order to prevent and suppress the attachment of marine organisms.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since all the marine organism repellents that have been put into practical use are applied directly to the surface of underwater structures as antifouling paints, the application work can be performed underwater (underwater). Therefore, it is necessary to dry the entire coated surface during the coating operation, and this is not possible when this is impossible.
[0004]
Even if it can be applied dry, it usually requires a large scaffold, and the antifouling paint is layered to a sufficient thickness in order to maintain the effect of repellent substances over a long period of time. Because it is necessary to paint, the construction period will be long, and in any case it will be necessary to repaint antifouling paint in about 1 to several years, so it is necessary to dry every time, In that case, troublesome preparatory work of scraping off already attached marine organisms is also necessary.
[0005]
From the above, the conventional application method of applying marine organism adhesion prevention material directly to the surface of the underwater structure as an antifouling paint is not always easy in terms of construction cost and workability. An effective improvement plan was desired.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above circumstances, the invention of claim 1 is such that a panel for preventing adhesion of marine organisms is attached to the wall surface of the underwater structure, and in particular, a large number of marine organism adhesion prevention materials are applied. The panels are suspended in advance, suspended from the top of the underwater structure to the front side of the wall surface, and each panel is guided to the mounting position. It is fixed to a wall surface.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the panel coupling body is suspended in the sea, and an anchor for fixing the panel submerged in the sea is driven by an underwater tool.
[0008]
The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that each panel is connected by a flexible connector so that the panel connector can be folded and each panel can be separated by cutting the connector.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The construction method of this embodiment is to attach a panel 2 for preventing attachment of marine organisms to the wall surface 1a of various underwater structures 1, and in particular, a number of panels 2 are used as panel connectors 3. It is connected in advance in one direction long, and the panel connection body 3 is suspended from above the underwater structure 1 into the sea, and each panel 2 is fixed to the wall surface 1a by underwater work by the diver 4. It is.
[0010]
The panel 2 in this embodiment is obtained by previously applying an antifouling paint 2b as a marine organism adhesion preventing material on the surface of a panel body 2a made of a resin molded plate such as FRP. The components of the antifouling paint 2b are not particularly limited, but those that generate cuprous oxide and negative ions can be suitably employed. The coating thickness of the antifouling paint 2b may be appropriate, but the useful life (effective period) of a normal antifouling paint is about one year when the thickness is about 0.06 mm (60 μm). As the panel 2 of the form, it is preferable to sufficiently lengthen the service life as a thick coating of about 0.6 to 1 mm (600 to 1000 μm). Of course, the size and thickness of the panel 2 may be appropriate, and the material of the panel main body 2a is also appropriate. However, since it is highly corrosive to seawater, lightweight, easy to handle, and can be manufactured at low cost, FRP is actually used. And optimal. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 3, anchor mounting holes 5 are formed at the four corners of the panel 2, and counterbores with which the heads of the anchors 6 are engaged are provided in the anchor mounting holes 5. .
[0011]
In the construction method of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the panel 2 is long connected in advance in one direction via a connector 7 to form a panel connector 3. A flexible tape-like material is employed, and the panel connector 3 can be folded by attaching it to the back side of the panel 2 so that it can be easily handled during transportation and construction. The connecting tool 7 may be attached to the front side of the panel 2, and the connecting tool 7 may be of any other material or form, such as a wire (wire), as long as the panels 2 can be connected in a foldable state. ) And metal fittings can also be used. However, in any case, the connector 7 is a cutter or the like so that the panel connector 3 can be cut at a desired position as needed, or only the desired panel 2 can be separated from the panel connector 3. It is preferable to use a simple tool that can be easily cut or broken, or that can be easily disconnected.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the construction method of the present embodiment is arranged on the front side of the wall surface 1a by drawing out the panel connector 3 folded in advance from above the underwater structure 1 and suspending it in the sea. . At that time, the weight 8 is attached to the lower end portion of the panel coupling body 3 to prevent the panel coupling body 3 from being lifted and can be suspended without any trouble.
[0013]
When the panel coupling body 3 is suspended to a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. 3, each panel 2 is fixed to the wall surface 1a by driving the anchor 6 into the anchor mounting hole 5 of each panel 2. 4 is performed using an underwater tool 9 such as a water gun. If necessary, a pilot hole for driving the anchor 6 may be formed in the wall surface 1a in advance. Further, in order to absorb the impact on the panel 2 when driving the anchor 6 or to improve the familiarity with the wall surface 1a, a porous buffer such as a polystyrene foam is provided around at least the mounting hole 5 on the front surface or the back surface of the panel 2. It is desirable to attach an elastic cushioning material such as a material or rubber.
[0014]
According to this construction method, by attaching the panel 2 coated with the antifouling paint 2b to the wall surface 1a in the sea, it is possible to effectively prevent and suppress the attachment of marine organisms to the wall surface 1a. As in the case of applying antifouling paint directly to the wall surface, it is not necessary to dry the front side of the wall surface, and there is no need to provide a scaffold in the sea. In addition, it can be carried out in a short construction period, and is optimally applied to a case where an underwater structure whose application surface cannot be made dry even if an antifouling paint is applied is targeted.
[0015]
Further, when the antifouling paint 2b has been used for the panel 2 attached by this construction method, the entire panel assembly 3 can be lifted upward by removing the anchor 6 by underwater work by a diver. Exchange work with a new panel coupling body 3 can be easily performed. In addition, even if marine organisms are attached to the panel 2 to be replaced when performing such replacement work, it is naturally removed by pulling up the panel coupling body 3, so that it is necessary to remove it in advance. Absent. If the antifouling paint is applied directly to the surface of the underwater structure and repainted regularly as in the past, it is not only necessary to dry before repainting, but it has already adhered. However, if the panel assembly 3 is replaced by this construction method, not only is it necessary to dry, but also the removal of marine organisms is necessary. In this respect, too, it is much more rational than the conventional coating method.
[0016]
Further, when it is necessary to replace individual panels 2 instead of replacing the entire panel coupling body 3, the panel 2 to be replaced is separated from the upper and lower panels by cutting the connector 7 or the like. , Just pull it up and attach a new panel 2 there. The removed panel connector 3 or panel 2 may be disposed of together with the attached marine organisms as appropriate, but the marine organisms are scraped off from the panel 2, and the antifouling paint 2b is repainted on the surface thereof. 2 can be regenerated and reused as the panel connector 3.
[0017]
Further, the panel connector 3 employed in the present construction method is not only suspended in the sea as described above and fixed to the wall surface 1a by the underwater work by the diver 4, but also when attached to the wall surface by work in the air. Can be applied. In such a case, use a suspension scaffold such as a gondola instead of underwater work by a diver, and replace the panel against the wall surface by fastening normal anchors or anchor bolts instead of anchor placement with underwater tools such as underwater guns. And fix it.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the invention, a large number of panels coated with marine organism adhesion preventing materials are connected in advance, and the panel connection body is suspended from the upper side of the underwater structure to the front side of the wall surface. Since each panel is fixed to the wall of the underwater structure with an anchor after being guided to the mounting position, it is possible to effectively prevent and suppress the attachment of marine organisms to the wall of the underwater structure, It is possible to efficiently perform the attaching operation, and it is possible to efficiently perform the exchanging operation of the entire panel coupling body.
[0019]
The invention according to claim 2 suspends the panel connection body in the sea and drives an anchor for fixing the panel submerged in the sea with an underwater tool. Even if it cannot be made, it can be applied without any problem.
[0020]
In the invention of claim 3, since each panel is connected by a flexible connector, the panel connector can be folded and each panel can be separated by cutting the connector. It is easy to handle the panel connector in the above, and it is also possible to replace only individual panels.
