本発明は、側溝用ブロック、擁壁用ブロックなどのコンクリート製品を複数個連結するためのコンクリート製品連結構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
コンクリート製品、とりわけ重量の大きなブロックを多数連結して施工する場合、通り方向及び垂直方向の位置決め作業に手間と熟練を要する。特に、先に敷きモルタル上に設置したブロックに次のブロックを設置する場合、水平位置、垂直位置を合わせる作業はクレーンを用いてブロックの位置の微調整を行わなければならないし、ブロック間の連結面が密着するように寄せる作業も熟練を要する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年においては、いわゆる3Kの労働に対して就労希望者が少なく、熟練者の高齢化にも拘わらず、後継者が育たない状況にある。

本発明が解決しようとする課題は、工具を使用せず、熟練を要することなく、コンクリート製品連結時の正確な位置決め作業及びコンクリート製品間の連結面の密着作業を安全で迅速に容易に行うことができ、作業者の安全を確保し、負担を軽減することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明のコンクリート製品連結構造は、コンクリート製品どうしの連結構造において、前記コンクリート製品の連結面に、抜け止め用爪を内面に形成すると共に補強及び回り止めのためのリブを外周面に形成した連結ブッシュを埋設し、この連結ブッシュに嵌合される連結ピンの両側に、前記抜け止め用爪に係合する小径部を有する頭部を形成したことを特徴とする。

また、本発明のコンクリート製品連結構造は、前記抜け止め用爪を弾性変形可能に形成した。前記連結ピンの中央部は大径部として、位置決め、ズレ防止及び剪断力に耐えるようにする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を実施例を参照しながら具体的に説明する。

図1は本発明の第1実施例を示す連結構造の断面図である。図において、1はコンクリート製品3の連結面に端部が露出するように埋設された連結ブッシュ、2は連結ピンである。図2は連結ブッシュ1の形状を示すもので、(a)は側面図、(b)は(a)のA−A線断面図、(c)は正面図である。連結ブッシュ1はナイロン等のプラスチック製であり、その内面には抜け止め用爪1aが形成されている。切欠部1bは抜け止め用爪1aに弾性を持たせるためのものである。連結ブッシュ1の外周には補強及び回り止めのためのリブ1cが形成されている。
