Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a packing base that supports and places gas equipment, electrical equipment, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when packing packaged equipment such as electrical equipment and gas equipment, the purpose is to prevent them from moving inside the cardboard box, and to protect them from impact caused by dropping or vibration, external impact, etc. As described above, the equipment is stored in a cardboard box together with various cushioning materials to protect the equipment during transportation and storage. In the case of a relatively heavy packaged device, a method is generally employed in which the device main body is supported and placed on a pedestal, and another cushioning material is provided on the top so as to cover the cardboard box.
[0003]
2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional packing base, a structure having a structure in which foamed plastic such as foamed polystyrene molded in an appropriate shape is disposed inside a cardboard box having an upper opening is widely used. Foamed plastic is a material with an excellent buffering function for protecting the device, and can be easily molded in accordance with the shape of various devices, and has the advantage of increasing the efficiency of storage in the packaging material.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the foamed plastic itself has extremely excellent characteristics, it has various problems in terms of processing after being used as a cushioning material for recent packaging. For example, because the collection route has not been developed, it is disposed of as household waste and has become a major social problem. In connection with this, handling takes time at the time of collection, and the collection cost increases. In addition, incineration and disposal requires high energy, so an incinerator must be maintained.
[0005]
In addition, the base made of foamed plastic has a drawback that it is extremely bulky, has low transportation efficiency, increases transportation costs, and requires a large storage space. For this reason, in this industry, as a substitute for foamed plastics, there has been a wide demand for a packaging base made of corrugated cardboard that has a buffer function and is easy to process and easy to assemble.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present inventor has achieved the present invention as a result of intensive studies in view of the above problems, and is characterized by two support members for supporting and mounting the packaged equipment, and each support member Are arranged and fixed on both sides, and from each side of the bottom plate, the outer plate, the width plate, and the inscribed plate to be in contact with the surface adjacent to the top plate of the support member of the packaged equipment are sequentially extended. A pedestal made of corrugated cardboard constituted by a tray provided on the inner surface of at least a part of the inscribed plate facing the top plate of the support member and surrounding the top plate, with respect to the inscribed plate A support piece that engages with a part of the support member in a substantially vertical and linear manner is provided.
[0007]
Here, the “support member” in the present specification refers to a cardboard member on which the device to be packed is supported and placed. The packaged equipment includes not only devices such as the electrical equipment and gas equipment described above, but also these parts and various materials. In the present invention, the packaged device is placed on these two support members. For this reason, since the weight of the device to be packed is applied to the support member and it is necessary to form it with high strength, the corrugated cardboard material is formed by bending the corrugated cardboard material into a rectangular shape in cross section. Strength is increased by contacting the packaged equipment vertically. Accordingly, the structure of the support member may be any structure as long as at least a part of the corrugated board material is arranged so as to be perpendicular to the packaged device. In addition to the structure formed in this manner, a structure formed by combining a plurality of structures may be used.
[0008]
The “tray” means a plate provided with an inscribed plate that fixes and arranges support members on both sides and makes contact with a surface adjacent to the surface that contacts the support member of the device to be packed. This tray has a structure in which the outer plate, the width plate, and the inscribed plate are sequentially extended from each side of the bottom plate, and the latching piece extended from a part of the end of the inscribed plate is attached to the top of each support member. Engage with the plate and fix. Usually, the bottom surface of the packaged device is placed in contact with the top plate of each support member, and the four surfaces around the packaged device are brought into contact with and supported by the inscribed plate of the tray.
[0009]
The “support piece” is provided on the inner surface side of at least a part of the inscribed plate of the tray that faces the top plate of the support member and is disposed at a position surrounding the top plate. A member that is opposed to a right angle and that continuously engages with a part of the support member located below the right angle. In other words, by providing this support plate on the inner surface side of the inscribed plate at the position facing the portion of the top plate of the support member on which the packaged device is placed, the strength of the portion that contacts the packaged device is increased. Is. Providing at least a part of the inner surface means that only one support piece may be provided at one place in the entire packing base according to the present invention. That is, since the basic structure of the packing base according to the present invention is composed of two support members and trays that are arranged and fixed on both sides, the peripheral structure of one support member is a conventional structure. This is because the supporting piece referred to in the present invention may be provided on a part of the periphery of the other supporting member.
[0010]
The part of the tray that comes into contact with the device to be packed has a certain level of strength due to the latch plate that engages with the top plate of the support member that extends to the front end of the width plate or inscribed plate, but the length of the width plate When the (distance between the inscribed plate and the outer plate) is long or when the retaining piece is not provided, the strength is lowered and the structure does not function as a cushioning material. Further, even if the strength is high, if the deformation that changes the angle of the width plate with respect to the inscribed plate or the outer plate is likely to occur, it does not function as a cushioning material. This is an important problem particularly in a shock absorbing structure constituted by a plate-like member such as a cardboard material. Therefore, by providing the support piece in the above-described state and engaging the support member with a part of the support member in order to maintain the support piece, it is possible to maintain the strength of the portion contacting the packaged device at a high level. .
[0011]
The support piece is formed by utilizing at least a part of the folded piece extending from both sides of each outer plate at the opposite position of the tray. The folded piece is usually provided on the inner surface side of another facing position to maintain the form when assembled in a tray shape, and the front end surface is inscribed by bending it almost at right angles It is made to face substantially perpendicularly to the inner surface side. Then, the bent portion is held in a bent state by engaging a part of the support member. In this case, it also has a function of fixing the support member. Moreover, you may make it form a support piece by protruding a part of member which comprises a support member from a top plate. This is because a part of a member of the support member constituting the box is interposed between the top plate and the bottom plate of the tray in a substantially vertical manner from a hole or notch formed in the top plate. It is formed by.
[0012]
The support piece has a surface facing the inner surface side of the inscribed plate formed into a taper with a short upper end side, and the inscribed plate is correspondingly inclined to have a wider upper end side. You may make it easy to load to such a base. With such a structure, the work efficiency at the time of packing is improved, and it is extremely effective when a handling device or the like is used.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of a packing pedestal 1 according to the present invention, which is a pedestal for packing electrical equipment, gas equipment, etc., and includes two support members 2 and both side portions. It is made of corrugated cardboard and is constituted by a tray 3 which is arranged and fixed on the board. The support member 2 supports and mounts the packaged device A, and the support pieces 4 protrude from four positions on both sides of the top plate 21. The support piece 4 constitutes the support member 2 and is a part of a member vertically extended between the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 31 of the tray 3.
[0015]
The tray 3 has a structure in which an outer plate 32, a width plate 33, and an inscribed plate 34 are sequentially extended from each side of the bottom plate 31, and a latching hole of the top plate 21 of the support member 2 at the tip of the inscribed plate 34. The folding piece 35 extends from both sides of the latching piece 35 to be engaged with the outer peripheral plate 22 and each outer plate 32 at one opposing position. The folded piece 36 is folded into the inner surface side of each outer plate 32 at another opposing position. In this example, one folded piece 36 is folded at a substantially right angle, and the folded portion is used as the support piece 4. The structure is made to engage with the top plate 21 of the support member 2. These support pieces 4 are in contact with the inner surface side of the inscribed plate 34, thereby increasing the strength in the horizontal direction of the portion with which the device A to be packed is in contact. In addition, each support piece 4 has a surface in contact with the inscribed plate 34 having a tapered shape with a narrow upper end side, and each inscribed plate 34 is also inclined so that the upper end side becomes wider along these.
[0016]
The blank sheet of each member which comprises this packing base 1 is shown to Fig.2 (a) thru | or (e). FIG. 5A shows a blank sheet of the tray 3, which has a structure in which the support piece 4 formed by folding the folded piece 36 at a right angle is folded twice. At least one support piece 4 may be provided on the inner surface side of the three inscribed plates 34 facing the top plate 21 of the support member 2 and surrounding the top plate 21. When the length is short (the state on the left side of the drawing), there is no problem even if the folding piece 36 is interposed and is not necessarily provided. However, in this example, a reinforcing piece 37 is provided instead of the support piece 4. The reinforcing piece 37 is extended from the front end of the inscribed plate 34 together with the retaining piece 35, and is bent by a crease provided at the base and supported by contacting the front end to the folded piece 36. .
[0017]
FIG. 2B is a member that is bent into a U-shape and forms two support pieces 4 at the upper and lower ends of the figure. is there. This is combined with a top plate 21 provided with a locking hole 23 for engaging with the support piece 4 in FIG. 5C, and a member that forms a cylindrical body having a rectangular cross section at the top and bottom thereof, and one support member 2 is configured. FIGS. 4D and 4E constitute the other support member 2. The basic structure is the same as that of FIGS. 2B and 2C, but the top plate 21 of FIG. Is provided with a notch 24 for engaging the support piece 4 formed of the folded piece 36.
[0018]
The usage state of this packing base 1 is shown in FIG. This is for supporting and placing the device to be packed A when it is packed. As shown in the figure, the tray 3 is placed around the top of the top plate 21 of the two supporting members 2. The inscribed plate 34 is supported and fixed. In this example, the outer bottom surface portion of the leg 5 of the device A to be packaged is placed on the support member 2, but a hole through which the leg 5 is inserted is provided in the top plate 21, and the base portion of the leg 5 is It is good also as a structure made to mount. Further, when the protruding portion 6 protrudes from one side as in the packaged device A shown in the present example, the width plate 33 and a part of the inscribed plate 34 are attached so that this does not interfere with a part of the tray 3. An opening 38 is formed by notching. If there is something that protrudes from a part of the main body such as the protruding portion 6, the length of the width plate 33 of the tray 3 inevitably increases. Therefore, by placing the support piece 4 in this portion, the strength is increased. Extremely effective. In this way, in a state where the device A to be packed is supported and placed on the pedestal 1 for packing, the periphery of the device A to be packed is appropriately protected with a cushioning material, and the cover 7 made of cardboard is covered from above, and the tape Wrap and pack.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows another example of the embodiment of the support member 2, which is formed by bending a single cardboard material. This is a structure in which a member that forms a rectangular cylindrical body is extended from each side of the opposing position of the top plate 21, and a support piece 4 is further extended from both ends thereof. FIG. 5 shows still another example of the embodiment of the support member 2, in which support pieces 4 are arranged on three sides of the support member 2. This support member 4 is a combination of the above-described embodiment and a member that is further bent into a U shape and has two support pieces 4 formed at one end.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the shock absorber made of corrugated board according to the present invention includes two support members for supporting and placing the device to be packed, and arranging and fixing the respective support members on both sides, from each side of the bottom plate to the outer plate and the width plate. A corrugated cardboard pedestal comprising a tray that is provided with an inscribed plate that is in contact with an adjacent surface and a surface that contacts the top plate of the support member of the device to be packed; On the inner surface side of at least a part of the inscribed plate that faces the plate and surrounds the top plate, a support piece that engages with a part of the support member in a straight line substantially perpendicular to the inscribed plate. By providing, it becomes possible to maintain reliably the horizontal support strength of the to-be-packaged apparatus in a high state.
[0021]
In addition, in order to make it easier to load the packaged equipment on the pedestal, when the inscribed plate of the tray is tilted so that the upper end side is wide, the peripheral surface of the packaged equipment abuts only the lower end of the tray. Even if the plate does not contribute in terms of strength, by providing the support piece that is a feature of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the bent portion of the inscribed plate and the width plate from being deformed and to maintain a predetermined strength. It becomes possible. Furthermore, since the packing base according to the present invention has a structure in which a support piece is provided on the inner surface side of the inscribed plate of the tray, the support piece serves as a guide when the support member is assembled to the tray, thereby improving the work efficiency during assembly. There is an effect to make. And since all the bases for packing which concern on this invention are comprised with the corrugated cardboard, they can be stored and transported in the state of a blank sheet, and the cost accompanying these can be reduced significantly. Moreover, the corrugated cardboard has no problem in processing after use, and has an extremely excellent effect in terms of environment.
