Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging shock absorber used for packing articles such as electric products, and a packaging structure for articles using the packaging shock absorber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when packing various types of electrical products and other articles in a packaging box, a part of the articles is used to prevent external static loads, shocks, vibrations, and other load loads from directly acting on the articles. A packing buffer device for buffering a load is interposed between the package and the inner wall surface of the packaging box.
[0003]
The packaging cushioning device includes a receiving recess for receiving a part of an article, and the receiving recess, which protrudes outward from the receiving recess so as to be away from the article received in the receiving recess, and is stored in the packaging box when the packaging box is stored. And a convex portion abutting on the inner wall surface of the light emitting element. When the packaging shock absorber configured as described above is stored in a packaging box together with an article, an external load is buffered by deformation of a convex portion of the packaging shock absorber.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when articles are stored using the packaging shock absorber configured as described above, the cushioning of the load load at the convex portion is not sufficient, and when the load is applied, the convexity of the packaging shock absorber is reduced. In some cases, the part was not sufficiently deformed and the article was damaged such as a scratch.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging cushioning device having improved cushioning of a load and a packaging structure for articles using the packaging cushioning device. .
[0006]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
In order to achieve such an object, the packaging cushioning device of the present invention has a receiving recess for receiving a part of an article, and in the receiving recess, protruding outward from the receiving recess so as to be separated from an article received in the receiving recess, A convex portion that contacts the inner wall surface of the packaging box when stored in the packaging box, and buffers external loads when stored in the packaging box together with the article by deformation of the convex portion. In the packaging shock absorbing device, the convex portion is provided with a deformation promoting portion on one portion for promoting deformation of the convex portion when a load is applied more than other portions.
[0007]
In the packaging cushioning device of the present invention, a part of the convex part is provided with a deformation accelerating part that promotes the deformation of the convex part when a load is applied, as compared with the other part of the convex part. When a load is applied to the portion from the outside, the convex portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation in the deformation promoting portion.
[0008]
Therefore, according to the packaging shock absorber of the present invention, when a load is applied, the protrusion is easily deformed starting from the deformation at the deformation accelerating portion in this manner, compared to the conventional packaging shock absorber. This also improves the cushioning of the load.
In the present invention, the deformation accelerating portion may be a step portion formed by forming the convex portion in a step shape, and the same effect as described above can be obtained in this case.
[0009]
The deformation accelerating portion is not limited to such a step portion, and may be, for example, a portion having a concave portion such as a through hole provided in a convex portion. In this case, the same effect as described above is obtained. Can be
On the other hand, in the present invention, the convex portion is provided so as to protrude outward of the receiving concave portion at a peripheral portion of the contact portion on the receiving concave side that comes into contact with the end surface on the insertion direction side of the article into the receiving concave portion, The deformation accelerating portion may be provided in a convex portion facing the inside of the peripheral portion.
[0010]
With this configuration, since the convex portion is provided on the peripheral portion of the contact portion on the receiving concave side, when the packaging buffer device is stored together with the article in the packaging box, the contact portion of the contact portion is provided. A gap is formed between a portion forming a central portion other than the peripheral edge and the inner wall surface of the packaging box.
Therefore, when a load is applied from the outside such as after the packaging shock absorber is stored in the packaging box, the convex portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation in the deformation promoting portion, and the receiving portion is easily received. The contact portion on the concave side is deformed so as to protrude toward the gap.
[0011]
In addition, since the deformation promoting portion is provided in the portion near the contact portion on the receiving concave side, that is, in the portion of the convex portion facing the inside of the periphery of the contact portion, the deformation promoting portion is thus provided. When the portion is deformed so as to protrude to the gap side, the contact portion is also easily deformed starting from the deformation at the deformation promoting portion.
[0012]
Therefore, according to this packaging shock absorber, when a load is applied, both the convex portion and the contact portion are easily deformed starting from the deformation at the deformation accelerating portion. In addition, the cushioning of the load can be more suitably improved.
In addition, it is a matter of course that the manner in which the convex portion is provided at the peripheral portion of the contact portion is not limited to a specific one. For example, the convex portion extends at least along a part of the peripheral edge of the contact portion. It may be configured as provided, or a plurality of protrusions having a columnar shape or the like may be provided on the periphery of the contact portion.
[0013]
In addition, it is needless to say that the mode of the deformation accelerating portion in this case is not limited to a specific one. For example, when the deformation accelerating portion is configured as the step portion as described above, the periphery of the contact portion is May be configured as a portion extending along the periphery of the contact portion at the location of the convex portion facing inward.
[0014]
On the other hand, in the present invention, the contact portion on the receiving recess side that comes into contact with the end surface of the article into the receiving recess in the direction of insertion into the receiving recess has a groove recessed in a groove shape away from the article received in the receiving recess. When the packaging buffer device is provided together with the article in the packaging box, the external load may be buffered by deformation of the groove.
[0015]
With this configuration, when a load is applied from the outside such as after the packaging buffer device is stored in the packaging box together with the article, the convex portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation in the deformation promoting portion. In addition, the contact portion on the receiving concave side is easily deformed starting from the deformation of the groove.
[0016]
Therefore, according to this packaging shock absorber, when a load is applied, the convex portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation at the deformation accelerating portion, and the contact portion is also the groove portion. As a result, the cushioning of the load can be more suitably improved by the amount easily deformed starting from the deformation.
[0017]
In addition, in the configuration in which the groove is provided in the contact portion on the receiving concave side, the above-described configuration, that is, the convex portion is formed on the peripheral portion of the contact portion on the receiving concave side so as to protrude outward from the receiving concave portion. It is evident that the combination of the configuration in which the deformation accelerating portion is provided at the portion of the convex portion facing the inner side of the peripheral edge of the contact portion further improves the buffering property of the load. is there.
[0018]
In other words, in this case, when a load is applied from the outside such as after the packaging shock absorber is stored in the packaging box together with the article, the contact portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation of the groove. As a result, the deformation in both the convex portion and the contact portion, which starts from the deformation in the deformation accelerating portion, is more likely to occur. That is, the cushioning property of the packaging cushioning device is more suitably improved.
[0019]
In addition, it is a matter of course that the mode in which the groove is provided in the contact portion is not limited to a specific one. For example, the groove may have a plurality of groove-shaped recesses formed so as to intersect on the contact portion. In this case, at least the same effect as described above can be obtained.
[0020]
Also, the cross-sectional shape of the groove is not limited to a specific shape, but, for example, the groove is preferably formed in a V-shaped cross-section.
In this case, the deformation of the contact portion when the load is applied as described above occurs more easily.
[0021]
In other words, the deformation that occurs in the contact portion having the groove when the load is applied as described above has a mode in which the width of the groove that forms the groove is narrowed. In this case, since the bottom of the groove is square, the width of the groove that forms the groove when a load is applied is smaller than when the groove bottom has a wider width such as a U-shaped cross section. The deformation of the narrowing mode is likely to occur.
[0022]
Therefore, as much as the deformation of the mode in which the width of the groove forming the groove portion is narrowed as described above easily occurs, the portion of the contact portion is more easily deformed when the above-mentioned load is applied, and the packing buffer The buffering of the load by the device is further improved.
In addition, it is preferable that the packaging shock absorber of the present invention is constituted by a pulp molded article.
[0023]
In this case, there is an advantage that the packaging shock absorber can be easily disposed of.
In other words, for example, if the packaging shock absorber is made of a chemical product made of petroleum such as styrene foam, it will not rot permanently even when buried in soil at the time of disposal, Even if incineration is attempted, black smoke and toxic gas are generated at the normal combustion temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to incinerate at extremely high temperatures, causing various problems such as damaging the walls of the incinerator. there were.
[0024]
On the other hand, as described above, if the packaging buffer device is made of a pulp molded article, the packaging buffer device is made of paper, and when buried in soil, it rots, so it is buried in soil. Even if the disposal law is adopted, there will be no problem of causing environmental pollution.
[0025]
Also, when the packaging buffer device is incinerated, the furnace temperature does not need to be extremely high as described above, and the problem of damaging the furnace wall of the incinerator does not occur.
In addition, if the packaging shock absorber is made of paper, it is easy to collect and recycle the packaging shock absorber after use.
[0026]
On the other hand, an effect corresponding to the effect of any of the above-described packaging shock absorbers can also be obtained by an article packing structure using any of the above-described packaging shock absorbers of the present invention.
That is, the packaging structure of the article is a packaging box having a hollow portion for accommodating the article, an article stored in the hollow portion of the packaging box, and any one of the packaging buffer device of the present invention, A packaging cushioning device arranged in the hollow portion of the packaging box such that the portion of the article is received in the receiving recess and the convex portion contacts the inner wall surface of the packaging box; and a portion opposite to the portion of the article received in the receiving recess. And an opposing packaging shock absorber interposed between the inner wall surface of the packaging box.
[0027]
According to this packing structure, when a load is applied from the outside, the convex portion is easily deformed starting from the deformation at the deformation accelerating portion. The various effects described above, such as improvement in the buffering property, can be obtained.
[0028]
