従来、ポット苗を移植する苗植機において、操縦席を備える車体にリンクを介して苗植機体を昇降可能に設け、左右に複数個配列された苗載台を相互間に間隔部が複数形成されるよう苗植機体で支持して設け、該苗載台に複数のポット苗を収容するポット苗ケ−スを載置し、苗載台上で繰出装置によりポット苗ケ−スを苗分離装置の苗分離位置へ搬送し、苗分離装置でポット苗ケ−スから分離したポット苗を植付ける構成の複数条植の苗植機が知られている。

この発明は、上記の課題を解決するために、次の技術的手段を講じた。
すなわち、操縦席52を備える車体7の後側に苗植機体9を昇降可能に設け、前記苗植機体9側には、苗植機体9で支持されてポット17を縦横に一定間隔で配設したポット苗ケース1を載置するための苗載台11と、苗載台11から供給されるポット苗ケース1を案内する側面視U字状の苗ケースガイド2と、該苗ケースガイド2の案内通路34始端部でポット苗ケース1の繰出穴18に係合する繰出爪21によりポット苗ケース1を1ピッチ毎に繰出移送する繰出装置13と、ポット苗ケース1に横方向に沿って配設されたポット17の配設数と同数で同じ間隔に設けられた苗押出子3によって横並びの各ポット苗4を押し出すポット苗分離装置14と、該ポット苗分離装置14で押し出されたポット苗4を横並びの苗ホルダ42で保持して下動し櫛状のスクレーパ43によって苗ホルダ42から左右一対の苗受ベルト5の上面に横並びの各ポット苗4を載せ替える載替装置20と、前記左右一対の苗受ベルト5によりその左右両側方に移送されるポット苗4を植付ける苗植付装置15とを設け、前記苗載台11を相互間に間隔部Aが形成されるよう左右に複数個配列した構成の複数条植の苗植機において、各々の苗載台11に対応して施肥装置の施肥ホッパ−55を前記苗ケースガイド2の内側位置に各々設け、平面視で前記施肥ホッパ−55への肥料供給口75を前記間隔部Aに突出させて設け、車体7の後端部から支持されて平面視で苗載台11と重複せず前記間隔部Aのみに位置するステップ部51を設けた複数条植の苗植機とした。

【作用、及び発明の効果】
この苗植機は、機体を走行させながら、苗載台11から供給されるポット苗ケース1を案内する側面視U字状の苗ケースガイド2の案内通路34始端部で、ポット苗ケース1の繰出穴18に係合する繰出爪21によりポット苗ケース1を1ピッチ毎に繰出移送し、ポット苗分離装置14の苗押出子3によって横並びの各ポット苗4を押し出す。ポット苗分離装置14で押し出された横並びの各ポット苗4は、載替装置20により左右一対の苗受ベルト5の上面に載せ替えられ、前記左右一対の苗受ベルト5によりその左右両側方に移送されて苗植付装置15により複数条に植付けられる。そして、各々の苗載台11に対応して施肥装置の施肥ホッパ−55を前記苗ケースガイド2の内側位置に各々設けているので、機体の前後長を縮小させることができ、機体のコンパクト化を図れる。更に、平面視で前記施肥ホッパ−55への肥料供給口75を前記間隔部Aに突出させて設け、車体7の後端部から支持されて平面視で苗載台11と重複せず前記間隔部Aのみに位置するステップ部51を設けているので、前記肥料供給口75への肥料供給を前記間隔部Aから苗載台11が邪魔にならずに容易に行えると共に、苗植機体9を昇降させても苗載台11がステップ部51に干渉することが無いため、ステップ部51を所望の後側位置まで延設することができ、ひいては作業者が車体7側からステップ部51を介して肥料供給口75へ苗載台11が邪魔にならずに容易に行える。

苗植機は、トラクタ車体7の後側に平行リンク8によって昇降自在に連結するもので、苗植機体9の下側には、前端が上下揺動自在のフロ−ト10を有し、上側には、ポット苗ケ−ス1を載せる苗載台11、この苗載台11から供給されるポット苗載台ケ−ス1を繰出装置13によって繰出しながら案内する苗ケ−スガイド2、このポット苗ケ−ス1から各ポット苗4を苗押出子3によって押出分離するポット苗分離装置14、この押出分離されたポット苗4を受けて苗植付装置15へ移送供給する苗受ベルト5、これら苗押出子3によって押出分離されたポット苗を受けて苗受ベルト5上面に載せ替える載替装置20、及び、このようにポット苗4を押出分離させた後の空ケ−スを収容する空ケ−ス収容棚16等を有し、後部には、該苗植付装置15を配設している。

前記スライダ−31は、苗ケ−スガイド2の案内ピン39に長孔40を嵌合させて、一定長さ案内通路34に沿って移動自在で、ばね係数の大きい緩衝ばね63と、ばね係数の小さいばね64とで、吊下げられて、このばね64に抗してスライダ−31が一定長さ下動された位置で緩衝ばね63にも抗して下動できる構成としている。

ポット苗ケ−ス1が前記苗載台11から苗ケ−スガイド2の案内通路34に案内されて供給されたとき既に供給されているポット苗ケ−ス1の後端部との間に間隔があると、この後続のポット苗ケ−ス1の下端縁が前記遮断爪23に衝突する。この衝撃力はばね64及び緩衝ばね63によって緩和される。このとき、繰出爪23の下動量が小さい場合でも、弱いばね64に抗して下動されて、下端のカムレバ−36をカム突子38の作用圏内に位置させることができる。既に苗押出子3が作用中であって、即ち、カム突子38が突出されているときは、該カムレバ−36の先端部がこのカム突子38に接してばね37に抗して外側へ回動されるため、このカムレバ−36乃至遮断爪23の下動を邪魔することはない。しかも、このカムレバ−36の下動位置にカム突子38が突き当ると、遮断爪23がばね33に抗して軸32回りに回動されるために、遮断側23が案内通路34からが引込んで、ポット苗ケ−ス1の係止を外して、下方へ移動させて、繰出爪21の作用圏に供給させる。このとき、遮断爪23にはポット苗ケ−ス1の係止荷重がなくなるから、この遮断爪23はばね64によって元位置へ引き戻される。なお、65はブレ−キ24用のばね、66は係止爪22を軸71回りに案内通路34側へ突出するように張圧するばねである。
