Description
【0001】

[0023]
In order to perform ion current detection satisfactorily, a charging voltage of 130 V or higher is usually required. Therefore, in order to prevent the charging voltage from decreasing, it is necessary to use an element having a recovery time of 2 μS or less.

[0025]
In the above configuration example , a rectifying element with a fast recovery time is used. However, when a rectifying element with a fast recovery time is used, a leak current tends to increase when a reverse bias is applied. For example, in the case of a rectifying element such as a diode, in order to increase the recovery time, a heavy metal (gold / platinum, etc.) is deposited on silicon, and is diffused by heat treatment. And since a heavy metal is contained, a leak current becomes large at high temperature.
