上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、炊飯器の蓋に蒸気孔ユニットを着脱自在に取付け、該蒸気孔ユニットに設けた蒸気入口をパッキンを介して蓋の蒸気通路に連通せしめ、炊飯器本体の内部で発生した蒸気を前記蒸気入口から蒸気孔ユニットを通じて蓋の蒸気孔から外部に排出するようにした炊飯器の蒸気排出構造において、前記蒸気孔ユニットを水平支点により揺動可能に取付けるとともに、その蒸気孔ユニットの一端部に押下げ部、他端部と水平支点間の下面に前記の蒸気入口をそれぞれ設け、前記パッキンの外周縁と内周縁の間にテーパ部を形成し、そのテーパ部を前記外周縁を基準にして内周縁が下位となる下位安定状態と、上位となる上位安定状態に反転変形可能な形状に形成し、該パッキンの内周縁を前記蒸気孔ユニットの蒸気入口に、またその外周縁を前記蒸気通路にそれぞれ装着した構成を採用した。
