本発明は、コンベックススケールを収容するための容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図5は、従来の容器の一例を示す斜視図である。図中、31は平面部、32は収容部、33は折り曲げ部、34は吊下穴、35は開口部、41は台紙、42は吊下穴である。平面部31の一部に膨出した収容部32が設けられ、平面部31の両脇と上部を折り返して折り曲げ部33が形成されている。収容部32には物品を収納する。収容部32の形状は、図5では円筒形状に形成しているが、一般には収容する物品に応じた形状に形成される。また、平面部31と折り曲げ部33の間には、厚紙等の台紙41を挿入して物品の脱落などを防止する。また、平面部31には吊下穴34が設けられており、台紙41の穴部42とともに、例えばフックなどに容器ごと吊り下げられるように構成されている。

本発明は、上述した事情に鑑みてなされたもので、簡単な工程によって製造できるとともに自動化が可能であり、コストを低減し、低価格であるとともに、環境問題にも配慮できるコンベックススケールを収容するための容器を提供することを目的とするものである。

請求項1に記載の発明は、コンベックススケールを収容するための容器において、平面部と、該平面部から膨出して形成されたコンベックススケールを収容する収容部と、該収容部の一部に設けられた開口部と、前記平面部の外周部分近傍に設けられた台形形状の穴部と、該穴部の位置に対応して、前記平面部の外周部分に設けられた側部によって連結された台形形状の舌部が設けられ、該舌部は、前記穴部と同じまたは前記穴部よりも小さく形成され、かつ、前記舌部と前記平面部との間に台紙を挿入するギャップが設けられて、これら各部が一体的に樹脂により射出成形されて形成されており、かつ、前記平面部の下面側と前記舌部の上面側との間に台紙が挿入されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明の容器の実施の一形態を示す斜視図、図2は、同じく要部拡大平面図、図3は、同じく要部拡大断面図である。図中、1は平面部、2は収容部、3は穴部、4は舌部、5は側部、6は吊下穴、7は開口部、8はギャップ、11は台紙、12は吊下穴である。なお、図3は図2中のA−A’断面を示している。従来の容器と同様に、平面部1の一部に膨出して物品を収容するための収容部2が設けられている。図1では、収容部2を円筒形状に形成しているが、一般には収容する物品に応じて形成され、収納した物品の移動による破損を防止するとともに、容器内の物品のレイアウトを保持する。また、収容部2の一部には、物品の一部を収容部の外に引き出したり、収容部の外から触れたりすることができるように、開口部7が設けられている。さらに、平面部1には吊下穴6が設けられており、台紙吊下穴12とともに例えばフックなどに容器を吊り下げることができる。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明によれば、コンベックススケールを収容するための容器において、平面部と、該平面部から膨出して形成されたコンベックススケールを収容する収容部と、該収容部の一部に設けられた開口部と、前記平面部の外周部分近傍に設けられた台形形状の穴部と、該穴部の位置に対応して、前記平面部の外周部分に設けられた側部によって連結された台形形状の舌部が設けられ、該舌部は、前記穴部と同じまたは前記穴部よりも小さく形成され、かつ、前記舌部と前記平面部との間に台紙を挿入するギャップが設けられた構成とすることによって、射出成形のみによって製造することを可能とし、製造工程の簡素化と無人化によって製造コストを大幅に低減することができるとともに、大量生産が可能である。さらに、収容部のように平面部以外の部分に開口を設けるなど、従来の製造方法では1工程で形成できなかった複雑な形状のコンベックススケールを収容するための容器であっても、スライドコア方式などを利用することにより射出成形の1工程のみで形成することができるという効果がある。
