BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cylinder device that can be used as a fluid transportation device, a fluid motor, and the like, and more particularly to a rotary cylinder device in which a piston enters and exits a cylinder chamber by a rotational motion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a rotary pump using a special cam shape is known. However, in the case of this type of device, it is difficult to process parts, resulting in an increase in cost. Therefore, in order to eliminate such drawbacks, the applicant has previously developed a rotary cylinder device having a configuration that does not require gear parts in the intake / exhaust portion (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-118501, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-57). 87184 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-92486).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the rotary cylinder device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-118501 has a configuration that does not use an internal meshing type spur gear that requires advanced know-how to improve meshing accuracy. [0010]
On the other hand, in the case of a type in which the cylinder chamber rotates together with the rotary piston member, the shape of each piston is substantially circular with an outer diameter substantially equal to the lateral width of the cylinder chamber, unlike the type in which the cylinder chamber is fixed. Is formed. This is because the cylinder member also rotates in the same direction as the rotary piston member, so that when the piston enters and exits the cylinder chamber, a smooth operation can be performed even if there is almost no gap between the piston and the cylinder chamber. However, in this type, since the contact surface between the piston and the cylinder chamber is composed of the outer peripheral surface of the circular piston and the inner wall of the linear cylinder chamber, the area of the contact surface is small. However, it cannot be denied that there is a risk that the fluid leaks due to the inability to withstand the pressure of the fluid and the pump efficiency drops.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary cylinder device capable of preventing fluid leakage from a contact portion between a piston and a cylinder member and, as a result, capable of highly efficient rotation.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the rotary cylinder device of the present invention communicates with a cavity formed around a rotation axis, and faces the cavity with the cavity interposed therebetween.Has two or more pairs of cylinder chambersA circular rotating cylinder member and a piston holding member that rotates about a rotation center position that is eccentric from the rotation axis of the rotation cylinder member are rotatably supported by the support members, respectively, from the rotation center position of the piston holding member. The eccentric rotation center position holds the piston so as to be rotatable about the position, and the piston itself rotates about the rotation center position by the relative rotation of the rotating cylinder member and the piston holding member. Further, by rotating around the rotation center position, the piston performs a reciprocating linear motion relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, and enters and exits both of the pair of cylinder chambers. The piston is formed in a rectangular shape, and the front and rear surfaces of the piston in a reciprocating linear motion are each formed in an arc shape and the cross section in the moving direction is It is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped block shape, and the opposed surface of the cylinder chamber to the piston and the opposed surface of the piston to the cylinder chamber are contact surfaces formed in parallel to each other, and the piston When moving from one cylinder chamber between the cylinder chambers to the other cylinder chamber, the length in the moving direction of the piston is made larger than the length of the cavity so as to engage with both cylinder chambers, Guide means for stabilizing the reciprocating linear movement of the piston relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, and a suction port and a discharge port formed in the support member and connected to the cylinder chamber are provided.
[0013]
Therefore, the rotating cylinder member having the cylinder chamber and the piston holding member having the piston can rotate while being supported by the support member, respectively, and the piston held by the piston holding member also rotates by itself. It is possible to move in and out of each cylinder chamber by linear motion while changing the posture of the piston. As a result, even if the shape of the piston is matched to the shape of the cylinder chamber, for example, a block shape in which the entire surface is formed as a flat surface, each member can smoothly rotate. As a result, it becomes easy to make the piston, and it becomes easy to increase the accuracy of the piston. In addition, since the piston performs a reciprocating linear motion relative to the pair of cylinder chambers and enters and exits both of the pair of cylinder chambers, the piston reciprocates smoothly between the cylinder chambers, and each member is more smoothly moved. It becomes a stable mechanism that operates, and is configured to reduce vibration and noise during rotation. Further, when the piston moves from one cylinder chamber between a pair of cylinder chambers to the other cylinder chamber, the length of the piston in the moving direction of the cavity is set so that both piston chambers engage with each other. Since it is larger than the length, the piston can move more reliably between the pair of cylinder chambers facing each other when passing through the cavity. Moreover, since the guide means for stabilizing the reciprocating linear motion of the piston relative to the pair of cylinder chambers is provided, the reciprocating linear motion of the piston reciprocating between the pair of cylinder chambers is stabilized.Furthermore, the opposed surface of the cylinder chamber to the piston and the opposed surface of the piston to the cylinder chamber are contact surfaces formed in parallel to each other. Therefore, the contact area between the opposing surfaces is large, and the contact resistance of the fluid at the contact portion is increased, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the fluid from leaking through the contact surface.
[0014]
In addition, the rotary cylinder device according to another invention communicates with a cavity formed around the rotation axis and faces the cavity with the cavity interposed therebetween.Has two or more pairs of cylinder chambersA circular rotating cylinder member and a piston holding member that rotates about a rotation center position that is eccentric from the rotation axis of the rotation cylinder member are rotatably supported by the support members, respectively, from the rotation center position of the piston holding member. At the eccentric rotation center position, the piston is held so as to be rotatable about the position, and the relative rotation between the rotating cylinder member and the piston holding member causes the piston to reciprocate linearly relative to the pair of cylinder chambers. The cylinder chamber is formed with a rectangular cross section in the moving direction of the piston, and the piston is formed with arcuate front and rear surfaces during reciprocating linear motion. The cross section in the moving direction is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped block shape having a rectangular shape, the opposed surface of the cylinder chamber to the piston, and the piston cylinder When the piston moves from one cylinder chamber between a pair of cylinder chambers to the other cylinder chamber, both cylinders face each other and are opposed to each other. A guide means for stabilizing the reciprocating linear motion of the piston relative to the pair of cylinder chambers and a support member are formed so that the length in the moving direction of the piston is larger than the length of the cavity so as to engage with the chamber. And a suction port and a discharge port connected to the cylinder chamber.
[0015]
For this reason, when the piston enters and exits each cylinder chamber, each piston and each cylinder chamber come into contact with each other in a plane. As a result, the contact area is small as in the prior art, and the contact surface is formed by so-called line contact so that the fluid resistance at the contact surface is large, and fluid leakage can be prevented more reliably. it can. Therefore, it is possible to widen the tolerance range of parts accuracy, making it easy to process parts, and conversely, if the parts precision is the same level as before, the airtightness and reliability are improved, so the pump performance is improved. It becomes easy to make. Also, because the piston performs a reciprocating linear motion relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, the piston moves in and out of both the pair of cylinder chambers.,By forming the contact surface in a straight line, the degree of adhesion of the contact surface can be increased, and fluid leakage from the contact site can be more reliably prevented.
[0016]
The ratio of the number of rotations of the rotating cylinder member to the number of rotations of the piston holding member to the number of operations of reciprocating between the cylinder chambers of the piston is set so that the length of the piston in the moving direction is larger than the length of the cavity so as to engage the chamber. Is 1: 2: 1, and includes a guide means for stabilizing the reciprocating linear motion of the piston relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, and a suction port and a discharge port formed in the support member and connected to the cylinder chamber. . Therefore, each member reliably rotates without difficulty, and vibration and noise during rotation are reduced.
[0018]
In addition to the above inventions, the rotary cylinder device of another inventionThe rotating cylinder member, the piston holding member, and the piston are respectively arranged so as to perform a constant angular velocity motion. Therefore, each member rotates smoothly and becomes the structure by which the vibration and noise at the time of rotation are reduced.
[0019]
In addition to the above-described inventions, the rotary cylinder device of another invention is provided with a suction port and a discharge port at positions facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotating cylinder member of the support member. For this reason, if each cylinder chamber is configured to communicate with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating cylinder member, each cylinder chamber can be communicated with the suction port and the discharge port with a simpler configuration. In addition, the suction port and the discharge port and the cylinder chambers can be arranged in a straight line at the time of suction and discharge, so that the suction and discharge operations are smoothed, and quietness and pump efficiency are improved.
[0021]
In addition to the above-described inventions, the rotary cylinder device of another invention arranges magnetic fluid in a gap formed between the outer surface of the piston entering and exiting the cylinder chamber and the inner wall of the cylinder chamber, and the gap To fill in. Therefore, a slight gap between the portions where the piston and the cylinder member face each other is more reliably sealed, and the leakage of fluid from the contact portion can be prevented more reliably.
[0022]
In addition to the above-described inventions, the rotary cylinder device according to another invention transmits an external driving force to a drive shaft disposed at the rotation axis of the rotary cylinder member to rotate the rotary cylinder member. Thus, the piston and the piston holding member are driven. For this reason, a so-called center drive type can be realized, and when the drive shaft is directly connected to the motor, the product can be stored well, and it is advantageous in terms of vibration and incorporation.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the rotary cylinder device of the present invention, the rotary cylinder member having the cylinder chamber and the piston holding member having the piston can be rotated while being supported by the support member, respectively, and the piston holding The piston held by the member is also rotatable, and the piston can freely enter and exit each cylinder chamber while changing its posture. As a result, even if the shape of the piston is matched to the shape of the cylinder chamber, for example, a block shape in which the entire surface is formed as a flat surface, each member can smoothly rotate. Moreover, because of such a configuration, it is possible to increase the contact area between the piston and the cylinder chamber, and it is possible to prevent fluid leakage from the contact surface portion. Further, since the piston has a simple structure, it is easy to make the piston and the accuracy can be easily obtained.
[0087]
Further, in the rotary type cylinder device of another invention, when the piston enters and exits each cylinder chamber, each piston and each cylinder chamber come into contact with each other in a plane, so that the contact area is small as in the prior art, so-called line contact. Therefore, the fluid resistance at the contact surface is larger than that in which the contact surface is formed, and fluid leakage can be prevented more reliably. As a result, the airtightness of each space defined by each piston and the cylinder chamber is increased, and it is possible to perform an efficient fluid transport operation.
[0088]
In the rotary cylinder device according to another aspect of the invention, the ratio of the rotational speed of the rotating cylinder member to the rotational speed of the piston holding member and the number of operations of reciprocating between the cylinder chambers of the piston is 1: 2: 1. Therefore, each member reliably rotates without difficulty, and vibration and noise during rotation are reduced.

A circular rotating cylinder member having two or more pairs of cylinder chambers that communicate with a hollow portion formed around the rotating shaft center and are opposed to each other with the hollow portion interposed therebetween, and eccentric from the rotating shaft center of the rotating cylinder member The piston holding member that rotates about the rotation center position that has been rotated is supported rotatably on the support member,
At the rotation center position eccentric from the rotation center position of the piston holding member, the piston is held so as to be rotatable around the position,
By the relative rotation of the rotating cylinder member and the piston holding member, the piston performs a reciprocating linear motion relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, and enters and exits both of the pair of cylinder chambers.
The cylinder chamber has a rectangular cross section in the moving direction of the piston,
The piston is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped block shape in which the front and rear surfaces at the time of reciprocating linear motion are each formed in an arc shape and the cross section in the movement direction is a rectangular shape,
The facing surface of the cylinder chamber to the piston and the facing surface of the piston to the cylinder chamber are contact surfaces formed in parallel with each other,
When the piston moves from one cylinder chamber between the pair of cylinder chambers to the other cylinder chamber, the length of the piston in the moving direction is set so as to engage with both cylinder chambers. Larger than the length of the part,
The ratio of the number of rotations of the rotating cylinder member to the number of rotations of the piston holding member to the number of operations of the piston reciprocating between the cylinder chambers is 1: 2: 1,
A rotary type comprising guide means for stabilizing the reciprocating linear movement of the piston relative to the pair of cylinder chambers, and a suction port and a discharge port formed in the support member and connected to the cylinder chamber. Cylinder device.
