BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner that heats a room, and in particular, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from a refrigerant compressor is led to a refrigerant evaporator through a decompression device and flows in the duct by the refrigerant evaporator. The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner that heats air.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a heating device for a vehicle, there is a hot water heating device that heats the air flowing in the duct by the cooling water for cooling the internal combustion engine to the hot water heater in the duct and heats the air flowing in the duct by the hot water heater. It is common. However, such a hot water heating device has a shortage of heating capacity when the internal combustion engine is started and the hot water heating device is started when the outside air temperature is low and the cooling water temperature is low, that is, at the start of the heating operation. There is a problem of doing.
[0003]
In order to solve the above problems, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-223357, high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant (hot gas) discharged from the refrigerant compressor of the refrigeration cycle passes through the decompression device and enters the duct. There has been proposed a vehicle air conditioner (first conventional example) that assists the heating capacity of a hot water heater by guiding air to the evaporator and heating the air flowing in the duct by the refrigerant evaporator.
[0004]
Also, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-135221, the amount of heat of air in the passenger compartment between the refrigerant compressor, the pressure reducing device, the refrigerant evaporator, the accumulator, and the accumulator between the refrigerant evaporator and the accumulator in the hot gas heater cycle of the refrigerant compressor. The heat absorption heat exchanger is used to absorb heat from the refrigerant, thereby increasing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant sucked into the refrigerant compressor by the heat absorption action of the heat absorption heat exchanger, thereby assisting the heating capacity of the hot water heater. A vehicular air conditioner (second conventional example) has been proposed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the first conventional example and the second conventional example, since the hot water heater is arranged on the downstream side of the evaporator, when the temperature of the cooling water is still low (for example, 10 ° C. or less) immediately after the internal combustion engine is started, Even when air is heated by an evaporator, most of the heat is lost to the hot water heater itself and the low-temperature cooling water flowing in the hot water heater. That is, the heat capacity of the hot water heater hinders the start of the heating operation, and even if an attempt is made to assist the heating capacity of the hot water heater by introducing hot gas to the evaporator, the effect of improving the heating capacity of the entire apparatus cannot be expected. The problem has arisen.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner capable of improving the heating capacity at the start of the heating operation of the entire apparatus by suppressing excessive heat loss of the air heated by the first heat exchanger. There is to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the heating capacity of the second heating heat exchanger detected by the heating capacity detector is equal to or lower than the predetermined heating capacity, the air is heated by the first heating heat exchanger. In addition, by controlling the heat transfer from the heated air to the cooling water flowing in the second heating heat exchanger, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the refrigerant compressor is The amount of heat of the air heated by the first heating heat exchanger guided through the decompression device is not lost to the low-temperature cooling water flowing into the second heating heat exchanger .
[0008]
Further , when the temperature of the cooling water detected by the cooling water temperature detecting means is not more than a predetermined value, all the air heated by the first heating heat exchanger is set by setting the air mix door to the maximum cooling position. Bypasses the second heating heat exchanger. As a result, the amount of heat of the air heated in the first heating heat exchanger is not lost to the low-temperature cooling water flowing into the second heating heat exchanger. That is, by reducing the excess heat loss of the air heated by the first heating heat exchanger, it is possible to improve the heating capacity of the entire apparatus at the start of the heating operation.
[0009]
Further , when the temperature of the cooling water detected by the cooling water temperature detecting means is equal to or lower than a predetermined value, the cooling water having a temperature lower than that of the internal combustion engine is not returned to the second heating heat exchanger by closing the valve device. That is, by reducing the excess heat loss of the air heated by the first heating heat exchanger, it is possible to improve the heating capacity of the entire apparatus at the start of the heating operation.
