Description
【0001】
DA1 =(R2 −S)/R1
DA2 =(R2 )/R1

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to noise reduction and higher performance of an axial blower widely used in air conditioners and refrigerator-freezers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an axial blower used in an air conditioner or the like is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-169295. FIG. 10 shows the structure of a conventional axial blower such as an air conditioner, wherein 1 is an axial flow impeller directly connected to the motor-2, 3 is a hub, 4 is a plurality fixed to the
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the above-described configuration, the flow velocity at the outer peripheral portion of the
[0004]
Therefore, the turbulent flow noise generated from the axial blower is increased under the high static pressure operating point condition, and the air blowing performance is deteriorated. In particular, in recent years, miniaturization of products has been demanded, and axial fans used in air conditioners and the like are often used under high static pressure conditions with high ventilation resistance.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an axial blower that has high air blowing performance and low turbulence noise even at a high static pressure operating point with high ventilation resistance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The axial blower of the present invention is provided on the outside of the axial flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and the orifice ring. A second orifice ring that is substantially concentric and has a higher axial height than the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring and separates the suction air passage and the discharge air passage It is composed of.
[0007]
As a result, an axial blower with high air blowing performance and low turbulent noise can be obtained even at a high static pressure operating point with high ventilation resistance.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Claim 1 of the present inventionAccording to the invention, an axial-flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and a substantially concentric circle provided outside the orifice ring And a second orifice ring that is higher in the axial direction than the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring and partitions the suction air passage and the discharge air passage The second orifice ring is provided with a ventilation hole in the vicinity of the attachment portion to the partition plate, and the airflow at the outer peripheral portion of the axial-flow impeller having a large turbulence and a radial component is high-speed. Although it peels once when it flows out from the tip of the orifice ring, it flows through the space without the wall surface between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring, and then reattaches to the second orifice ring. At this time, since the flow once separated from the tip of the first orifice ring flows in a space without a wall surface, the turbulence is mitigated in the space, and the turbulence of the air flow is further reduced by reattaching to the second orifice ring. Reduced generation of turbulent noise. In addition, since the cross-sectional area of the second orifice ring is slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of the first orifice ring, and the flow area of the airflow is enlarged stepwise, the flow velocity is decelerated stepwise and the dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure. Becomes stepwise, the static pressure characteristics are improved, and the blowing performance is improved.
[0010]
In addition, since a part of the airflow flowing out from the first orifice ring flows out from the vent hole to the outside, a force for attracting the airflow acts in the direction of the vent hole in the second orifice ring, and the airflow is 2 is stably reattached to the
[0011]
Claim 2According to the invention, an axial-flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and a substantially concentric circle provided outside the orifice ring And a second orifice ring that is higher in the axial direction than the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring and partitions the suction air passage and the discharge air passage And provided with a communication hole communicating between the space surrounded by the partition plate, the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring and the suction air passage, and the turbulence is large at high speed in the radial direction. The airflow at the outer peripheral portion of the axial-flow impeller having a component is once separated when it flows out from the tip of the first orifice ring, but there is no wall surface between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring. Flowed , Reattach to the second orifice ring.
[0012]
Further, since the air in the second orifice ring communicates with the suction air passage of the axial blower through the communication hole, the air flow in the second orifice ring is strongly sucked in the direction of the communication hole, and the first The airflow that flows out from the tip of the orifice ring adheres to the second orifice ring at an early stage. By reattaching the airflow at an early stage, the turbulence of the airflow is further reduced and the level of turbulent noise is reduced. Moreover, when the axial blower sets the discharge direction upward, the vent hole functions as a drain hole during rain, and has an action of preventing rainwater from accumulating between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring.
[0013]
Claim 3According to the invention, an axial-flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and a substantially concentric circle provided outside the orifice ring And a second orifice ring having an axial height higher than that of the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and partitions the suction air passage and the discharge air passage. The entire lower end of the ring is the open end,
The airflow at the outer periphery of the axial flow impeller having a large radial component with high turbulence is relaxed in the space because the flow once separated from the tip of the first orifice ring flows in a space without a wall surface. Further, by reattaching to the second orifice ring, the turbulence of the airflow is further reduced and the generation of turbulent noise is suppressed. In addition, since the cross-sectional area of the second orifice ring is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first orifice ring, and the flow area of the air flow increases stepwise, the flow velocity is decelerated stepwise and the dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure. Stepwise, the static pressure characteristics are improved, and the blowing performance is improved.
[0014]
In addition, since the entire circumference of the lower end portion of the second orifice ring is an open end portion, the air flow in the second orifice ring also flows out from the open end portion, so the air flow is strongly sucked in the direction of the open end portion, The airflow flowing out from the tip of the first orifice ring adheres to the inner wall of the second orifice ring at an early stage. By reattaching the airflow at an early stage, the turbulence of the airflow is further reduced and the level of turbulent noise is reduced.
[0015]
Furthermore, when the axial blower sets the discharge direction upward, the open end portion of the entire circumference of the lower end portion of the second orifice ring serves as a drainage hole during rainfall, and the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring In addition to preventing rainwater from accumulating in the meantime, the airflow discharged from the open end of the entire circumference of the lower end of the second orifice ring blows off the snow around the first and second orifice rings during snowfall. Preventing snow accumulation near the axial blower.
[0016]
Claim 4According to the invention, an axial-flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and a substantially concentric circle provided outside the orifice ring And a second orifice ring having an axial height higher than that of the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and partitions the suction air passage and the discharge air passage. The center axis of the ring and the center axis of the second orifice ring are mounted eccentrically,
The airflow at the outer periphery of the axial flow impeller having a large radial component with high turbulence is relaxed in the space because the flow once separated from the tip of the first orifice ring flows in a space without a wall surface.
[0017]
In addition, since the central axis of the first orifice ring and the central axis of the second orifice ring are mounted eccentrically, the expansion ratio of the air passage area of the orifice ring can be partially adjusted. If there is a partial imbalance in the ventilation resistance of the suction air passage, increasing the static area recovery rate of the dynamic pressure by increasing the air passage area expansion rate of the orifice ring in the portion where the ventilation resistance is high will reduce the discharge loss. Can be reduced.
[0018]
Claim 5According to the invention, an axial-flow impeller, a substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds an outer periphery of a rear edge portion of the impeller and has a front end portion as an open end, and a substantially concentric circle provided outside the orifice ring And a second orifice ring having an axial height higher than that of the first orifice ring, and a partition plate that fixes the first orifice ring and partitions the suction air passage and the discharge air passage. The discharge side open end of the ring is inclined,
The airflow at the outer periphery of the axial flow impeller having a large radial component with high turbulence is relaxed in the space because the flow once separated from the tip of the first orifice ring flows in a space without a wall surface.
[0019]
Further, since the discharge-side open end of the first orifice ring is inclined, the lap dimension between the first orifice ring and the axial flow impeller can be partially adjusted, and the suction air passage of the axial flow blower When there is a partial imbalance in the ventilation resistance, the height of the first orifice ring is increased in the portion where the ventilation resistance is high, thereby increasing the lap size between the first orifice ring and the axial flow impeller. Therefore, air turbulence due to interference between the outer peripheral end of the axial flow impeller and the inner wall of the first orifice ring is generated by generating a high static pressure and lowering the height of the first orifice ring at the portion where the draft resistance is low. And flow loss can be reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the axial flow impeller, the substantially cylindrical first orifice ring that surrounds the outer periphery of the rear edge portion of the impeller and has the tip end as an open end, and the outside of the orifice ring A second orifice ring that is substantially concentric and is higher in the axial direction than the first orifice ring, the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring are fixed, and the suction air passage and the discharge air passage are partitioned. By constructing an axial blower from the partition plate, the airflow once separated from the orifice is reattached to reduce the turbulence of the airflow, and the configured air layer will relieve the pressure pulsation of the turbulent flow, thereby reducing the turbulent noise. In addition to suppressing the flow area of the airflow to be discharged in stages, the dynamic pressure can be effectively converted to static pressure to improve the blowing performance.
[0058]
In addition, by using an axial blower in which a vent hole is provided in the vicinity of the attachment portion of the second orifice ring to the partition plate, the air flow once separated from the orifice is stably reattached by the attraction action, and the configured air layer This reduces the turbulent pressure pulsation, stabilizes and suppresses turbulent noise, and gradually expands the flow area of the discharged airflow, effectively converting dynamic pressure to static pressure. The air blowing performance can be improved. Moreover, when the axial blower is used with the discharge direction upward, the vent hole acts as a drainage hole during rain, and rain water can be prevented from accumulating between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring. .
[0059]
In addition, the axial flow fan provided with a vent hole communicating between the space surrounded by the partition plate, the first orifice ring, and the second orifice ring and the suction air passage is once separated from the orifice. The airflow is reattached early by the suction action, and the configured air layer relaxes the turbulent pressure pulsation, effectively reducing turbulent noise and expanding the flow area of the discharged airflow in stages. In addition, a diffuser effect is also obtained, and the dynamic pressure can be effectively converted into a static pressure to improve the blowing performance. Moreover, when the axial blower is used with the discharge direction upward, the vent hole acts as a drainage hole during rain, and rain water can be prevented from accumulating between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring. .
[0060]
Further, by making the entire circumference of the lower end portion of the second orifice ring an open end portion, and further when the axial blower sets the discharge direction upward, the open end portion of the entire circumference of the lower end portion of the second orifice ring is Acts as a drain hole during rain, prevents rain water from accumulating between the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring, and at the open end of the entire circumference of the lower end of the second orifice ring during snowfall The airflow discharged from the air blows off the snow around the first orifice ring and the second orifice ring, thereby preventing snow accumulation near the axial blower.
[0061]
Further, by attaching the central axis of the first orifice ring and the central axis of the second orifice ring eccentrically, the air passage area expansion rate of the orifice ring can be partially adjusted, and the axial flow When there is a partial imbalance in the ventilation resistance of the suction air passage of the blower, the static pressure recovery rate of the dynamic pressure is increased by increasing the air passage area expansion rate of the orifice ring in the portion where the ventilation resistance is high, and the discharge loss Can be reduced.
[0062]
Further, by inclining the discharge side open end of the first orifice ring, the lap dimension between the first orifice ring and the axial flow impeller can be partially adjusted, and the suction air of the axial flow blower can be adjusted. When there is a partial imbalance in the draft resistance of the road, the height of the first orifice ring is increased in the portion where the draft resistance is high, so that the lap dimension between the first orifice ring and the axial flow impeller is reduced. Air flow caused by interference between the outer peripheral end of the axial flow impeller and the inner wall of the first orifice ring by increasing the size, generating a high static pressure, and lowering the height of the first orifice ring at the portion where the draft resistance is low Turbulence and flow loss can be reduced.
