時間差T10=(T2−T1)−(T3/4)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inverter circuit that generates a high-frequency current based on a commercial AC power supply, and an induction heating cooker that heats an object to be heated by supplying the high-frequency current to a heating means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, the induction heating cooker that controls the inverter circuit based on the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current of the inverter circuit is a frequency variable type, and the heating output can be smoothly changed from a low level to a high level. There is an advantage. As a prior art of such a type of cooking device, there is one disclosed in
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2856788 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the method in which the frequency variable control is performed so that the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current of the inverter circuit is constant, the switching frequency of the inverter circuit increases as the input power setting (heating output setting) decreases. . Then, when the control is performed by detecting the phase difference, there is a problem that the change in the phase difference is reduced, the resolution is lowered, and it is difficult to perform fine control.
[0005]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The objective is to provide the induction heating cooking appliance which can improve a control precision, when controlling an inverter circuit by variable frequency.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an induction heating cooker according to claim 1 heats an object to be heated by supplying an inverter circuit that generates a high-frequency current based on a commercial AC power source, and the high-frequency current to a heating means. In things,
Depending on the input power setting, the time difference between the reference phases of the output voltage and the output current of the inverter circuit or the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current is made constant. obtain Bei inverter output control circuit for variable frequency control output.
[0007]
That is, the time difference between the reference phases can be detected with a certain degree of difference even in a high frequency region. Therefore, depending on the input power setting, the control can be optimized if the time difference between the reference phases of the output voltage and the output current or the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current is controlled to be constant. Therefore, the control accuracy can be further improved.
Specifically, the inverter output control circuit controls the time difference between the reference phases to be constant when the input power setting belongs to the low output region, and the inverter when the input power setting belongs to the high output region. The control mode is switched so that the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current of the circuit is constant.
That is, as the input power setting increases, the switching frequency of the inverter circuit decreases. When the switching frequency is lowered, the resolution is lowered when it is attempted to detect the time difference between the reference phases. Therefore, highly accurate control suitable for each frequency range can be performed.
[0008]
In this case, as described in
[0009]
That is, when the input power set value increases, the time difference needs to be shortened accordingly, and when the input power set value decreases, the time difference needs to be lengthened accordingly. In induction heating, control in a frequency region where the load exhibits inductivity is mainly performed. Therefore, if the switching frequency of the inverter circuit is increased or decreased as described above according to the setting of the time difference, it is possible to perform a desired input power setting in a frequency region where the load exhibits inductivity.
[0012]
Further, as described in
[0013]
That is, in the conventional induction heating cooker, when the heating output (input power) is reduced to ½ of the set value in order to determine that it has become a no-load state during the heating control and stop the control. (For example, 1000 W if the output setting is 2000 W) It was determined that there was no load.
[0014]
However, even if the load is appropriate as an induction heating target, depending on the material, the time during which the output current flows greatly or the current flowing through the circulating diode connected in parallel to the switching element constituting the inverter circuit is long. (The frequency setting becomes higher). For such a load, since the temperature rise of the switching element becomes large, it is necessary to keep the input power setting low. However, if the no-load determination is performed as in the conventional case, the lower limit of the setting cannot be set low, which hinders cooked cooking.
Therefore, as according to
[0015]
In this case, as described in
When stopping the heating control of the inverter output control circuit, the switching of the switching elements on the upper or lower arm side constituting the inverter circuit is stopped first, and then the lower or upper arm side is stopped after a certain time has passed. It is preferable that the switching of the switching element is stopped.
[0016]
If comprised in this way, supply of the high frequency current with respect to a heating coil will be stopped by turning off the upper or lower arm side switching element of an inverter circuit previously. Then, if the switching element on the lower or upper arm side is turned off, the current flowing between the inverter circuit and the heating coil can be reduced as slowly as possible.
[0017]

First, when the count value of a carrier wave generation timer (not shown) is “0” (step S1, “YES”), the control circuit 54 causes the timer to start an up-count operation (step S2). Then, set values TM1 to TM3 are set according to the comparison result V P2 from the difference comparison circuit 25 (steps S3 to S5). That is, if V P2 = H (step S3, “YES”), the set values TM1 and TM3 are decreased to increase the frequency (step S4), and if V P2 = L (step S3, “NO”). The set values TM1 and TM3 are increased to lower the frequency (step S5).

In the above processing, assuming that the carrier frequency of PWM control is variable within a range of 20 kHz to 100 kHz, for example, in consideration of insertion of a dead time, the timer resolution (count cycle) is 0.1 μm. More than a second is required.
[0039]
Further, when detecting the time difference or the phase difference in synchronization with the carrier cycle, it is necessary to measure the time from when the upper arm IGBT 11 is turned on by the PWM signal to the zero cross point of the output current of the
[0040]
FIG. 4 is a flowchart of a detection processing routine executed by the control circuit 54. In this routine, the control circuit 54 stands by until a measurement start timing occurs (step A0). The measurement start timing is given by the cycle flag. The cycle flag is a flag generated by the cycle
[0041]
When the control circuit 54 recognizes the occurrence of the measurement start timing by the rising edge of the cycle flag (step A0, “YES”), it then waits for the occurrence of an interrupt (step A1). The interrupt here is an internal interrupt generated in step S14a of FIG. 2 described above, and is generated at a PWM carrier cycle. When the interrupt occurs (“YES”), the control circuit 54 reads the input voltage by the A / D conversion unit 53 (step A2).
[0042]
If the input voltage read at this time suddenly increases or decreases compared to the previous value (step A3, “YES”), a lightning surge has occurred or a commercial AC power supply has failed. Since it is assumed, a stop signal is output to the
[0043]
In steps A5, A6, and A7, the control circuit 54 reads the output voltage, output current, and input current of the
[0044]
Next, the control circuit 54 detects how many kHz the oscillation frequency in the
[0045]
The lower limit value of the input current corresponding to the switching frequency here is set according to the no-load determination curve shown in FIG. FIG. 9 shows the A / D conversion values of the input current measured when the inventors changed the switching frequency of the inverter circuit for various types of pans. As an overall trend, the input current value increases as the frequency decreases.
[0046]
And, when trying to lower the pan from the top plate during the heating control, the output current is not used for heating, so the input current value decreases. In addition, the switching frequency is lowered in order to keep the decreasing input current value constant. Therefore, the no-load determination can be reliably performed by setting the no-load determination curve as shown in FIG. Further, the no-load determination may be set so that the load material determination process is performed, and the lower limit value differs according to the determined material (for example, according to the curve of each material shown in FIG. 9).
[0047]
If the switching frequency is greater than or equal to the lower limit value in Step A9 (“NO”), the control circuit 54 determines whether or not the switching frequency detected in Step A8 belongs to the high frequency region (Step A10). Here, for example, when the maximum input power is 3 kW and the low input area is set to be less than 600 W, the threshold value regarding whether or not belonging to the high frequency area is set to 40 kHz for the iron pan.
[0048]
That is, the high frequency region corresponds to a region where the input power setting (heating output setting) is relatively small (low output region), and the low frequency region is a region where the input power setting is relatively large (high output region). ). If it belongs to the high frequency region (“YES”), the process proceeds to step A11 to detect the time difference, and if it does not belong to the high frequency region (“NO”), the process proceeds to step A12 and between the output voltage and the output current. The phase difference is detected.
[0049]
Here, the time difference detection process in step A11 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the contents of the time difference detection process, and FIG. 6 is a timing chart corresponding to the detection process. First, the control circuit 54 reads the counter value T1 of the (free-run) counter in synchronization with the rise of the output signal (FIG. 6A) of the inverter voltage phase detection circuit 20 (step B1). Next, the counter value T2 of the counter is read in synchronization with the rise of the output signal (FIG. 6C) of the capacitor voltage phase detection circuit 22 (step B2).
[0050]
However, the output signal of the
Time difference T10 = (T2−T1) − (T3 / 4)
Is calculated by subtracting the 90-degree delayed phase in the second term on the right side. That is,
Since T3 corresponds to the switching period (TM3 in FIG. 2), 1/4 of this corresponds to a phase of 90 degrees.
[0051]
Then, the control circuit 54 adds the time difference T10 to the accumulator TS and accumulates it, and increments a counter TC indicating the number of accumulations (step B3). Then, the process returns to the main routine. For example, when the input power setting is 2 kW and the pan is used, the phase difference is set to 35.5 degrees. At this time, since the switching frequency (PWM carrier frequency) is 26 kHz, the time difference T10 is controlled to be about 3.8 μsec.
[0052]
On the other hand, in the phase difference detection process in step A12, the phase difference PD is obtained by calculating the time difference T10 obtained in step B3 as follows.
Phase difference PD = T10 / T3 × 360 (degrees)
Here, FIG. 4 will be referred to again. After execution of step A11 or A12, it is determined whether or not the measurement end timing has occurred (step A13). The measurement end timing is the falling edge of the cycle flag. If it is not the measurement end timing (“NO”), the process returns to Step A1, and if it is the measurement end timing (“YES”), the process proceeds to Step A14.
[0053]
In step A14, a time difference (or phase difference) averaging process is performed. That is, an average value is obtained for a plurality of time difference (or phase difference) data measured during a period in which the period flag is set within a half cycle of the commercial AC power supply. For example, in the case of time difference data, the average value TT = TS / TC is obtained. Then, the obtained average value is output as V P1 to the difference comparison circuit 25 (step A15). This signal V P1 is output to the
[0054]
Then, the control circuit 54 calculates effective values for the input voltage, input current, output voltage, and output current of the
[0055]
Next, when calculating the input power (input voltage × input current) (step A17), the control circuit 54 compares the input power (set power) set by the user with the calculated input power (actual power). (Step A18). If the former is larger than the latter (“YES”), the setting signal V SET in the time difference / phase
[0056]
FIG. 4 shows detection performed for a half cycle of the commercial AC power supply, but the effective value calculated in step A16 is further evaluated by obtaining an average value for a plurality of cycles. In addition, since voltage and current are detected in units of half cycle of commercial AC power supply, if the input current setting is changed by user operation, the PWM control cycle is changed near the zero cross point of the current waveform. It has come to be. That is, the change in the carrier frequency is performed in a period in which the power supply current level is relatively low.
[0057]
Here, the control circuit 54 switches between the time difference constant control and the phase difference constant control in accordance with the determination of the frequency domain in step A10, which will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 7, the time difference control is performed based on the time difference T10, and the phase difference control is performed based on the phase difference PD = T10 / T3 × 360 (degrees).
[0058]
Then, as shown in FIG. 8, when the frequency changes, the time difference T10 directly changes accordingly, but the phase difference PD relatively changes at a rate relative to the period T3. Therefore, in the high frequency region, it is easier to produce a difference in the detected value when the time difference T10 is detected. On the other hand, in the region where the frequency is low, the above relationship is reversed, so that the difference in detection value is more likely to occur when the phase difference PD is detected than the time difference T10.
[0059]
In step A9, if the switching frequency is less than the lower limit value (“YES”), the control circuit 54 performs heating control stop processing in steps A21 to A22. First, the IGBT 11 which is the upper arm of the

In addition, the control circuit 54 decreases the switching frequency of the
[0062]
In addition, during the heating control, the control circuit 54 performs no-load determination depending on whether or not the input current value for the determined switching frequency is lower than the lower limit value. If the input current value is lower than the lower limit value, the control circuit 54 performs the heating control. Since it controls so that it may stop, a heating output can be set to a lower value than the load determination system which drinks conventionally.
[0063]
Further, when stopping the heating control, the control circuit 54 first stops the switching of the IGBT 11 on the upper arm side that constitutes the
[0064]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and the following modifications or expansions are possible.
The detection process shown in FIG. 4 is not limited to being performed in synchronization with the PWM control cycle, and may be executed at intervals of about 200 μs, for example.
The inverter control circuit may be configured using a DSP and a CISC microcomputer instead of the RISC microcomputer. Further, the present invention is not limited to these, and a logic circuit or an analog circuit similar to
The timing for changing the carrier frequency is not necessarily limited to a half cycle of the commercial AC power supply cycle, and may be a multiple of the half cycle.
The frequency variable control may be performed by changing the frequency stepwise according to the input power value.
When stopping the heating control, the switching element on the lower arm side may be stopped first, and then the switching element on the upper arm side may be stopped after a certain time has elapsed.

【The invention's effect】
According to the induction heating cooker of the present invention, the inverter output control circuit, according to the input power setting, the time difference between the reference phases of the output voltage and the output current of the inverter circuit, or the output voltage and the output current Since the output of the inverter circuit is variably controlled so that one of the phase differences is constant, it is possible to optimize the control by selecting an appropriate control form according to the frequency domain, and to improve the control accuracy. Can be improved.
Specifically, the inverter output control circuit controls the time difference between the reference phases to be constant when the input power setting belongs to the low output region, and the inverter circuit of the inverter circuit when the input power setting belongs to the high output region. Since the control mode is switched so that the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current is constant, highly accurate control suitable for each frequency region can be performed.
