Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel injector, a fuel injection system having a code portion each seed information is recorded especially.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as regulations on exhaust gas discharged from an engine are tightened, higher pressure of fuel injected into the engine and higher accuracy of adjustment of the fuel injection amount are required. In order to increase the pressure of the fuel and the accuracy of the injection amount, for example, the required high pressure and the higher accuracy can be realized simply by increasing the accuracy of the components of the fuel injection pump or injector constituting the fuel injection system. It is difficult. Therefore, it is considered to correct the performance of the component device by electrically controlling the component device. In this case, different operating characteristics for each individual component device are recorded as a portion of the component device as operation property data, and the operation characteristics of the component device are corrected by a control device such as an ECU using the recorded operation characteristic data. Predetermined performance is ensured.
As a method for recording the characteristics of each component device, for example, a fuel injection device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-238857 and a fuel injector disclosed in Japanese Translation of PCT International Publication No. 2000-501155 are known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the fuel injection device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-238857, a nonvolatile memory device is mounted on the injector, and operation characteristic data for each injector is recorded in the memory device. Further, according to the fuel injector disclosed in Japanese translation of PCT publication No. 2000-501155, a barcode is formed on the fuel injector, and operation characteristic data for each injector is recorded on the barcode. By recording different operation characteristic data for each individual in a memory device or as a bar code, the data acquisition performance is improved in an adverse environment such as surrounding oil or heat. Further, the bar code is directly engraved as in the fuel injector disclosed in JP-T-2000-501155, thereby preventing the loss of the member in which the operation characteristic data is recorded.
[0004]
However, in the case of the fuel injection device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-238857, there is a problem that it is necessary to install a memory device in each injector, resulting in an increase in cost. In addition, the memory device has low heat stability, and there is a possibility that recorded data may be lost or reading performance may be deteriorated under a high temperature environment.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the case of the fuel injector disclosed in Japanese Translation of PCT International Publication No. 2000-501155, there is a problem that if the bar code is contaminated by surrounding oil or the like, the information reading performance deteriorates and accurate reading becomes difficult. In addition, depending on the portion where the barcode is formed, it is difficult to read the barcode due to the color of surrounding members.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection device that improves information reading performance in a bad environment without increasing the number of parts.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the fuel injection device of the first aspect of the present invention, the ground portion is a connector, and when the ground portion and the code portion are read by the optical imaging means, the gradation difference of the output digital output value is a predetermined value. The luminance difference is set so as to be larger than the size. For example, when a CCD is used as the optical imaging means, an analog electrical signal output from the CCD is converted into a digital gradation signal and output. At this time, the background portion and the code portion are set such that the difference between the luminance gradation of the portion corresponding to the background portion output from the CCD and the luminance gradation of the portion corresponding to the code portion is equal to or larger than a predetermined magnitude. The color is set. By setting the color, the code portion is clearly marked on the base portion, and the data recorded in the code portion can be read without error. Therefore, the reading performance of the data recorded in the code part can be improved even in a bad environment.
[0009]
According to the fuel injection device of the second aspect of the present invention, the base portion is made of resin. Therefore, for example, the cord part can be prevented from being lost by marking the cord part on the connector of the power supply part of the component device. Further, by selecting the color of the resin forming the base portion, the luminance difference from the formed code portion can be set to a predetermined size or more. Furthermore, by forming the cord portion with resin, the cord portion can be formed by a simple method such as laser engraving.
[0010]
According to the fuel injection device of the third aspect of the present invention, the cord portion has the QR cord. Therefore, for example, the amount of data that can be recorded is larger than that of a bar code or the like, and the occurrence of reading errors can be reduced. In addition, since the area necessary for forming the QR code is small, it is easy to secure a part for forming the QR code.
